H. M.The seating area was lovely and well taken care off, clean and hygienic. Staff member was polite and very efficient at her job not hesitating to answer any of my questions that I had to products or the business itself. I.e. how long it had been there.

A. B.Great view of the Oracle Riverside. Good coffee and muffins. Also try the raspberry sprinkle doughnuts. Very friendly staff. On another occasion I somehow dropped a muffin on the floor - I went back to order another one, but they replaced free of charge. They really are nice people 😊
D.Always a favourite stop when we visit Reading. Friendly service in a clean and spacious layout. A table by the large glass window overlooking the river is just a perfect place to relax with a coffee and muffin while people watching, especially when the sun is streaming through!
M. H.Great fresh muffins, the bacon brioche bun was good, and the cheese & ham panini was good. Yeah was good as well as the coffee, but I got given a cup of tea when I asked for a pot of tea. However I was only charged for the cup of tea so no dramas

D. J.We’ve been going to BB’s for years as a family and we love the drinks and muffins on offer. There is always space for us (even with a buggy) for a quick stop of a hot drink and a yummy muffin or for a hot savoury lunch snack too. There have a coffee and muffin stamp card for freebies if you become a regular. Love this place and will continue to go there as always.
N. _.View was nice. However didn't want to buy baked goods as it seemed like they weren't kept from flies properly. I bought iced drinks with my partner and they were pretty disappointing - mainly just watery syrup mixture... nothing special... I imagine the coffee is better, however I wouldn't expect too much - nothing like Workhouse for instance.

P. S.ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! Great cafe, really good coffee and AMAZING SERVICE. I visit here regularly as they have the best coffee around and the service is always on point by the whole and the management. Also the muffins are delicious and great spot for lunch too.
L. C. L.Such a beautiful view if you sitting by window and quiet if not many people. I've ordered the hazelnut lattee which is taste nice not too over sweet haven't try the cakes yet but I sure I will next time when I pop in.
T. S.Bakers and Baristas is a small cafe located within the oracle shopping center. The day on which we visited wasn't brilliant, there wasn't enough staff to cope with customers, the barista man wasn't overly welcoming, when he finally arrived and the serving lady wasn't overly friendly either. The food was OK, nothing special, nothing bad. I feel as if the cafe could improve, a friendly positive attitude with some more staff in peak times, but it's OK, they are trying!

G. M. (.A cafe with a great view of Riverside in the Oracle. It does cost back bit there but no more than any other coffee shop. I find the seating comfortable and it's easy to relax sipping tea as you can see down to shoppers rushing up and down the escalators.
H. T.Good sized portions in here both in drinks and food. The prices are good too. It is hard to locate a BB's these days - I had actually thought they had gone bust. I was a fan of the one in Telford, shropshire from years ago so it's nice to have one in Reading. If it is indeed the same company?
G. B.Lovely little stop off within the Oracle in Reading. Coffee shop with lots of sweet treats and a nice relaxed atmosphere with good views of the river Kennet running through the shopping complex. Certainly worth a visit.
B. M.Popped in for a hot chocolate which was nice. I like the open space environment. Dropped two stars because although the tables were cleared, they were not cleaning and sanitising their tables at all. The table we sat at, had crumbs etc all over it. Also the Track and Trace QR code displayed was not recognised by the NHS Covid app.
i. h.Ive been there with my husband to rest from Starbucks and costa. coffe, full of flavour. Professional and friendly staff . Comfy chairs, arrangement of tables in reasonable distance so you can have intimacy during conversation. One minus is actually like in every coffe house cause when I am asking for a coffe with milk I always get full cup and it doesn't matter for baristas that I clearly ask for space for a milk..

K.Very nice menu and selection to choose from and the staff have usually always been nice when we enter- although once when we were sat down at a table, we were accused of not buying anything and told to leave. When we showed her our reciepts she then accused us of finding them on the table and told us to leave again. Not wanting to cause anymore of a hassle, we just left but I have not seen this lady since then so she may have just had poor customer service skills to all customers amd been let go. Like I said, the rest of the staff seem really friendly and I would recommend if you have a sweet tooth.
