Really like this local cafe bakery. The food is excellent value. The Full English Breakfast they do is very filling. A couple of pointers is that it would be nice if they served it on a bigger plate with the toast on the side. All ingredients are very tasty but don't think it needs the Waffle or the mugs. The cooking of eggs and toast seems to be hit and miss sometimes. Just being picky maybe. To be fare it has everything you want on a breakfast and more at a reasonable price.

One of the best cafes I have been to. Not many tables, and reservations are recommended on Saturdays. The staff are very nice and the service is very quick. The bathroom is clean. The atmosphere of the cafe is pretty awesome. Artwork on display is created by the co-owner, pretty good. The food is awesome! Potate pancakes are phenomenal. The sausage and bacon are very tasty. The desserts are incredible. Prices are reasonable. Will defiantly come back again!

This place is a hidden gem! A small coffee shop serving some tasty alternatives for breakfast, we were lucky enough to turn up and find a table free, but it is best to book as tables are limited and it gets pretty busy. The staff were really friendly, the food extremely tasty, the coffee hot and strong, and the decor was calm and inviting. With more than just food and drinks available, we left with a beautiful smelling soy candle, a home made sausage roll, which our son devoured after school and gave a thumbs up, and a scrummy lotus caramel doughnut which was a delicious late night treat. We'll definitely be going again and would recommend to anyone, but be sure to book if you don't want to miss out!

I love The Hidden Bakery; have been visiting since it was a home bakery and have followed her from Kimberly to the current Café like a hungry puppy. The best homemade food imaginable, great service and honestly can't praise the food enough - the breakfasts are to die for, the cakes amazing and the hot chocolates are so decadent they're indecent. This is one of my happy places!

Went for a lovely brunch today. The frappes are amazing we had the percy pig and the salted caramel - wow! We ordered the full English, the eggs benny, and the smashed avo. The eggs benny were gorgeous and all dishes were so well presented. We had to take away some cake samples for gourmet research! We picked the Mars brownies, a cronuts the millionaires shortbread. Homemade cakes are just the best! Thank you HB we'll be back soon

Stumbled across this place almost by accident. Well named as if you weren't looking for it you might easily pass by without seeing it. Food was excellent, portion sizes are huge and the prices are beyond reasonable. Only complaint was we were too full to try the delicious looking cakes they had on offer. Guess we'll just have to go back. If you're in the area definitely check it out. If not I'd recommend going out your way to try it.

Arrived here as a random trip out for my wife's birthday. I can certainly say I will be returning. Staff where super friendly and the food was fantastic. It's a small venue but I feel that just adds to the niche. Very enjoyable visit. Thank you.

Went today and sat outside - lovely in the sunshine. Food was great, something a little different to usual, generous portions and great value we thought. Cost us between £5 and £7 per meal plus drinks. The bottomless brunch also looked great as we saw other people with it, looked a nice selection of cocktails to choose from. Ordered bacon cobs and oreo brownies to take out. Great service and food was ready quicker than expected. The cobs were packed with perfectly cooked bacon and were still hot when I got them home 10 minutes later. Delicious 😋 The brownies were fabulously gooey and rich. This was the second time I've been here but my son frequently visits and it never disappoints. Wonderful food, drinks etc. and even better hospitality.

Been for breakfast this morning and oh my gosh it was amazing. I had the Smashed avo and the Mr had a full breakfast. Both meals were so filling and tasted beautiful. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere and music was lovely and upbeat. Will be making the a regular visit.

Finally found a coffee shop/bakery in one that has the most amazing homebaked collection. Brought a selection of cakes and a few sausage rolls and oh my tastes buds melted. Fresh and amazingly well baked, so tasty! (We didn't eat all, our family members had one each too) Definitely worth a stop by! I'm so going to be a regular 🙈 can't wait to taste test the rest of the menu 😋

Found this little gem on way to day out in Peak District. Wow, probably the best breakfast I have had. The veggie box was amazing, super fresh , whole avacado with great spicing. The staff were brilliant despite Covid issues we were made to feel safe and secure.

If this review was purely on the food it would be an easy 5*! Had to lose a point for set up of the tables though- one long table for 6 people rather than three smaller tables for couples - if there were more people in a group you could always push them together. The problem with the big table is there could be two couples seated at either end and you’d have to push behind to get to the middle and clash elbows with strangers. Seating is limited anyway as it’s a very small area, so don’t expect to always be guaranteed a table. Food though- incredible! My husband ate as I wasn’t hungry and he had the Hilltop Pot (full English). It was served on a hot plate on top of a wooden slab- beautiful presentation and the food was piping! All cooked fresh (takes a while as you’d expect) and all very tasty from the sausages to the mouthwatering fresh bread. Tea was also really good value (you get a pot with around 4 cups in for £2). Surroundings were great and loved the bluesy music. I can’t wait to go back and try the food for myself!

First time at the Hidden Bakery. Afternoon tea with three girl friends. What a lovely surprise.. Wonderful selection of cakes and treats presented beautifully in boxes. So much food that it was impossible to eat it all, the boxes were certainly handy to take the remainder of the delicious cakes home to share. Will definitely be letting friends and family know about this little gem place to eat.

Nice place, although the layout not thought out properly, nice food, charming staff but wait was a bit long. Its all a bit cramped at the front but the bar is in the widest space where there are no seats. It would have been far more spacious if the bar counter was just inside the door. The waitress was having to weave between everyone as it is: recipe for disaster!

A great place for a good cup of coffee and a quality home made cake @ sensible cost , plus polite & friendly staff . Savory meals are also available like burger options and the like , portions are large and should satisfy the most hungry of diners . Parking is directly outside the coffeeshop and is free while you drink and dine , an outside seating space is available with a couple of tables which are ideal for dog owners or if you just like a bit of fresh air with your coffee and cake . This is a non chain business and is a totally local run independent outfit , highly recommend by locals and visitors alike , a must place visit whilst in the neighborhood .

This is a lovely place to go for food, they're incredibly accommodating, but I'd call before going if you have a dietary requirement as they're happy to help with it, just their menu is very small and your options may therefore be limited and they'll be able to give you information about that. Otherwise me and my partner had a lovely breakfast here. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and kind. Whilst they did their best to seat us there might not have been the opportunity had a reserved table not been for later that day so I'd suggest booking to ensure you get a table. The breads were fabulous and baked inhouse and they definitely use fresh bought butchers produce (my partner believes from across the road) which makes their food so incredibly lovely. Only downsides were the lack of dairy alternative options e.g. Butter and milk for coffees, but I would just bring my own when I definitely go again. As well as that they only have a small selection of soft drinks, which was fine for me, but might be a downside for coca cola addicts.

Easily my favourite place for Breakfast (or Brunch) and they have recently launched a supper club which sounds amazing! This quaint establishment on the outskirts of Eastwood really hit the spot this morning. I had the breakfast and fully recommend I suggest booking before going as it is very popular with 6 tables spread out down the narrow room where the kitchen is fully visible for all to see If you are driving it can be awkward to park so please consider this in peak times. Overall, if you have time and want to be spoilt with local food go for it and enjoy 👍🏽

Amazing little eatery with amazing food. Do not be fooled by the menu and the amount of people inside, the food is great and really should be presented better in the menu. It was relatively cheap when compared to Costa, and the meals are very filling and worth what you pay. Would highly recommend!
