Nespresso stores are always a wonderful experience. A chance to sample new coffees, try out new machines and have great conversation - what's not to love? Sergio was brilliant when I went in today. Quick to approach AND quick to not only offer me the chance to try a coffee, but also to figure out which one works best for my drinking habits and even make it using the machine myself. I think I might be a Vertuo man now! Highly recommend popping in if you want to learn more about coffee and enjoy one with no strings attached (but I'm sure they'll be pleased if you buy some pods, too).

I been there 2 days ago and i was pleasantly surprised by a staff member, she was very nice polite friendly and helpful so much. She give me try a coffee for free. She explained me everything about the coffee machines and the coffees as well. They had a great offer for purchasing 79£ - coffee machine, milk froster and 5 coffees for free is nothing but amazing offer! I would definitely come back to find some new coffees in future.

I've just been in 10 minutes ago on a busy Saturday and all service assistants were busy when I first walked in and almost straight away someone came out. He got me signed up straight away for discounts, changed my order for me when I wanted more and couldn't of been a nicer guy or better sales assistant. He's a credit to the company! Shop is situated in Oracle,Reading. Sales representative(she) was very informaive & provided detailed information. Can't taste coffee due to covid restrictions in Apr2021. Looking forward to buy a machine soon. Pleased with over all customer service.
