C. C.I don't know what staff have been working in the cafe when some of your customers visited. But on both occasions I have been there with friends the staff have distinctly lacked any interpersonal skills let alone customer service skills. The food has been lovely, very tasty, well presented and at a very good price. But the staff on this occasion bit my head off for asking for a knife. Everyone in the queue was disgusted. Please get some pleasant staff in the cafe, the staff in the rest of the store are fantastic.
J. M.We visited at 2pm and 2 members of staff both decided to take their lunch breaks at the same time. There were more tables with dirty pots on than clean ones and customers were having to clear tables before they could sit down.
