Reviews of The Tea House

This was an unexpected visit with a little surprise. I've only had a Burguer with chips but it was delicious. They have a nice Al fresco area outside and a lovely selection of ice creams. Ideal for a quick bite with the family.

No veggie burger available today so we had to take the healthy options of Tortilla and fish cake accompanied by chick pea salad and roasted aubergine salad. All very tasty and nice and light. Followed up by a gluten free pistachio choc chip and coconut cake, again tasty and none of it "Askew Road" expensive.
Decor is perfectly acceptable, clean and was a welcome refuge from a rainy saturday morning.

Nice little cafe in Ravenscourt Park. My son had ice cream, good quality. Staff kindly gave us a free cup as we'd walked with our own tea in a flask.

Delicious and wholesome home made food served at lunch time. I especially recommend the salads. The cafe opens early in the morning and is a great place to stop and have a coffee or tea. Croissants, Pain au chocolat/raisin and a choice of filled baguettes are also available and are heated or toasted as requested. There is also a good selection of cakes and ice creams.
Children are welcome and there is a play area nearby. The tea rooms makes a great meeting place for friends with children and on warm sunny days it can get very busy.
Most importantly there is always a warm and friendly welcome from Mahmoud and Mohammed and their staff.

Decent food, though any food from the fridge (such as salads) is always far too cold. The service is hit and miss too, and be warned - the cafe is often full of mums with loud kids and babies!

It's inside the Ravenscourt Park so it's nice not to have to go out the park to grab a coffee. Prices are reasonable. Food wise there os not much to choose from.

Lovely, relaxed cafe. Friendly service, good kids meals and delicious ice cream, at reasonable proces, right in the middle of Ravenscourt park. We visit often

Lovely tea house in Brackenbury Village serving authentic Sri Lankan breakfast. Staff is friendly and welcoming

Nice tea house which has been here for many years under different management. Very nice

Came here with the anti food waste app 'Too good to go', despite some misunderstanding the staff was very friendly. Food was fine, good price quality ratio.

Reasonably wide selection of snacks and ice cream. Freshly made pizza, chicken wraps and a few salads.

Love the place! Very good coffee, chicken wraps and pastries. Never crouded. And fantastic location.

Handy place from tea and cakes in the park. They do quiches and fritatta (butternut squash one was pretty decent).
I would come back.

A bit dank and dingy inside. Nicely located in the park, but it feels like a missed opportunity for a good cafe.
T. B.
Great for ice creams, the coffees are not that great though. Always full with families and mum clubs
N. A.
Poor service, wide selection of cold and hot food. You need to stop here because it's then only place in Ravenscourt park.

Proper english vibe, here the english culture rings high, tea and scones are amazing, the setting is amazing
