A. C.Wonderful place run be Greek family: lovely, approachable and gregarious people. Very friendly and nice. They have indoor and outdoor settings and cosy atmosphere. You can not only buy a good food here but also some Greek products such as olive oils, sweets or balsamic vinegar. The family support local students therefore you also can buy their art, for example picture of orange branch. Tea, coffee, cold drinks as well as warm or cold food will satisfy your appetite but live some space in your belly for a desert. The patisserie is definitely worth a visit. I promised them that I'll come back and I'm going to keep my promise.

Highly recommended the Greek Coffee, super strong and a lovely new experience!

I had the bougatsa (a parcel of crispy phyllo layers filled with a lovely rich custard), which was the size of my face and very filling, and washed it down with some strong Greek coffee. the best bit had to be the two guys sitting behind me, playing backgammon and interjecting "opa!" every so often 😂
L. T.Amazing Cappacino with a good foam and artsie bit. Service was polite and excellent. Went back the next day for coffee and lunch, server remembered us and our last order which was really nice. We had the Greek Veggie Special which was absolutely gorgeous! Would definitely go back next we're in Nottingham!
P. M.My Wife and I stayed at the Premier Inn located just across from Elena's Lovely plaice with food that took us back to our time in Cyprus. Breakfast was great washed down by a Greek Coffee.
The staff were very friendly and willing to talk to us about Cyprus and Traditions.
Well worth a visit, we will certainly be going back again.

M.Great place for a break from town. They have amazing refreshing food in summer and comforting food for the winter. The tea selection is incredible from black, green, herbal to all sorts of lovely blends. They also sell Greek products like chocolates, biscuits olive oil, teas and others.

Elena was also very friendly and was kind enough to not kick me out every time I made a mistake and referred to the “others”. 😬

As for the coffee and teas. I tried a few different coffees and they were all delicious made with love and care. There is a great selection of fresh pastries and desserts .
There are tables outside where there is a Riviera atmosphere when it's sunny!
Definitely an amazing place for breakfast, snacks and hot and cold drinks. We will go there again and we definitely will recommend it to friends.

C. K.I cannot say enough about this little gem! Me and my partner were visiting Nottingham and Elena and her daughter made us feel very welcome! We had our breakfast there and it was served with a smile! Super fresh and tasty!! Really made the trip enjoyable for us and we will surely be back! ❤

A.I visited Elena’s after a colleague recommended the patisserie for a lunch spot. I’m so happy to have found this beautiful cafe - not only is there plenty of menu choice, but the food itself is simply beautiful. I had the Greek veggie special sandwich - the focaccia was the nicest I have ever eaten! I was greeted and served by Elena - she was so friendly and explained everything carefully and diligently. Additionally, art work is sold inside, which supports the NTU/NU students - how lovely! See you again very soon Elena and team 😊

A. S.Great Greek coffee and sandwiches, mouth watering desserts (really recommend the Ekmek Kataifi) and lovely, friendly staff! Love this place and stop by whenever I'm in Nottingham Centre. Great to sit outside in the summer but just as cozy inside when the weather gets harsh.

Z. K. G.I would give six stars if I could! Stumbled upon this place looking for a coffee. They have a wonderful selection of pastries. Unfortunately we had already had breakfast so ended up returning for lunch to try the spinach and feta pastry - it was amazing! I’m honestly thinking of returning to Nottingham just to visit this place again. The staff that run the place are lovey and welcoming.

The staff are just as sweet as the food they sell, they are all very polite, friendly and eager to help!

k. f.I went on a very hot day, hoping for some sort of cold coffee. Not only did they have cold coffee, they had at least 3 different types and most customers were ordering them, it seemed. I went for the cold cappuccino, a bit worried it would be too milky and sweet but it was perfect - good strong coffee, ice cold, not over sweet atall. How it should be, continental-style. The owner is very attentive and friendly. I shall soon try the savoury pastries as they looked great.

The Fredo cappuccino is incredible, and the interior reminds me of authentic greek places (I lived in Athens for 3 months). The tea selection is impressive and all natural - you tell them what mood you're in and they find the perfect tea. Also the food is so fresh and delicious - with a Mediterranean twist. Love it!

V. N.A good variety of traditional and non-traditional Greek and Cypriot food (must try the Bougatsa and Cypriot Special!) Very quick and good coffee although they have Milko, Amita Motion (my favourite) and refreshing Greek lemonade. Very friendly staff and the owner (Elena) always goes out of her way to speak to you and explain what the Patisserie offers! Many young people such as students play backgammon in the evenings. Although there's quite an industrial and modern feel, the atmosphere is warm and vibrant.

H. H.Just discovered a little piece of Cyprus in the heart of Nottingham. A Cypriot coffee at its best, cakes to suit all pallets, tried the Cypriot halloumi with Cypriot bread mouth watering. If you're in town it's a must visit. Keep up the good work guys.
