A. A.Super cute cafe, friendly service, nice music and deco. The selection of homemade cakes is great, the cakes are super yummy and omg the coffee is actually so good I didn’t believe it! Nice range of breakfast options too.
M. S.Really nice food and the staff are lovely. We had quiche with salad and an egg mayonnaise sandwich with salad. It was well prepared and served quickly. The milkshakes are fabulous. We will revisit when we are in the area again. Thank you for a lovely lunch.
A.Good coffee, and gooey brownies. The breakfast tortilla was mediocre and I wouldn't get it again, the tortilla was straight out of the packet, unheated and a little dry on the edge, it would have been much better if it had been warmed or toasted a little. The granola was tasty. Welcoming atmosphere and dog friendly.
S. M. D.Had cake and a drink great service very tasty cakes will definitely be going back the next time we are in the area. There is parking in the village and some on street spaces but no dedicated parking for the cafe, still very worth the short walk to visit. Dog friendly too.

The homemade cakes are lovely and you can tell they are authentic. Totally recommend the victoria sponge or lemon drizzle cake. Absolutely the best I've tasted :-)
As an update-we have visited the island again, and of course have been regular customers at Lily's for the past 6 days. Their homemade sausage rolls and cakes are still delicious! I also tried a piece of fruity flapjack today. Again, a quality homemade treat.
Staff are all polite and friendly as always. The more senior members of staff always remember us and take the time to have a chat. They always make us feel welcome.
Totally recommend this place.

A. C.First impressions were not amazing. The food tasted good and home made which was a plus, the flat white coffee was weak and more like a late really. The staff were busy but seemed a bit disorganised which maybe is why it took longer that expected to be served. The internal layout of the place is also not the most relaxed for the customers. It feels like they didn’t change the one way design since Covid. Will need to come again and assess the place as it has potential, the staff are friendly and it maybe it was just a one-off blip in the service.
S.This cafe is located up the street and away from the sea front in a quiet village. There are no sea views but there are some outside tables which are in the sun. The building is old with loads of character. The coffee was well made and the blueberry cake was tasty. Service was quick and friendly.

D. B.We had never been here before today but we have to say that for somewhere to stop in Seaview for drink and a snack this place was great. We both chose a tea and a panini and the sign by the counter read "we don't serve fast food, we serve fresh food as as fast as we can!"
Well this message rang true and the panini was worth the wait. Brie, cranberry and bacon, with a lovely small side salad. Teapigs tea and a nice atmosphere with free wifi if you need it.
Top tip - if it looks busy when you enter from the street, venture over the step and passed the sofa to find more seating.
We will definitely visit again.

A. H.I enjoyed one of the best lunches ever here, a nice soup with a toasted sandwich, lovely granary bread used and lots of cheese, it was really delicious. Also some nice cakes. I have popped in for a coffee and sausage roll as well.

A. O. L. G.Even though the food was good I can’t give higher stars than this. Yes it was a busy Saturday but the staff were so rude! Having sat us next to the stock cupboard they proceeded to take a delivery and continuously open and entered the little room with the door opening on to where I was sitting. There was ‘no ketchup’ what in your whole delivery! I wouldn’t rush back and I’m sure there are other cafes in the village that’s are just as good. Very disappointed

P. H.Disappointing. Read the reviews and called in for lunch. Quiches looked lovely served with small side salad. Arrived warm but lacking taste and flavour. Suspect that they had been frozen, defrosted and warmed for serving - watery and tasteless but they were probably good when freshly baked. Hubby had a croissant “to take the taste of the quiche away”. Maybe we hit on a bad day and/or made bad choices. Tea and coffee were ok but wish we had stuck to cake.

C. M.Lovely coffee shop. A little slow but the guys were busy. Just a pointer. Less and less people carry cash, the cafe charge an additional fee if your order is below £5. They let me off as I used contactless but it's worth noting that there isn't a cash machine in the village. Nice decor. Food looked good.

M. F.Nice little place in Seaview. I had the sausage rolls which were nice and a Pizza which you can book in the evenings. Pizzas were abit small for the price (£9.50 for a pretty small pizza) but nice. Staff were friendly.
