Staying at the adjacent Royal Oxford Hotel. Didn't initially opt for breakfast here when I booked my room as I thought I'd want to explore the city and eat breakfast elsewhere. But am doing the Thames Walk and now happy to not do any …

Delicious food. Super friendly staff. All sorts of options, including vegan and vegetarian. Right by the Oxford train station and Said Business School.

On the way to train station we decided to stop for some coffee and were pleasantly surprised with the welcoming atmosphere, breakfast setup and comfortable seating. We had coffee got chocolate and butter croissants chocolate croissants and all was hot and delicious. The toilet was super clean and decorated with railways related memorabilia with a nice touch of humour, then we find out we were being served by Mo, the owner.
It was a delight to exchange views about the world, politics, and restaurant experiences. He is welcoming and customer focused . The place has been newly painted and looks immaculate . We look forward to coming back.

My train had a long delay and browsed around for some brunch. Very convenient location, literally opposite the train station. Their mezze platter I ordered was insanely good and the coffee creamy and strong.

Popped in on the off chance between trains, as they were advertising a new breakfast offering. Service, cleanliness and above all else the home made "5 beans on toast" were excellent!!!! ps "nearer 120 beans as lost count around then". Beans and double espresso less than £7

Just happened to come across this little gem in Oxford City centre while out walking .
It's right near the train station, underneath the Grand Royal Oxford hotel.
A new family has taken it over & turned it into something amazing.
Interesting & glamorous like the dining room on the Orient Express.
They do scrumptious breakfasts from about 7am, coffee, pastries & cakes throughout the day.
The chef does amazing sharing platters of Italian meats & Cheeses for you to graze over as long as you like into the evenings accompanied by different cocktails & wine's etc.
I've been here twice now & love it.
Angelica & her family are so lovely & welcoming 😍.
