Reviews of Workshop Coffee
L. G.
Very good coffee with a simple decor which is a little hipster for seating (see photo). Friendly staff and well located. Enough space for a couple of groups to sit around smaller tables. Take out coffee is served quickly and the quality of the coffee is clearly what the shop trades on
M. m. l.
Great coffee, friendly staff, very rough and ready decor, but who cares when you have a great cuppa joe ☕️
J. J.
Wonderful coffee with complex and multi-layered flavour profiles. Incredibly minimal and tucked away, but I must say this is some of the best coffee in London. Certainly around Bond Street, St Christopher's Place and the surrounding area.
D. A.
Loved it! Love the coffee, staff are really nice. Cute little shop!
Y. U.
Good coffee and amazing baristas, thank you
S. A.
The most cafe I like 👍🏻 it .. ❤️
Amazing 🔥
l. t.
I arrived just a min before it's closing, but they were still very nice to make a cup of latte for me.
Latte was so good as it's rating, definitely will try again.
L. U.
Love it ❤️ good coffee and environment to chill
T. W.
Excellent service, all smiles and cheerfulness. Delicious artisanal coffee! Thank you:) Must visit of you are around the vicinity.
a. k.
I love their coffee. One of the best in central London.
J. T.
Sometime, simplicity is what you need. Their blend based on Honduran beans. Good roast, well balanced and velvety smooth. Well crafted flatwhite. Don’t go here if you are looking for comfort seats and tables. The establishment concept reminds me of a waiting room in a clinic. But it is their coffee which will make your joy. Will be here again for dessert!
F. B.
Best coffee lovely stuff location is nice, cozy small cafe.
C.
I've wanted to try this place out for a while; I hadn't planned on it today, but had a meeting in the area and this happened to be the nearest coffee shop. Situated in a corner of a quaint square lined with cafés and shops, Workshop's simple black storefront makes it stand out.
There's a bench right outside, but there is seating indoors too; not a lot though, as it is a fairly small coffee shop, but it wasn't full when I visited around 12pm. It feels better suited to individuals rather than groups and was really quiet inside.
The coffee is great. It tastes wonderful -- the cappuccino I had was amazing, although I would have liked it just a little hotter. They provide you with free tap water to add to your coffee if you wish.
It's quite expensive. A cappuccino cost me £3.20. Fantastic taste, but I wouldn't visit this place every lunchtime for a coffee that expensive. It's worth a try though for its artisan coffee, but I'd perhaps get a takeaway and wander around.
Service was polite and friendly, no faults there!
A. W.
I found this coffee shop because it was listed as one of the Best Coffee in London! I went there in the late Sunday afternoon and this small coffee shop was packed 90%, glad I found a seat and able to enjoy the Skimmy Latte. 👍🏻
W. F.
Solid speciality coffee shop! Really enjoyed the cortado. Their baristas were on point. The brownies were amazing.
F. A.
Very good coffee. The brownie bite is probably the best I’ve ever tasted in my life.
L. L.
High level coffee shop! I was absoutely
impressed by the shininess of the coffee mugs! Great coffee in a cozy and minimalist place! Loved it! ❤️
S. W.
It was small and cozy, friendly service. Food is good and fresh, but nothing exceptional. Perfect for a quick lunch.
A. G.
Great coffee, very professional team. Wide selection of beans
J. w.
The best place for coffee in the area. Really well trained staff and good drinks
W. L.
Wonderful coffee experience! Absolutely superb friendly service and excellent coffee. Highly recommend this shop!
A. A.
Excellent coffee, very friendly staff, highly recommended.
A. R.
A great place to grab a cup of coffee to go. They serve specialty beans and can make you a Hario V60 drip or Aeropress version as well. It's usually busy, which makes finding a seat hard. But the queue foes fast, so you'll get your coffee.
A. M.
Beautiful coffee. Beautiful interior and a genuine oasis of minimalism.
M. A.
Speciality coffee, I've always wanted to visit this place as speciality coffee lover, so in my visit to London last week planed to taste their coffee.
Had a Latte, as i used to evaluate the quality of the coffee and the skills of the barista from the Latte. The coffee was OK and in my opinion they are the same as any other speciality coffee shop, and nothing was especial in their pastries.
in general good place to have a good cup of coffee, but not the best as most people claim.
