You can enjoy your favourite coffee with the wide range of varieties served. Snacks and croissants are really great and delicious too. They attendants are very polite and friendly. It's a very nice and cozy area and you can also sit out to have a view of the market.

Great place to meet for a coffee, great drinks and very friendly staff. Tables were a little sticky and had not been cleaned in a while. It was a busy Saturday so to be expected.

I had a decaf cappuccino and a croissant. The server warmed up my croissant and gave me butter and jam. There were different flavours to sprinkle on your drinks by the sugars and stirrers (chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla). The coffee was delicious, the staff friendly and the store was very clean and well taken care of.

I enjoyed my visit here because it reminded of the branch on the Edgeware Road in London. Which I loved because of the nice staff and the relaxed atmosphere as well as comfortable furniture. It is a great place to go to if you want to spend time on your own or take a group of friends. It is also a handy place for students who need a place to do the assignments because it has plenty of power points which business people would also find useful. I could literally spend ours at a time here. It's great.

Got a latte with coconut milk for the first time here. Now I get a latte with coconut milk everytime because they do it well. It tastes good and it's not too sweet or too bitter; it's just right. The 4 stars is just for the interior and location but 5 stars for service and drinks👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Starbucks Coffee In A Decent Location In Northampton Town Centre Close By To The Recently Refurbished and Revamped Grosvenor Shopping Centre and the old no longer existing greyfriars bus station. I Have Been To This Starbucks With My College When I Was On The Moving Course. I Used To Go Out To Northampton With My Class Every Friday And I Came To Starbucks Once. Friendly Hardworking Staff and great selection of drinks.

Popped in for a much needed cup of tea, they don't judge you (openly anyway) for asking for tea from a shop famous for coffee. I was served swiftly and was given my milk in a separate container as I don't have a lot of milk and they didn't want to mess it up, couldn't ask for better service really, all of the staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Not the brightest coffee shop I've been to. Sparsely populated with tables but understandable right now. Just didn't have the right atmosphere of somewhere you go to really enjoy a coffee. Plenty of distance between everyone made it safe and at least they're open.

The cake was a little dry, the coffee was nice.. But its coming back to me now.. (Wavy /dreamy lines).. I was waiting in the queue. The woman in front of me, went to the 2nd to last available table (which had comfy seats). Imagine my annoyance when she cleared her table of plates/cups by dumping them on the last table.. (If you're not as selfish or stupid as she is, you'll realise my annoyance, as I was walking towards the last table).. I didn't need to say anything; I have an Aurora that oozes annoyance and anger.. Just proceeded to empty the table, carrying a pile of dirty stuff to it's proper place.. That said, Starbucks should make sure the tables are clean.. Perhaps someone called in sick.. Dunno.. Just recall that incident and dry cake (which is a bit expensive)

The disabled toilets are filthy and used by everyone I had to wait while to able-bodied people used it before I was able too. The toilets upstairs are not sign posted clear enough. Maybe a sigh on the disabled door would deter some from using and staff need to check it regularly to make sure it's clean

Some staff are nice, some stop preparing your drink and go clean the doors or something and leaving other staff to ask after few minutes what are you waiting and finish preparing the drink (and I think he's a manager). Twice now... Plus other customers
