A good old fashioned cafe with good old fashioned basic cafe food. I had a roast beef dinner which was nice. They also do Sunday dinners to take away which is a fabulous idea. The staff are lovely and friendly. Easy parking. All on one level so would be ok for wheelchair access.

We heard that this place did gorgeous breakfasts so went out of our way for one here, and yes! I had the best cheese and mushroom omelette I have ever experienced in my life!!!!! We all thought that the staff were fantastic and would definitely recommend this place if you want a proper, big breakfast. Or just a nice one.

We had a lovely lunch at Janey's today. First time visiting since we have moved to Hethersett and definitely won't be the last. Food was lovely and fresh. The service was great, I didn't get the ladies name but she was super friendly and attentive considering how busy it was. I would highly recommend

What a gem of a place, especially as it has its own off road parking. My homemade burger n chips was gorgeous and my wife said the sandwiches we're delightful. With a proper sized pot of Tea and Supafast and friendly service it's the perfect stopgap. Will defo be calling in again.

Convenient Cafe to visit in Hethersett when staying at Cringleford Travelodge. Friendly staff, free parking and reasonably priced food. Had brunch consisting of an English breakfast and hot drink. Will visit again if in the area.

We regularly eat at Janey's despite living a reasonable distance away purely because the home cooked food is simply worth it. The portions are very generous for the price and the quality is excellent. The staff are always lovely and accomodating. Highly recommended. I'd also suggest trying their breakfast which they serve all day, definitely the best in the area!

A lovely cafe in the heart of Hethersett. Ordered a full English breakfast and the served portions are more than enough to fill up even the most ravenous patrons. Bang on food and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem to all looking for a great weekend brunch.

Gotta be one of the best breakfasts I've ever had 10/10 everything was cooked how I like it.. i've seen complaints about the price but it's worth every penny. I come from the city and its an average price for decent food now.

Stopped here on a Friday work lunch, lovely little cafe. Was priced at the higher end of reasonable but not outrageously. It appears service is faster for regulars. Pleasent visit though friendly staff and lack of other choices made this stop worthwhile

Lovely food. 2 Large breakfasts and pot of tea for 2 (which did 2 large mugs each) for £19.10 well worth it! Good quality sausages and bacon. Eggs done to prefrence also served with mushrooms, hash browns, tomatoes, beans, homemade potato chips and bread and butter or toast. An can't forget the friendly waitress and clean and homely cafe atmosphere. Will definitely be returning. Only question was if they have highchairs for if I return with my lil one. there was none in the dinning area when we visited but might have been some out back.

Just had a delicious takeaway turkey roast from Janey’s with all the trimmings. Everything was delicious from the turkey, the veg, the roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding to the most delicious homemade gravy. It even came with stuffing and cranberry sauce. The perfect antidote to a rainy, cold Sunday. We’ll definitely be going back soon.

Been a few times now. Lovely cafe , friendly staff and huge meal portions! Great value for money. There are a few carpark spaces. A visitor toilet but no baby change. They also do takeaway food as well

Personalised 🥪 and baggettes can be pre ordered for eating in or taken away. The daily menu bourd offers a tempting dinner and afters selection. Food is freshly cooked and affordable, accessible♿ with parking and 🚻 🚼. Lovely place to meet and eat that caters for all.
