C.Really lovely location, tasty home made food. Really chilled pretty terrace which points out into the park perfect for a saturday morning coffee. Love love. Real gem.

G.Visited twice on a recent visit to Newcastle area. Excellent service, friendly staff and tasty food. Coffee was delicious. Bonus was lovely cakes to take away.
E.Lovely staff, nice coffee although size of cup was tiny for the price. Food tasted nice but overpriced, Childs very basic cheese sandwich and a handful of crisps for £5 was ridiculous. Plus if you are offering gluten free bread then advertise on your menu or inform your staff!
Love that you stock Cake Stories cakes but maybe advertise the fact that’s where they are from!!!
S. H.Pleasant cafe. Portion size varies from week to week. Have ordered avo on toast with a poached egg two Saturdays in a row. One week I was served 2 slices of toast, the other week only one.

I visited about 2 weeks ago with my mother - the staff were absolutely bloody lovely and I found the place had a really friendly and cosy vibe. However, I did find the latte quite small for the price (it was about £3 and was gone in around 3 sips!), and small portion sizes. If size of drinks/food could be improved this place would be perfect. Probably a reflection of our economic situation in the uk at the moment and a hard time to have a new cafe to run!