E. L.
Fantastic coffee and best pain au chocolat I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend. The location in St. Christopher’s Place is also worth a visit!
E. K.
This place is amazing. It is very clean, baristas here know their coffee and try their best to make the best coffee for their guests.
I highly recommend this place :)
F. B. M.
In Comparison with Ozone, I find it good, they’re serving not bad coffee, Its cozy place to have a break with cup of coffee.
J. B.
It's hard to believe you're just off one of the busiest streets in the world. Escape the crowds and enjoy some of the best coffee in London. Workshop know their stuff 🤘🏼
A. B.
Nearly spent 1 month in the UK hunting for a good coffee. This is by far the best coffee i have had since arriving. Highly recommend dropping in for a perfect coffee.
A. A.
Nice coffee, amazing staff🙏🏻
For sure i will come again 🤗☕️
R. J.
Stylish backstreet coffee shop with a wealth of knowledge on espresso. Friendly staff and I enjoyed my experience there, a little pricey.
D. a.
One of the best cups of coffee I had in London
S. T.
Ordered tea and it's a tad watered down. More tea leaves would have been appreciated. Just because it's a cafe doesn't mean that tea has to be mediocre, right?
N. A.
One of the best specialty coffee in London ..
PERFECTION in a CUP !!
F. S. A.
Very good speciality coffee and friendly staff 👍🏻
F. K.
Lovely coffee, service can be way too slow and unwelcoming sometimes
S. A.
5 stars for the coffee and friendly staff and 3 stars for the interior design.
S. K.
Very friendly baristas, great selection of freshly roasted beans, and really tasty coffee! Definitely a place to revisit!
A. A.
Was passing by the restaurants and saw this place.
Small and cosy
Good coffee with a good roast.
Some snacks available also.
A. C.
My girlfriend and I were visiting London for 7 days and we went there everyday of the trip before a big day starts. The coffees are always in top qualities and great consistency. Coming from Melbourne a place where it has a developed coffee culture, this shop has a great representation of London coffees. Staffs and the barista are super nice and friendly as well :)
A. V.
Pastries are only okay, not as fresh as the wonderful coffee.
B. H.
I had a batch brew filter and really enjoyed it! Fantastic coffee at a reasonable price. Very convenient location, just off Oxford Street. Very friendly baristas too. Lots of beans and brewing equipment available to purchase. Great spot. Highly recommended!
T.
Had a nice oat milk cappuccino this morning on my way out. The coffee has a nice sour-ish flavour that i'm not very accustomed to, but objectively tasty and good quality. Seating is spacious but with a weird layout which can be difficult for groups (think a long bench only along 1 wall) and only low tables.
D. C.
This is the coffee shop for the purist. No frills - and I mean none - but excellent coffee.
They used to be on wigmore Street in a plush cafe. The current venue is super stark, frankly uncomfortable, with chipboard benches and whitewashed chipboard walls.
Best coffee around Bond Street. However F&W on Duke Street has better food and seating if you want to stay more than 2 minutes
N. R.
Workshop delivers consistently very good coffee. The location is very is not exactly cosy, very straight forward no frills pine wood interior but it is all made up for by the excellent coffee and quality service. They also sell coffee equipment and beans for your home or office coffee needs
A.
Filter coffee is good 👍🏻
Carrot cake is very good
A. P.
Nice hidden gem, would it be for people shopping at Oxford street or Merylebone and need a recharge! Nice coffee and pastry!
Their coffee blend is slightly into fruity notes, not too much (for those who care about their taste)
J. J.
The best workshop coffee location. The baristas are all very passionate about coffee and the beans.
The only downside is the chairs are not the most comfortable ones. So not really a place that you can come chill for a few hours over a great cup of coffee. But still 5 stars for the coffee
T. A. G.
Hands down the best filter coffee I've ever had. They also make their own nut milk which is a welcome change from the usual soya. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. What's not to like?
V. S.
Great speciality coffee
D. L.
Great place. Highest quality coffee, great desserts next to it, extremely recommended for your stop when touring Oxford Street and the area.
