Lovely staff and good service but the cakes were surprisingly dry and the vegan cake almost had no flavour. Having the drinks inside to be with glass rather than plastic will make it better. I love their brownies but also having some outside seatings in the garden will be nicer as well.

Cakes and coffee so good we stopped in twice in one day! They have a smorgasbord of tasty treats, the pic is of a delight called a Cruffin!! Yes a Croissant muffin! A taste bud pleasing creation that is guaranteed to leave you wanting more! To put the cherry on top the staff are top quality and the coffee will make you wonder why you ever wasted your time at Starbucks... Get yourself down and sample Barefoot!

Barefoot is one of my favorites bakeries in the world. They have both common and unusual flavors of cakes. Amazing gluten free options too. Don’t forget to try the salted caramel brownie.

As a student, this has been a staple spot to get work done. The staff are friendly. They have these pastries that are half croissant half muffin. The Wi-Fi has been spotty lately and the paying machine has been acting up, that’s the only reason for a 4/5

Barefoot produced and delivered an absolutely wonderful vegan cake for our wedding dessert table. It was so popular that we didn't even manage to grab a slice ourselves! We received so many compliments from our guests and were very happy to support a local independent business.

Ordered an apple & blackberry cake from Barefoot this past weekend and I'm so glad I did! I was looking for a birthday cake for my father-in-law that wasn't too sweet, didn't have fondant icing and had a unique flavour other than the standard cake flavours. They delivered the cake on time and everyone really enjoyed it. I was even told "10 out of 10" for the cake, so thank you Barefoot!

Inspiring Cafe with good selection of collations & vegan treats. Sadly the card machine was out of order & cafe very noisy with toddlers on Saturday late afternoon. Open til 6pm but no pre-booking possible so not the most relaxing place. Shame. Also not my best brownie.

The place is small, but has a very nice atmosphere to it. It's very nicely decorated; it looks like it used to be a house, but the style of a the decor gives the pretty homey vibe a modern twist. The staff is also very nice and the coffee is good, so no real complains here. I just wish it were bigger.

Great vegan cakes. Close to home, but we sometimes sit outside to look at people. Could have better location and tables, and actually have a backyard. But the cakes are so awesome it doesn't matter. They provide cakes to a lot of cafés around Oxford.

We popped into Barefoot on a Sunday afternoon for a pick-me-up. The selection of cakes was very impressive with GF, no wheat and vegan options available. Having made our cake selection we also enjoyed a coffee that was well make and testy. Overall it was a very nice, excellent cake and good coffee.

I ordered my birthday cake from Barefoot Oxford, and we savored every bite! They were super flexible in terms of pick-up, and the cake was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to make up an occasion to reorder!

Barefoot is a wonderful little cafe! I was wowed by the beautiful cakes in the window, decorated with flowers and fruit! The rose and raspberry slice was as delicious as it looked and was served with a smile. Extra care was taken for my partner who has severe nut allergies, which was really appreciated. The iced latte was lovely too! Definitely worth a visit!

Looks very pretty, staff friendly-ness is very hit or miss, some are nice but others condescending. They have not had any vegan cake options the last 5 times I've tried which is a shame, but they do have coconut milk at least. Coffee was fine, tea cup is cute but then went cold quickly as it's so thin! Generally nice, but please more vegan cakes!

I love the cakes and brownies here. It is a bit far from the office so when I can't get here I go to one of the other cafes that sells Barefoot baked goods because I love them so much. Also a great tea selection and I love that coffee is also served in tea cups. Such a nice place to meet friends in the afternoon.

This is an incredible, independent coffee shop (although I understand there is now a Woodstock branch) that I would really recommend if seeking a relaxing coffee in Jericho. Above all, the cake (clearly home-made!) is to die for and probably the best I’ve ever had in a coffee shop. I regret that, in my case, not living in Oxford prevents me from visiting more regularly.

The tea and the cake were really lovely but the staff was rude. Maybe because they were going to close in half an hour, maybe for another reason. For example we asked for some sugar and the waiter said us in a grumpy way to take it from another table. By the way, I'll maybe give another chance to this place because is pretty and cakes are delicious.

Nice place with a good selection of cakes: watch the flapjack though, it's a sugar-trap! The reason i can't rate it higher is each time we've been in there, the staff behind the counter have been really inattentive. Once one was on her phone texting in front of us and didn't acknowledge our presence for a good 30 seconds, another time i had to ask to be served, standing at the counter. Not good enough - they should realise there is plenty of competition out there and they need to focus a little more on customer service.

Barefoot is a treat that shocks me every time I enter its doors. The cakes, breads and general baked goods are of a standard I have not encountered in a while. I am particularly partial to the Peach and Raspberry cake and often pop my head in in the hopes of it not being sold out. I confess even if it is I still find myself at the mercy of another flavour. I look forward to every coffee date or spontaneous cake treat at the Barefoot.

A great place to buy some sourdough and pastries on a Saturday morning for breakfast. I like the San Francisco sour the best. So much better than the weird Casa Boudoir clothes shop that used to be here. Let them eat cake!

We entrusted our wedding cake and our daughter's baptism and 1st birthday cake to the competent hands of Barefoot Bakery. The cakes were delicious and the decoration absolutely stunning. Gill from Barefoot Jericho went the extra mile to accomodate our special wishes, we couldn't recommend them more. (Only four stars though because indeed as previous commentators said, the lack of attentiveness/friendliness of the service staff in the Jericho café can be a bit off-putting at times, which is a pity.)

One of the best coffee shops in Oxfordshire. I sometimes drive into the city just to to go here. It is a 15 minute walk out of the centre of Oxford. The teas and coffees are served in smaller quaint teacups which provides a good size for a hot drink compared to the usual buckets served by the larger chains. The main reason to go here however are the cakes. Great choice of flavours, shapes, sizes and mouth-feel (if you recognise this as a rating). The staff are always warm, friendly and ready to offer suggestions if you feel overwhelmed by the amount of choice on offer. If you are in Oxford - Do not pass up the opportunity to visit here.
