As always no matter which Costa we go to its always the best coffee made with care and full attention to maintain high standard. But this Costa has slightly disappointed me. The coffee was ok and staffs are helpful and friendly. Almost half of lights were off and the ambience suffered as a result. The toilets were littered on the floor and did not smell neutral.

Very dissappointed having bought my son a hot chocolate with a flake. To be told that the flake is always put in the drink unless told otherwise. Needless to say they flake had simple melted. Utterly pointless.

This Costa is much like any other. It was quiet when we arrived (early Saturday evening) and staff were chatting but once we came up to order they were friendly and attentive. Really appreciate that they offer lacto-free milk as an option! They (and Coffee #1 next door) seem to have a real fly issue right now. Lots of fruit flies darting around while you try to enjoy your drinks. Very distracting and annoying! Doesn't make you want to hang around for long. Drinks were good, as expected, and made quickly. Sofas available and a selection of newspapers (which doubled as fly swats!!)

It's a Costa much like any other but they seemed friendlier somehow. When I was in there it was quiet. I suppose the most important part is the coffee though... I had a latte, not adventurous but it was good

I love Costa.. but sadly today I had a bad experience with them. I asked large Latte. And I got it serve in large cappuccino mug. Also the latte didn’t taste good as usually. I do hope it was just one off.

Great range of items. Not just sandwiches- they do some pasta, breakfast items as well as great choice of cakes and coffee. Fabulous place to visit for a quick bite, or a chat with your friends without feeling rushed

Coffee was ok 👍 But the place not clean and they only had chocolate brownie and shortbread cookies in the cakes counter Also fridge was empty. My first time I visited and just saw a very bad management in there.

Costa Woodley is ok but it feels a bit dated compared to the other coffee shops in the area. However the staff are pleasant and the service is generally pretty good. Prices a little on the high side I think.

Visited here recently, had a coffee and hot sandwich. There are a few tables at the front and several more at the back of the shop. Staff were friendly as usual. A great place for a nice relaxing coffee and/or quick bite to eat.

The staff are amazing & very friendly. They are always willing to help with anything. I regularly go here in the mornings & even when busy they are friendly. Nice place to sit & relax too.

Absolutely love you guys at Woodley and am more than a frequent user ( boardline an obsession type frequent !) but please please can you check your hot water tank for lime scale . Just taken a large swing of tea and got a beach 🏖. Thank you in advance 😊