Stuff was very friendly and very professional around the coffee making, they take their coffee very seriously. Plenty of accessories you can get as well to take the seriousity home.
P. C.
Hands down some of the best coffee I’ve had. Lovely shop tucked away on St Christopher Place. If you’re near by and love coffee this place is a must.
L. D.
Best coffee in London, no question!
f. r.
Quite literally a hidden gem in the back corner of a dead-end street serving what could be the best coffee in London. As is often the case with perfectionists, the service is slow and there can be a five-ten minute wait. The actual interior of the cafe is also quite cramped so best for takeaway coffee
H. L.
The smallest cup of cappuccino I’ve never paid for in my life! It tasted quite average so maybe I just don’t have the palette, but the price for the tiny cup of coffee I got made the experience hard to enjoy. I’ve had expensive coffee before from other places but at least I could taste the difference. Here it just felt over roasted and bitter.
K. K.
Great coffee, friendly staff, big selection of freshly roasted coffee - will definitely be coming back.
N. A.
Very good coffees, they always have pretty good beans from all around the world. It would take a while to break through their hipster exterior/vibes to get a warm friendly service...once you do break through it then you might even get a smile !
R. S.
I’ve had some fantastic coffee in the last 30+ years, but this place literally made the best Americano I’ve ever had.
e.
Had two excellent cappuccinos today. Coffee was great but the service stood out. Kudos to the fella who lived in Melbourne who not only gave great service but also a recommendation for coffee to look for in my home city up North. A credit to the establishment.
C. S.
Coffee was really good but I told them not to put any sugar and they did, which i find really affected the taste of the coffee in a negative way, which is a shame. Small space to enjoy a specialty coffee but not conducive for meeting people, reading or doing work.
O. K.
High quality coffee and respectable staff.
Considering it is a cafe and not a takeaway coffee kiosque, the space/pricing isn’t great.
There’s hardly any place to sit (uncomfortable seats too), no proper power outlets (the only one accessible was broken), no washrooms...
L. M.
Good coffee, but otherwise it's not my style to be honest. I don't like the seating area...not comfy, not practical for people who want to do some work with laptop, and not very nice if you want to sit with friends. So for me it's fine to just grab a take away coffee but not place to sit down. Came there on Sunday afternoon, and they had little flies sitting on cakes.
A. C.
Honestly, coffee is fantastic. Had an iced latte and a flat white and both were outstanding. Inside is great. Brownie was delicious. No toilet tho. Highly recommend.
A. C.
"Lovely coffee but not a great place to sit in"
Even though they moved to a different location they still kept the same baristas which are very friendly, experienced and can make a great cup of coffee. I really like the fact that they offer you a glass of water while you wait for your coffee which give you a chance to clear your palette and enjoy the tasty drink. Also, apart from their normal espresso drinks they do batch brew & aeropress Even though they still make great coffee I couldn't get myself to give them 4 stars as the new place is not that great. I can see they tried to go with a "workshop" theme for their interior but I am not a big a fan of the new look as it looks a bit ran down & cold. The sits are not very comfortable either and they also don't have a bathroom in store which doesn't make it an ideal place if you want to sit down.
E. N. H.
Great coffee in a quiet corner. The carrot cake was worth the trip alone.
T. K.
So yummy real coffee and sweet cakes, what more do you need.
A. B.
Always good nerdy coffee made properly! Be prepared not to have table space as that's to a minimum here.
F. O.
Great coffee, but not a place to relax or study. The seating is uncomfortable, the little tables too low. Only two plugs in the whole place, no bathroom. I didn't check for Wifi. In general the place is just cramped enough to make you want to grab your coffee and go - which I am a person who likes to sit, enjoy, and study. For coffee connoisseurs, however, the drinks are top notch and with the biting beauty of great coffee, and the folks working there are nice.
X. W.
This has been my favourite 'boutique' coffee shop in central London for a while. It's far enough off the beaten path to make it peaceful, and it's small and intimate. The staff are very cheerful and the coffee is AMAZING. The machiatto is a favourite, as the beans have a fantastic flavour. The muffins are also great. Get a window seat for some premium people-watching!
