Fabulous place! Coffee delicious, hot chocolate delicious and the frappes are to die for. So many flavours and they're very naughty with lots of whipped cream, yummy yummy.

Well done out place, feels warm and comfy. Nice bit of a suntrap outside too. Loose leaf pot of tea was very nice, and I love a cupper. Can't fault it.

Lovely little cafe in town centre, I‘m obsessed with their mango smoothie. They have a few vegan food options including cakes, and milk alternatives which always makes me happy as I‘m lactose intolerant. And the best part is that dogs are allowed inside.

As coffee shops go this one has to be the most chilled and relaxed. Comfortable chairs to sit and recharge with nice music to switch off and zone out. Best latte around and they go a gorgeous coconut syrup which I adore.

Lovely place to stop for a coffee. Cafe is decorated really nicely, kind of like an American loft. They offer some beautiful food. The staff are very nice and welcoming and the coffee is gorgeous. If its a nice day or you want a smoke with your drink you can sit outside at the tables. Well worth a visit.

I really love the ambiance in here and the staff are great. It does get so busy, so quickly though and because it's so nice... People just chill here or do work so it is a bit of a struggle to find seating. They're breastfeeding friendly but I wouldn't advise coming in with a pushchair... It's a nuisance to manoeuvre around without a pushchair never mind with one.

Best coffee shop by far. Friendly staff and good service. I love the decor inside with a space for all tastes with small tables, large tables, sofas and low coffee tables. Subdued interior lighting makes for a relaxed atmosphere away from the bustle outside. For those wanting to, seats and tables are available outside when weather permits. Coffee is great too with lots on offer with a large variety of snacks, pastries and cakes. Try the macchiato - lovely for a quick pick-me-up.

Very good customer service and good coffee. I had a hot chocolate and my mum a cappuccino. The hot chocolate was creamy and had a good flavour. And I didn't have to add sugar. It was perfect. Thumb's up for me!

A nice little coffee shop with friendly staff and comfortable chairs. Lovely food and a delicious array of cakes. The Welsh cakes are very reasonably priced and very tasty. They have some alternative coffee blends available at the till, quite often Monsoon Malabar and a Guatamalan blend. Prices are mostly in line with high street coffee shops. Often busy around lunchtime, but very peaceful around late afternoon.

As far as chains go this is my favourite, the lattes are nice and the coffee shop offers a nice setting. The tea cakes are huge and delicious, can't beat a sausage sandwich and a cake too. Free WiFi and they welcome dogs! Wheelchair accessible.

Very nice coffee shop with a good atmosphere and very nice staff. Quality coffee and with a cheaper filter option also had toast which was quite cheap compared to some places and came with preserve. It's a pity that once you leave Friar's walk and go into Commercial street it's like entering some kind of dystopia. Two very different worlds.

There's a lovely wall painting depicting the chartist uprising taken from the mural that used to be in john frost square, there's a lovely selection of coffee different flavoured teas including original and also a lovely collection of cakes in a really comfortable environment inside and out.
