A. D.It's quite cold (on an April morning), and theres not a lot of electrical sockets. But this place is all about the coffee, which is great! The music is not too overpowering. The food is good. Tucked away in Reading, not far from the station, this is an excellent find.
C. S.The best coffee in Reading. This is the original branch, with friendly staff and occasional coffee events. It's smaller than in town and usually closes by lunch. Food options are also smaller than the central cafe, but I love walking to this one on a Saturday morning for coffee and a pastry. 4 stars only because of the shorter opening hours.

D. M. (. h. r.It is nice to have a quality coffee shop in Reading west because a lot wouldn't set up there. If you have been to Workhouse in town you know how good the coffee is; excellent. Also pleasant staff. I only dropped one star due to lack of selection on snacks etc. May be unfair as during the pandemic they can't have sit in cusomers but if it changes after the pandemic I will increase to 5 stars. Overall though highly recommended.