P. W.
Excellent artisan coffee. One of the few places in London to offer great tasting filter coffee , while also providing excellent espresso
G. M.
Delicious filter coffee, super friendly staff, their almond and macadamia milk is house made and is the best I've had my entire life :) They're so nice that wrote down the almond milk's recipe so I could try to make it home! The toasted banana bread is amazing too. If you're in London you must go there!
F. B.
The coffee here is ⭐️Next Level⭐️🎯. They now do their handmade almond milk at this branch so it's officially the best cafe in the UK (or probably the world). If you want the best coffee you have ever had in your life you should defo come here. 🏆
N. R.
Nice coffee and the service was good, but the environment is not comfortable. There is no customer toilet.
K. G.
This lesser-known Workshop Coffee is a breath of fresh air compared to the soulless chains inhabiting this area around Oxford Street. When I visited, the place was wonderfully empty and the staff were quietly friendly. The croissants aren't the best I've had (a bit dry) but the coffee was excellent - although typically small for a trendy coffee shop of course. Still, if you're trapped in Oxford Street shopping hell, this spot is guaranteed to provide you with ample caffeine and calm to continue on your way.
A. B.
Love this place. Best coffee in the neighbourhood and some decent service to boot. The only drawback, IMO, is the small size of the shop... it's really tough to get a seat and none of them are comfortable.
In any case, if you need a coffee fix and you're anywhere near by, you'll be glad you came here. The quality of the coffee absolutely blows the big chains out of the water.
G. B.
Workshop Marylebone is quite a nice coffee shop located off Oxford Street. It's far away from the buzz around Bond Street and Oxford Street and a good retreat on a busy afternoon.
The coffee at Workshop Marylebone is very good, I tried both filter coffee and a flat white and was happy with either of them. I was told that the tea tastes good as well there.
When I was there, I did not pay too much attention to the food selection, so cannot tell you much about this. The interior is simple, good enough for a chat with a friend, but probably not the best place to stay and read for an hour. It fills quite quickly, one time when I went there, it was empty, and while we were sitting and chatting, suddenly the shop was full of people.
Altogether, a good coffee place in Marylebone that is worth a visit.
M. M.
Good combo of no nonsense and high hipster. A little bit of east london love affair with real coffee in the otherwise sterile st Christopher place. They care about coffee. From aero press to crafted espresso drinks. There’s no menu other than types of roasts available just ask for the drink you want and they will make it.
G. Y.
A small place in St James where it’s convenient to get a coffee. It can get busy in there and I’m not that sure about their way of serving it. You make your way down the counter as people prepare your drink in front of you and eventually pay at the end. If you’re getting a bag of coffee you can bypass this but the place is a little tight and it isn’t always possible to do so.
At the same time the seating is against the wall opposite the bar with the tables at just the right height that people in the queue can knock them off with bags etc.
That said, the coffee is good there, and it’s a good place for meeting a few people, although most of the seating will have you sitting side by side instead of opposite each other. Good for collaboration!
J. L.
I had an amazing cup of cafe latte!! I highly recommend the place. The milk was served hot, not warm. Velvety crema, right amount of acidity and body for espresso.
j. n.
Really love this coffee shop. Delicious espresso with a choice of beans, and if you order a batch filter it comes with a free refill, which is great if you’re looking to settle down and work for a while
M. K.
CONS
Got latte foam when asked for flat white
Milk was very cold
No WiFi
No toilets
PROS
Got tasty Rwandan coffee in the end
Y. P.
Polite staff and knowledgeable but I didn’t enjoy my cappuccino as much, quite acidic for my taste.
A. S.
Peace, quiet and excellent coffee can be found near Oxford Street - just head off the main road to the Workshop Coffee Co branch in Marylebone. The Flat White was just perfect, as was the pesto, mozzarella and tomato sandwich on sourdough. Unfortunately the narrow seating area and aluminium stools will ensure that you won't stay for long, good as the coffee is. And if I'm going to be really picky, I'd like to suggest that they have more sweet treats on the menu. Every coffee shop should sell decent cake.
P. M.
There are 3 main reasons to come here: 1) the coffee, 2) the coffee, 3) the coffee. This is about as good as coffee gets in London. The croissants and brownies (from Little Bread Pedlar) are also excellent. And the staff are lovely - clearly talented barristas.
