We had tea and cake at the PB it was delicious. They serve glass tea pots with tea leaves which was different. I have black tea with a piece of date/pistachio/chocolate slice and it was so tasty. My wife had peppermint tea. This cafe is charming the barn has been renovated to a high standard it’s very comfortable. There is a shop in the cafe selling home stuff. Highly recommend a visit but suggest you book first I would go again but would like to try lunch.

After having been recommended I was very disappointed. Poor welcome of "have you reserved" then told where we were allowed to sit. Ordered scone with compote and cream, cappuccino, tub of ice cream and tap water. My daughter was told to get the water at the back, which was left in the heat therefore very warm. The scone was dry with a very small portion of compote and cream. Overall abrupt service, lack of choice and quality of food does not match the price.

Thank you Nick for a wonderful final lunch in the U.K.
We couldn’t have been more happy to discover your hidden gem in the middle of Norfolk.
The food was excellent and your good, fun nature added to the occasion.
We will be back!

The painted barn is our favourite cafe for coffee and cake or a lovely lunch and we also love the shop for great homely items. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Lovely place in the summer for outdoor seating. P.s the sausage rolls are to die for! 😍

We have visited twice now and on both occasions everything has been just prefect. This is a wonderful conversion of an old barn. Lots of the old beams and brickwork on show. Half the barn is given over to home accessories and small furniture pieces. The other half is the cafe. The staff are all so friendly. The coffee is so good - they really know how to brew a proper coffee! There's also a lovely selection of loose leaf teas. We have tried the homemade pork and cider sausage roll, the cheese scone, and the local made Brays pork pies. All delicious. There is also a small offering of light lunch dishes. But then there are the cakes - all homemade and all delicious We tried the coffee and walnut and raspberry and apple gluten free. If you are passing by, you must turn down the drive for a visit. You won't be disappointed!

First visit unaware of its existence until a friend suggested we visit.
We had coffee and cake although it was busy with tables booked for food.
We were both impressed by the cake mine Victoria sponge with jam and cream one of the best I've tasted. Latte was in a large cup and my friend had cappuccino.
Highly recommended and will visit again.
Its not the largest of places so bear in mind tables may not be free.

An amazing little cafe and shop tucked away in the countryside. We'll worth a visit to peacefully spend an hour and grab a bite to eat.
The sausage rolls are amazing as is the cake and food.
Staff are welcoming and the decor is superb.
