First time here, and it was really good! Very good atmosphere, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and tasted better than Starbucks! Would come back!

Located just outside Bradlaugh Fields and Dog friendly - what more could a dog owning coffee lover ask for. Always clean, and plenty of seating, even when busy. Excellent service and the coffee is great - nicer and slightly cheaper than a couple of big names. The rewards program is generous

We popped into here after our walks at the weekend. Found it by accident, but great service and coffee. New build at Moulton Park with drive thru and sit down area. Clean and tidy. Nice seating too. Dairy alternative milks are free, unlike other coffee shops and they offer vegan croissants too!! Yummy!!

Lovely staff and coffee tasted great as usualy. Milkshakes are sooo good, as my 10yr old put it! New building is really fresh and lovely and so cool with air con which is great for the summer! Shame we're not closer but will pop in whenever we're over at the vets :)

Nice drinks, friendly staff. However the cafe is very noisy. It needs some sound deadening panels when the fridge and other machines are in use the sound is booming you cant hear people speaking next to you makes ordering difficult.

Ratio of small tables to large tables is too high, so hard to use for a small work meeting/discussions and if you want to use a laptop ita very tricky, its good for just 2 people really, otherwise you struggle to sit together. I find this bizarre as it's in an industrial area so if they improved this it would be far more useful... Prices are on par with others, nice friendly staff and quality is good... Would recommend, but sadly Starbucks does do that work space better, maybe the target audience is different...

Stumbled accross this place by accident. Has vegan options - the cheese, onion and tomato flatbread was lovely, the coffee was great, with a wide choice of milks and some sweet treats too. Above all though, the staff were polite, friendly, helpful and had a smile on their faces, even though it is a busy new years day! James was particularly helpful - my kid sister didn't like her toastie (which looked amazing and was melty and the issue was her, not the toastie), and he went above and beyond to help. Will definitly return and can recommend

Amazing store, great location, staff are brilliant. So attentive and personable. Great WiFi. Fantastic venue for a catch up with friends or to catch up on work. Always clean and tables cleaned promptly, sausage rolls are top notch as is the coffee but the thing that stands out the most is the staff.

This place is the usual main stream coffee experience, along with extra high prices. Marked down because the 3 or 4 times I have been here the hot drinks ordered were luke-warm at best, and could not be enjoyed without microwaving them first. I have not experienced this with any other coffee place, so can't guess why it would be an issue here - but unfortunately it is.

A very long wait for the drive through before getting our coffee. Seemed like the shop was also busy but not enough staff. Odd for a Saturday to have limited staff at peak busy period. Not ideal with three screaming kids in the car. Coffee was nice but if the wait is going to be long every-time, probably not worth it.

Great addition to the locality and really came into it's own in the sweltering heat today. Nearly melted in my home office, so a 6pm trip to the lovely air-conditioned cafe with a double espresso and coke with a ton of ice was bliss. We stayed till throwing out time at 8pm. Coffee and cake was excellent too.

We go to Bewiched alot and which ever branch we go to, we are not disappointed. The coffee's are really good, hot or iced, and the breakfast muffins are amazing. The drive thru is great when passing through Moulton Park. The loyalty card too is an added bonus. We have already enjoyed 5 free drinks. Well done to all of the staff, service with a smile genuinely does make a difference 👏

Staff are amazing and really go out of their way to please you. One gentleman in particular helped my daughter when she wanted to take her Pap for a coffee and he was in his mobility scooter and he was so helpful. First time here, generally clean and fresh appearance but staff member who took our order was less than enthusiastic and didnt seem to care if we were here or not. The girls who made the drinks were much more upbeat but the coffee (main point of being here) may as well have been iced. Not even sure you could define it as lukewarm. I understand, as a barista, that you have a "drinking" temperature but this was nowhere near. My friend who drinks "kids temp" even said it was too cool for him.

Have used the drive thru twice, both times the staff were friendly and helpful. The iced coffee, unlike other more well known brands, tastes of coffee and isn't over sweet. They do serve breakfast and lunch items as well as pastries. No gluten free items however. Overall excellent. Don't forget to ask about their loyalty scheme.

I love this place. I visit regularly with a friend and we always have such a lovely time. The staff are so warm, friendly and welcoming. The coffee and cake are amazing, especially the amaretti/ pistachio slice. Looking forward to our next visit already. Thank you bewitched.