There isn't a huge amount of food choice nor that much space to sit down - but that's not why you come here. You come here for the coffee.
P. S.
Coffee was good, baristas were friendly, and St. Christopher’s Square is a lovely venue, but don’t mistake this Workshop for the main one - this one has no WiFi, and no onsite restroom, though you can pay 50p to use the public one in the Square.
A. S.
Wonderful coffee, simple design, lovely staff.
Very good nut milk, made in-house - seems very well balanced with the coffee, unlike some of the standard soy & nut milks.
P. H.
Friendly welcome (including sparkling water), and a very good flat white (£3).
Coffee didn't blow me away as much as I thought it would (and for the price). I'd definitely go there again but not good enough value to make me an addict.
J. J.
I love workshop coffee, but the other branches are better than here. It's way too busy with tourists and shoppers and you can't get the chilled, laid back atmosphere with friendly staff that workshop gives. Better off going to the one near upper regent st
A.
My go to coffee shop in London. Friendly and welcoming staff serving fantatsic coffee. A nice rotating selection of filter coffees and possibly the best carrot cake in London. Highly recommended
J. R.
Cool place, fantastic coffee and nice people. Yep.
Also loved the way the filter was served. The mugs are tip top. Nice.
J. F.
Really love this coffee shop. Delicious espresso with a choice of beans, and if you order a batch filter it comes with a free refill, which is great if you’re looking to settle down and work for a while
K. K. m.
Got a good cup of coffee but what makes it an excellent place is the great customer service I received by a lovely lady named Lara all cheerful and happy.
I’ll be sure to come back again.
A. M.
As in their other place near Oxford circus I tried, Workshop offers consistently excellent espresso. They have a passion for great coffee and this shows. Independent coffee at its best.
N. D.
Great coffee! Sadly no toilet, no wifi, only two plug sockets for charging phone/laptop, and only four seats at the table. Not ideal for working - perhaps it should just be called "Shop".
T. C.
Popped in here to pick up a bag of beans. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The beans as you'd expect were quality stuff. If you're stopping here for a coffee try a pour over to get a really interesting brew.
G. J.
Really likeable staff, but the venue is just a bit try-hardy. Coffee was unusually presented in a nice little tray though was a bit watery. The seating area is a bit weird, not comfortable for waiting around in. Take-away probably the best option.
E.
Small coffee shop, the coffee is really good
J. M.
simple coffee shop, where they have a great selection of beans to choose. professional baristas.
with daily coffee(drip) , the refill is free! how amazing is that.
also selling some coffemaking equipment and takeaway cups
A. G.
Freshly roasted coffee. You know, like how it should be. Friendly service, too. Limited selection of beans, though, and it's a little cramped. Not complaining, though. The place is great. Pastries were good, too.
R. A.
Perfect spot for coffee... cool staff...
P. M.
"Bean" there...done that! Whenever one walks by the Workshop there is no way to avoid being magnetized by the smell of the roasting coffee coming out of the shop.
No fan or artefact is used to capture customers..this is all natural and, if you happen to be a coffee lover, you will feel a bit like the Yogi bear attracted to his honey.
Definitely give it a try or two! As a native Italian with a picky nose and stomach about espresso, this place rocks and will be as reliable as it can in fulfilling your desires.
You also avail from take away options and a few gadgets that can keep your geeky side going while at home.
Enjoy!
M. S.
I love this little branch of Workshop Coffee near Oxford Street. (Or, as I prefer to locate it, near Marylebone High Street.) Always a friendly smile, sarcastic conversation, and laughs from the wonderful people who make the coffee, not to mention a wicked attention to detail when it comes to brewing my Aeropress. Bravo Workshop.
S. B.
Best coffee around (and over the last 4 days I’ve tried 7 coffee shops within a 4 minute walk) Lovely, no frills approach; it’s about the coffee (& the pastries).
S. F.
Lovely coffee , but no place to sit
F. A.
Great coffee for on the go.
J. G.
Great quality coffee and lovely staff - a shame it’s so quiet around there as people are missing out!
H. M. A. B.
Classic coffees served here
E. H.
Lots of bench style seating so it’s easy to sit in. Very nice coffee as well with choice of beans. Also has some coffee equipment for sale.
