Today I ordered cream tea - a fruit scone and a small cup of latte. Firstly the price is reasonable. The portion and taste is perfect for one. The taste and texture of their homemade fruit scone with fluffy cream is delightful. The latte is good. Looking for nice and relaxing cafe to hide away from the vibrant city Plymouth, this place shouldn’t be missed. Also, the staffs are all pleasant and polite. I’ll them 5/5. Looking to try some more of their homemade bakery.

Really really great service, atmosphere and food. With it being a dementia friendly venue the staff are amazing and patient. It's an absolute hidden gem of a cafe but for dementia sufferers and their families it's a godsend. It's well spaced out and the different areas are set out in decades. The little memory joggers dotted around are a lovely touch too. Thank you

Lovely cafe- nicely decorated with items over the years. We went for breakfast. A full english and bubble and squeak. It was delicious. Just the right amount. It was lovely and hot. I always go to the moments café whenever I go into Plymouth town centre as my eldest sister has Alzheimer's and every donation helps financially towards the dementia charities the staff are brilliant they always make every customer very welcome and comfortable they cater for everybody from the very young to the older community regardless of they dietary needs

Always try to visit when in Town, clean ( including toilets) spacious, lots of interesting items around and all to help dementia patients. Food and drink also good quality, fair prices, but best thing is the ever helpful and cheerful staff, easy 5 stars. Nearly forgot good free wi fi.

We wandered into this cafe quite by accident really but what a find....it was lovely! There was a lovely atmosphere, the staff were super...hard working & friendly...and the menu very varied. Our meal was beautifully cooked. We thought it was some kind of hub and on reading their web page later realised just what a well run & thought out community base it is. We love the social ethos behind it and we shall definitely visit again!

I love this place. The themed decor of the past decades & the layout is excellent. The designer chairs are especially good. Great piped music from the themed eras add to the flavour. Where else would you hear some soft to heavy rock followed by Vera Lynn??. There is a choice of very reasonably priced drinks, nice sandwiches and biscuits & cakes. The staff go that extra bit ferrying your order to your table. What a interesting place. Cheers.

A lovely little coffee/lunch spot, the interior design is based off the 1900s with areas dedicated to centuries. The food is very homey and feel good. The staff are friendly and the seating is very comfortable. I love to come here with my friends for a catch up over coffee and fresh scones

I have been to the moments cafe several times. I always enjoy going, the people who work there are very understanding with my disabilities. I have been there with my mother in law who also needed extra help during to sight problems, and we didn't feel that we were being too much of a problem, (I have been places where I have felt that!) Today I also went to the memory hub for advice, and was greeted in a friendly manner and was listened to.

It a nice place to sit and relax with your memories as they have loads of items dotted around including old newspapers, tech from the 80's and 90's as well as decoration from days gone by. The food is delicious and they offer a good selection on their menu. Another great thing I love about this venue is that you can help the homeless by buying a coffee, tea to a meal and they will pass on your donation to the people who needs it most (homeless people).

Very friendly and helpful. A nice place to sit down in different spots of years from past for bit of chill time or natter to others. Get a free biscuit with coffee which is cool. Love the choice of music by the way mone of this rubbish from today. Once again the right balance in every way a definite hit on your hands. Don't know why i didn't see you sooner. However I've been here on a few occasions since and I would Like to add that I think the Food has gone down hill I had a breakfast it had a raw sausage when I had a quiet word as I didn't want to make a scene I was spoken to very rudely by the chef with the glasses. There have been a few occasions where the food has been a bit questionable of late. I also observed that there was 1 girl running around doing all the work when the others were standing around the counter giggling doing nothing when tables and and floors needed cleaning. When you having a restaurant there's always something to be done. I have noticed when the younge staff are present they haven't got the same attitude as the older ones.

Stopped here for a quick coffee as we thought we would try it as an alternative to going to a Costa which are everywhere. What a lovely little cafe, friendly staff and my latte was nice and hot, (hate it when it's only warm). Decorated out with 70's furniture and memorabilia it's a lovely alternative to a chain shop. Icing on the cake is all profits go to charity so please go here!

A lovely place for a some food. It is split into different eras with decor to match different decades. The food is delicious and there is a wide range and caters for vegan/vegeterians. Also has glueten-free and dairy-free food and drinks. The staff are all lovely and the cafe is always clean and tidy. There is also an area with some toys for younger visitors. The Dementia hub upstairs is amazing and the information is outstanding and they have staff on hand for advice on where to get more info or help with products. The cafe and the hub are a partnership and the money you spend in the cafe helps fund the hub and dementia research a totally amazing idea. Also the cafe runs a buy it foreward scheme which means you can buy a drink or a meal for a homeless person to come and eat and the added bonus is buy a meal and help a homeless person and even more money goes to help research and fund the dementia hub. win win
