That's the place for my morning coffee and props to the baristas because the service is fast. In any other coffee place I have to wait minutes but these guys just hear mocha and 10 seconds in the waiting line and the coffee is done. It's a regular coffee shop type but I really appreciate the good and efficient service.

Good Food+Helpful and Kind Staff= An excellent cafe! This cafe is just nice that it's close to the London Eye. So if you're going to take the London Eye at around 10 in the morning, I recommend you to have your breakfast here. Food and drink is just perfect! 👍👌

😊🎄☃️It is Christmas day and I was taken by surprise... a pret that is open at South Bank. Good spacious place with a clear overview to the river Thames. As ever good quality food with high standard of hygiene. The only down side is very noisy fridges and terrible loud music which could reduce the rating by another star but not today. Merry Christmas.

Great service , was helped by a very friendly cashier/ middle queue at around 8 30 am on 14/06/2021 , as it was too loud and couldn’t hear me well to help me with the app and o was in a rush he has kindly offered me coffee on the house x their coffee beans are so delicious and perfectly roasted and their chocolate croissants are second to none! Highly recommended before your train journeys

Felt quite chaotic and disorganised. Guess usual at a station. Took 5mins to get served as queues seemed fluid and pointless (I was next in line when I joined and several got in ahead). Staff nonethewiser.

Didn't catch her name ( she was on far left till at 8.45am Wednesday 3/12/20). What an exceptionally pleasant young lady. Attentive,polite and offered us forks as she noticed we had some sliced fruit brought from home. Excellent service. If only every store had at least ONE member like her on their team..... thankyou! NB- pret store manager please acknowledge this young ladies efforts 😬

Best porridge I've ever tasted is the Pret pots, it's always so creamy. They used to serve it with compote/honey but last time I went there was only a seed/berry pot to put in (also delicious, just meant having to add some brown sugar as well for me). Always amazed at how smooth the service is up here at one of the busiest places in Waterloo. Nice to sit up and the top, perfect place to keep an eye on the train times while you're waiting

A chain of coffee shops pretty indistinguishable from each other. This has great views over Waterloo Station. Products are good and there is a lot of seating despite the constant steam of customers. On my 2 visits the staff were efficient and friendly.

The service is really quick. The only thing was that it was a bit embarrasing because I wanted to pay by card and the item was not showing up on the machine. I wanted to say something to the person who was serving me, but I did not want it to appear thatI was rushing her. The sandwiches look really nice. The cheese and pickle baguette (nice combination of both) was really nice. The salads also looked really good. Although the service was great, the place was rather spacious and trhe food looked good, I will try to limit the amount of time I spend in there (maybe once or twice a month) as everything just looks so good and delicious and I need to decrease my weight a bit.

We came here on vacation while visiting london and liked it a lot. Lots of variety for hot and cold sandwiches. Caesar wrap was very good. Lots of drink options too. My wife loved the hot chocolate. Wish we had them in America. Definitely worth it if you're looking for a quick bite to eat.

Ideally situated within Waterloo train station, they sell a wide range of freshly made sandwiches, fresh soups, hot snacks such as fish pie & savoury macaroni, plus hot & cold beverages, fresh fruit, biscuits, cakes & much more, the queues do get long but the friendly staff get everybody served in no time at all, the only problem is finding a seat if you want to eat in.

Was at a meeting at the marriott hotel round the corner went out for lunch and coffees , at lunch time it was busy but staff was nice .In the afternoon I was disgusted how the barista spoke to the gentleman who served me he was only trying to find out where one of my missing drinks was ; she was rude and belittled him , without any care to who was listening .This resulted in him returning to his counter embarrassed so five stars to I think it was Michel , but zero to the barista who should learn some respect for her collegues.

Always very busy, staff are constantly rushing you through because of foot traffic with people getting on/off waiting for trains. Food is fresh to order, coffee is fine but customer service could be better.

This presence of this 'organic fast food' restaurant is a sight for sore eyes--or in this case hungry stomachs in the of an extremely eventful train station. One can marvel at the advertisement board downstairs while enjoying the cuisine. Most of the staffs are friendly enough, and they don't mind slowing down to chat with you a little, either. The only setback for this chain might be its pricebut let's be honest all organic foods are costly and this is London which is one of the most expensive cities on Earth.