J. U.
Incredible coffee, delicately prepared. Stripped back setting, with only the essentials to let the coffee shine. With an espresso at 2.50, it's expensive. But the quality is clear.
H. K.
One of the better coffee places (the best in the vicinity) but the interior could be better. Gets too busy and the waiting time could get long for a quick grab of coffee (recently feel its understaffed).
L. B.
Great coffee but poor layout. Seating is uncomfortable and limited. I think that They could use the space much better (e.g. A couple of smaller tables outside rather than just one big one)
z.
Good coffee. But not something to write home about.
No toilet is a negative. But I’m not surprised, because it is a comment practice here in UK. Perhaps it is a way to limit the sitting time in the shop.
M. F.
The Marylebone outlet of Workshop Coffee Company relocated from Wigmore Street to Barrett Street at the start of 2015. For regulars to the Wigmore Street venue there are several aspects which will take some adjusting to. The free flowing sparkling water which found itself under your dehydrated nose at just the right moment is no longer offered, though there is tap water on offer. The hospitality of delivering your beverage to your table has also sadly disappeared, making for a rather messy ordering and collection process. The coffee is still good though and the gorgeous staff as delightful as ever.
J. J. S.
Great place to have coffee and the west end of Oxford St. Intimate, with great baristas and fantastic coffee. Both espresso and filter are top notch. Great spot to people watch sitting at the window.
S. Z.
Quality coffee~
N. A.
I can ultimately write a very long review about how great, amazing and exceptionally artisan this coffee shop is, but I would rather write a simple phrase: The best coffee in the world, hands down!
H. H.
Top notch coffee in a relaxed and quiet no-frills venue.
M. D.
They make their almond milk in the shop and it is incredible - highly recommend for non-dairy espresso drinks.
M. K.
Nice coffee but the atmosphere is a bit sterile and there is no loo, which is one of the more important considerations for a lady to have a great time in a coffee shop :P
H. S.
Delicious filter from Burundi with a free refill, great pastry and the tall guy who served me was super lovely. Will definitely be back next time I’m in London.
J. D.
One of my favorite coffee shop in Marylebone area, used to bring works to 'workshop' everyday. They make very nice latte and flat white.
C. B.
A delightful, friendly little coffee place with a good selection of beans for home use too. Be sure to grab a seat outside in summer though, it can get hot!
M. A.
Had a great coffee every day for 8 days in a row
s. a.
Great Coffee, awesome staff, very much a regular there now (I dont have to even place my order)
Just hope that by next summer they have Air Conditioning! Sooo hot in there.
S. B.
Really nice coffee and atmosphere! Pretty small but makes for a great place to stop if you're in the area!
C. W.
Lovely place for breakfast. The menu is not that big but offers some very nice and delicious options to start your day nicely. The quality of the service is also on a high level so pretty much everything's good.
C. L.
Good coffee but very small venue. Not recommended if there's more than, say, three of you, or you are taking the coffee for take-away. Staff friendly and efficient.
O. Ş.
One of the best cups of coffee I had in London, a little bit pricy but worth it 👍
A. J.
Really good coffee, definitely worth a try next time your asked. Went well with their dark chocolate...............
E. L.
Nice coffee, but not sure what they mean by “workshop” since there are no power plugs, toilets, or WiFi. It’s really just a coffee bar
D. K.
A great third wave style coffee shop. Very flavorful coffee, well brewed.
Staff is great too!
R. W. (.
Excellent coffee. A nice and light place for a proper coffee
A. C.
If you are after good coffee (and coffee only as there isn't much in terms of food) then it is worth a detour. These guys take their coffee seriously and each cup is measured and weighed.
J. H.
The lovely staff saved me from having to go coffee-less for a day by allowing me to buy some Samii beans even though they were closed for staff training. Such a first world problem, but they handled it with aplomb ☺️
L.
Workshop easily serves the best coffee in central London. If you’re and Aussie or Kiwi this is where you want to go.
O. G.
Reliably decent coffee with friendly service. Brownies are quite good, but seem to be part of some London coffee shop conspiracy where they're all being made by the same company
L. A.
Lovely flat whites, friendly staff. When it quiet its quiet & when it busy its too loud
E. P.
Fantastic coffee every time, served by lovely people.
