Reviews of Granny's Cafe

Nice village cafe with all day breakfast. Worth leaving the main roads with on street parking outside. Ordered the Weedon Regular breakfast and americano coffee. Cooked perfectly. Highly recommended. Lunchtime options of sandwiches, rolls, soups, and a few meals available.

If I could give this fabulous little cafe 10 stars I would!!! In a quiet little street of quaint houses with parking outside, this quirky stop over is charming and full of character that keeps you occupied even without sampling their amazing breakfast!
Simplicity is key here but my! Amazing tasty locally purchased product! Sausages full of gorgeous ‘straight from the farm’ flavour, thick, succulent, divine! Bacon cut thickly and slightly salty, fried with flavour. Black pudding moist and amazingly flavoursome without being too strong! Top this off with a good cup of coffee and you’re there - perfect breakfast!
And if the food isn’t enough to charm you, there’s super paintings from a local artist to buy at really affordable prices, fabulous quirky plant displays from another local supplier and bizarre stories of shoes warding off witches in fireplaces from your wonderfully friendly waitress.
Speed of service- really quick.
Friendliness - top notch
Food tastiness - out of this world (please order the sausages!)
Value for money - great!
Thank you Gavin and Mandy and the team. We’ll be back!! (And this time we’ll remember to pay and not be so overcome by our visit!).

Great little breakfast spot / greasy spoon. Good coffee and quick service. Only constructive feedback is no milk alternatives.. but we’re in the countryside so pretty standard

Popped in on the way by with my wife after reading good reviews for a cheeky breakfast on the way west and pleased we did. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and had two regular breakfasts. Sausages and bacon from a local butcher, not plastic food. Whilst not the cheapest brekkie it's well worth it. Highly recommended

We had a full English breakfast here, a great way to start the day. The food was lovely, the coffee was great and the staff were fabulous. We were delighted that they even put a birthday candle in my husband's sausage :) Would highly recommend.

We love the food and friendly atmosphere at Granny’s Kitchen. A particularly great breakfast either as a set meal or can order separate items to individual taste. All the food is very fresh and tasty served and cooked by a group of lovely people . Reasonably priced and so popular would recommend making a reservation on a Saturday. Parking in the village car park.

Lovely welcoming place. Accommodated our party of 7 adults for breakfast without any worries. Service and food were both fabulous. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended 👌

Always a very warm welcome (no matter how busy they are) in a lovely village cafe. Quality of breakfast is the best we've had in Northants - and we've tried many establishments!! If you don't book though you may be disappointed!!

A very warm welcome, amazing food, fantastic staff, and dog friendly. What more could you ask for?
We were going to moan about the opening times like one of the reviewers, but then realised we weren't utter idiots like him. We'll definitely be back, but we imagine he'll storm off to a Café that isn't anywhere near as good as Granny's, but their opening times suit him better.

Fantastic cafe with brilliant staff. The cafe is warming and clean. The window display was very autumnal and ready for Halloween. We both had the breakfast. I had fried bread on mine which wasn't at all greasy. Unlimited mugs of tea and coffee. We'll worth a visit.
