Number Sixteen is spot on. It’s in a convenient location overlooking Bingham Buttercross Memorial on Market Square 🙂 Chris and his team are always welcoming. They're friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. For a pre-Christmas catch up we couldn’t have picked a better venue. We opted for: ☕️ Tea & coffee 🥚 Spinach omelette served with homemade Boston beans, cheese and crispy bacon off the specials menu. This had been enthusiastically sold to us and were sooo glad it was! I would have been jealous if Sue had this and I hadn’t. It was mouthwateringly good. FINAL WORD: It’s not my first time here and it certainly won’t be my last.

Superb service, friendly staff, delicious coffee and prices that aren't unreasonable are just a fee of the reasons I would recommend Number Sixteen at Bingham! The owner is personable and attentive which made me feel really special as a customer. They prepared me a dairy free egg on toast with an oat milk latte! Awesome!! Nothing is too much trouble. Just look how accommodating they were with my 🐕 too...post covid... Defo recommend!! Go, you will be glad you did!

Staff were very friendly and professional. Service was of high standard and provided in a timely fashion. It was lovely to sit on Bingham Square which has great atmosphere. My only quibble would be that this place is quite expensive, I paid £9 for an English breakfast and got 1 sausage, tiny portion of baked beans and no hash brown. I think you can put up with the price due to being sat on Bingham Square. As a suggestion I'd recommend adding a bigger breakfast option to the menu.

Muttering my dilemma to the server, was overheard by another - Mark - who came to my rescue offering a healthy option off-menu - primarily fruit with a few oats thrown in. Ok, so I cheated and agreed to a little honey too ... but it would have been fab with or without.

Superb friendly and attentive service, particularly Chris who was charming. Very tasty and fresh food, a great place to visit. Reasonably priced given portion size and quality. The cakes looked like doorstops, although we were too full following our sandwiches and chips to try them. We dropped in on the off chance and were very pleased that we did.

A busy cafe near the town square and buttercross. Interesting decòr and friendly staff with a good choice of freshly prepared food including cakes, brownies, flapjacks (some of which are gluten free). Tasty savoury dishes, generous portions and good coffee. Small seating area, with access a problem for those with pushchair or wheelchair. Outside seating minimal but available.

Dropped in on a Sunday morning without a booking for a table of 8. Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, food was excellent and well presented. If we lived in the area this would be a regular haunt. Would highly recommend.

Celebrated with friends here on Friday night and it was a great choice. I had the best steak I've eaten in ages and we enjoyed a variety of tarts for dessert. The new decor is tasteful and stylish, and the host and serving staff so attentive and welcoming. All my friends are keen to return to dine here again.

Came here for lunch today with a friend and everything was fantastic. I haven't been since it was refurbished but I'll be back again soon! Food was fantastic (can recommend the prawn open sandwich with some cake for pud!) Despite being busy inside and out, we were checked on loads of times, and best of all we spent a good few hours nattering without being rushed out of the door. Definitely recommend!

Been a while since we ate here. A very long time. We were last here when it was the Picture Cafe. Back then it was a noisy somewhat disorganised place serving at best average grub. Wow what a difference. Loved everything about it: food; atmosphere; ambience and the excellent service. The new owner Chris is also a wonderful host.

Dropped-in ad-hoc, and ordered a couple of coffees and asked what cakes were available. Lotus Biscoff was recommended and my wife suggested I’d love it, as she’d seen a rash of Lotus Biscuit cakes bounded about on the internet, stuffed with Lotus Biscuits at every turn. What arrived was....disappointing 😐. A sponge cake with middle and top layer of a coffee-esque cream, and on top, one half of a broken Lotus Biscuit. Not quite what I’d imagined, but I’m the type of person who, unless I have to slice mould off one edge, will eat it anyway. The excellent waitress asked if I’d enjoyed it, but then told me it was a vegan recipe. I’m not vegan, vegetarian, or allergic to any ingredients, but wondered why it’s not required of food providers to state that a product is vegan etc, when offering it. Taste is always compromised in my opinion, and I would have had an alternative cake had I known. A tad disappointed 😐. Otherwise, great setting, excellent staff, friendly service, lish coffees!

This is a fantastic cafe in Bingham it used to be the picture cafe. It has a very good variety of menu and choice of food. Lovely and friendly staff I would definitely recommend it.

Great independent Cafe, with excellent atmosphere. Cooked breakfasts are a treat especially if on a diet! Food is freshly made to order. Please be aware it gets very busy on weekends, and parking is limited outside on busy times. Car park is near by but still can get very busy so best visited early in morning on weekends. Staff friendly and polite. A great cafe in Bingham. Also they do themed meals in the evening on certain days which is best to check whilst visiting of any coming up in future.

My absolute favourite cafe for food, drinks and cake. The paninis, burgers, fish finger sandwiches and American pancakes are particularly delicious! A little small and tight with a buggy but it is do able, and the staff (and other customers) are always friendly and willing to help.

Lovely little cafe with friendly staff and huge cakes. Parking just outside. Bowl for water for dogs. They do catering for parties too. Lifesaver when I was desperate for a cup of tea. Watch out for the very powerful hand dryer in the accessible toilet, louder than you'd expect and made me yell. Recommend this cafe to everyone.

Excellent breakfast, just what was needed after being at a music festival the day before. We'd stopped at the Hotel Belvoir, a few miles outside Bingham. Their restaurant wasn't operational so they have us a list of places to find breakfast: I was told that Number Sixteen was the favourite, and I can see why.

A good place for a hot drink and a delicious piece of cake. The interior is a tad echoey so you have to concentrate on your conversation. It wouldn't be good for those hard of hearing or with disorders adversely affected by an echoey environment. For everyone else it's a lovely place to visit.
