H. W.This Costa had the best selection of cakes that I've seen! There was some really interesting cakes for the Jubilee. Service was really quick and the food and drinks were really tasty. I had a Peach ice tea which was very refreshing. There's a single customer toilet at the back. The seating area was clean and tidy.

J.We had had worst filter coffee ever in this branch which was cold and watery! The staff were nice and friendly though, which is unusual for a Costa.

B.I've been a regular for years to this costa and I guess no one likes change but I have to say since the refurb which does look nice but there's a lot of new faces and apart from only a few who have worked there for a long time who are lovely, sadly the new staff don't have that feeling where you look forward to seeing and can trust your Coffee will be nice. I don't mean to sound bad but some of the newer staff have attitude problems and if it's a newer member making the coffee it's not the same anymore.

Depended on where you live you can also order via app and get your order delivered.

R. M. (.One of the few Costa's i've been in that doesn't have burnt tasting coffee. That's's the one thing that puts me off this chain. However as I said. This, to me, was a nice cup of coffee.

J. B.Only went in for a coffee. This Costa is always busy so it's hard to get a seat. Fortunately the tables are usually clean. Problem with the shop is the girl dispensing the drinks can't keep up with the girl who takes the orders and this causes a block. I think something should be sorted

R. H.Decent Costa, also the Costa blends are less bitter than Starbucks. A tad overpriced but you pay top dollar now for hot water with coffee in it if you are in a prime location.
C. H.Like most branches, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. However, unlike the Eldon Square branch, they have plenty of staff and are able to keep tables clear.