Q. H.
Very nice and professional. I got offered an extra free espresso since I am a geek in coffee and the staff just offered me free tasting!!!
J. H.
Probably the best coffee in london. Looks like the old cups have gone. Bit tight on space but perfectly quiet in the week.
F. M.
Cozy little cafe with nice atmosphere. I pop here as a weekly treat, would be coming more often if it was more affordable!
B. B.
Great coffee, lovely atmosphere
T. H.
Great coffee and tea, rustic interior l, delicious fresh pastry. I loved everything about this shop.
K. L.
Really good flat white and cappuccino
S. C.
Coffee was fine but the place way too hipster, not a lot of space to sit and the tables were really weird.
S. D. J.
Coffee is very good. Staff was nice. But they don't have a toilet. How bad if your sell beverages...
J. L.
Good coffee and trendy atmosphere.
Y. B.
Great coffee, and kind staff! Only small complaint is there is no toilet but otherwise this is a great spot for a tasty coffee near Bond Street!
M. Y.
Excellent specialty coffee... I know now where I will be stopping for a coffee when I am passing by oxford street.
e. r.
Nice friendly staff and some of the best coffee around, not a big fan of the interior but I get mine to go anyway
M.
Great knowledge demonstrated when asked simple coffee related questions, lovely smiles, calm atmosphere, fantastically made batch brew
J. H.
Great coffee and good staff , just the one off bad experience where the staff were to busy chatting and looking at the phone
J. C.
A bit pricier than the high street chains, but the coffee they serve is vastly superior and the service is excellent. Definitely worth a visit, or two.
B. S.
Great coffee but not a comfortable place, no proper seatings, feels like bench with full of players waiting for substituion.. :/
A.
Great coffee and staff! Space and seating are limited but the coffee definitely makes up for it.
B. H.
Cool baristas, specialty grade coffee(rather the very clean and crisp, washed-process line), in house roasting. Top notch, precise service.
R. H.
Love the attention to detail to the coffee from the staff. Proper timing and weighing on every cup. Gem in a crowded busy part of town.
P.
Very good coffee and great staff
C. L.

A. D.
Nice place for a coffee and snack.
J. O.
One of my favourite places to get coffee - friendly, knowledgable staff and delicious coffee.
W. O.
Stumbled across this coffee shop post Oxford St hell and I'm really glad I walked in. Excellent coffee and extremely friendly service, not much room to sit down and I didn't eat but the food looked good.
I. W.
Basic seating and small space but it crucially delivers Australian-level delicious coffee at a good temperature.
C. A.
My goto coffee place whenever I am in London. The coffee is well balanced and not overly acidic.
G. R.
Perfect coffee and wonderful kouign-amann (which I'd never heard of and couldn't pronounce but will be keeping an eye out for from now on!)
J. H.
Perhaps I went in the wrong frame of mind, but I struggled to get excited about Workshop - the macchiato was a tad watery, and seemed on the expensive side (£2.70). Seating was a bit cramped, all stools with only tiny shelve like tables.
A. K.
Superb coffee, cosy place, great for a quick catch-up with friends and a joe
H. V.
Awesome espresso and filter options.
J. I.
Great tasting coffee just a tad expensive compared to other independent coffee houses I've been to

Having moved from their old home just around the corner, the new Workshop Coffee shop is perfectly placed in St Christophers square. Tucked away in the corner, it can be easy to miss but affords a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the tourist friendly restaurants around it.
While the coffee is slightly more expensive than other cafes, they do it well and it's worth the extra. With an airy open plan seating arrangement - the long bench seating facing the bar - it isn't somewhere you could spend an afternoon but is perfect for a quick recharge with their delicious selection of drinks and sandwiches made on site.

I like cozy atmosphere and latte. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A cute but nice café that is a little bit into the alley in the middle of London.
The staff is from the Nordic side. Well London has more foreigners than English
There wasn't much to eat, but I was happy with the croissants and lattes. 🤗

(Translated) The best coffee I have ever had in London. The place was crowded, but people come and go so we had no problem finding a place to sit. The service was quick and the employee / barista was diligent in their explanation of the coffee beans used.
