T. S.Unfortunately wasn't able to try the pistachio iced latte (presumably due to stock issues) but the coffee I did have was delicious and I'll be visiting again to try the pistachio one another time. Food was great too and the man serving was extremely friendly and personable.

P.I use Cafe Nero often, this morning i had to wait a fair amount of time as there was a large order being prepped, when i got to the counter the chap behind the counter said ‘ i will only charge you for one item as you have been waiting far too long, and thank you for your patience”, what fantastic customer service! I didnt expect that and knowing what its like facing a long queue when you have a big order of something i was prepared to wait, but it was a nice gesture, i will only be using that particular caffe nero from now on, great staff!
A. K.The cafe was quiet and they were playing classical music which I deeply appreciate. I had a regular cappuccino and an almond croissant. The cappuccino was okay but I think it was missing depth in its flavou profiles. The croissant had a nice flavour but the texture was all wrong; it was more on the bready side... the signature flakiness of a croissant was missing and the melt-in-the-mouth interior wasn't there either.
D. S.Pretty poor to be honest. Very slow service and a particular drink my partner wanted was out of stock but still on the menu, it should have been removed if it wasn't available.
S. A.Always amazing. Awesome staff and do try the capuchino cake its a MUST... Americano with this cake goesss soooo good. Also chocolate fudge cake and carrot cake is good too.
N. L.It's a chain coffee shop, they sell overpriced coffee that let's be honest doesn't taste that great. but like so many others I use on occasion because its easy.

J. M.I enjoyed my visit on a half term week which meant every eating establishment was very crowded at lunchtime. I liked the fact people with pushchairs weren't put off coming in despite the limited seating. Nice atmosphere and good food.
