Reviews of Play Shack
E. G.
We loved it here! There's a bit for smaller ones with sensory and soft play and areas to climb with them and a slide for babies aswell as the larger area for the bigger kids.. they serve food up until 4.30pm and it looked nice however we didn't have any.. also serve Costa coffee but the basic stuff. Id 100percent recommend this to anyone with children and babies! Lots of parking available too.
D. S.
Good cafe lots of seating cant do cash back for machines has all the parts for kids to have fun foot ball and hoop bit and light sensory part in toddler area my boy likes it parking can be in short supply in busy times .
T.
Kids loved it!
A great soft play and a little Costa on the inside. Although there is lots of parking, even more round the side of the building it was all full. A lot of people in the inside so the time was limited to 90 minutes, even though this was the case it still didn't feel too busy as plenty of seating.
Would go again.
E. C.
It's good for little ones in that they have an under 3 area. The slide is a bit to long to let my 1 year old go down alone. They have good food. Just a bit to far for us to travel so will be an occasion visit.
T. N.
It's a large play area but the space is quite small. Not alot of seating spaces especially during birthday celebrations. Some of the soft play equipment are peeling off and in need of maintenance. It is a nice area to let the children spend their energy.
C. R.
Kids loved it, but the service given to parents was shocking. Some, not all, of the staff, obviously didn't want to be there and it showed when your questions about drinks are treated as if you've just accused them of something.
A. S.
Great food selection AND they sell Cost Coffee! My son has been going here for years and still loves it. Great party packages too
C. J.
The PlayShack is a soft play area that I've always been searching for. The layout is perfect, allowing all parents to relax and see everything that is going on. The play area is very big and theres a separate area for under 4's. Costa Coffee is also served here. The people here all seem nice and friendly and the children are well behaved. My kids absolutely love it and I enjoy myself too. It's also very cheap! It's my favourite place to go in winter when I'm off work. Weekends get busy but that's with everything that is good. Week day mornings are the best time to visit.
A. L.
Today was the first time we went to this soft play and I was pleasantly surprised. Took my 6yo and 8 month old baby.
Place looks clean (including the toilets- which I can’t say about most soft play areas in Southampton), the staff very polite. Saw them wiping tables as soon as someone left. As it wasn’t busy today, they let us stay for longer. Value for money, I’d say. Definitely will return and definitely recommend.
P. K.
Great place where to take your kids when raining or just to let them run wild and have a bit of peace. Safe but quite busy, well organised even for a birthday parties..so would 100% recommend
Y. 7.
Fabulous place!!! I took my god daughter and had as much fun as she did! The new owners are continually looking for ways to improve the place.
A fun, bright and wonderful experience.
Highly recommend!
M. B.
It was not as full this time around. It is a nice place for parents to relax while the kids play in a safe environment. The staff sanitize after people leave. It was as crowded this time around.
E.
Really enjoy visiting the play shack, the only downside I find is the prices. Everything is clean, tidy and comfortable.
K. C.
Amazing! Kids safely play in Huge play area while you relax on the Comfy Couches with a Nice Cafe available!
P. P.
Not a bad place to take the kids on a rainy day. We couldn't get my mothers wheelchair through the gap at the entrance door due to a pillar being in the way. Food was good that we ordered and the Cappuccinos were okay too. The Toddler area could do with better supervision because a lot of older kids were jumping around in there and we saw quite a few near misses and one or two bumps in there. Hence the 3 stars.
H.
Clean, friendly staff and kept my 2, 4 & 7 year olds all entertained! 👍
L. M.
Really good for kids and surprising tolerable for adults aswell. Good equipment, all was clean and reasonable price.
Staff were good and managed safety well.
A. B.
Good place to let the kids burn off some of that extra energy. Bit pricey on the food but the Costa frappuccinos are so smooth and thick it was better than the proper stuff.
I. B.
Very nice soft play. Looked Clean. Spacious cafe area (serves Costa Coffees) with good view of play area. A couple of party rooms (birthdays) looked good. Girls one was pink with princess design and fairy lights over window. Looked pretty! Also had blue one (sea creature theme). Toilets were clean with toddler and adult seats. 2 baby changing tables in the Ladies. Over all impression very good.
J. T.
Kids love it, great play area, lots of family seating, plenty of party rooms.
G. C. S.
Went to PlayShack on Tuesday with a friend, and we took the little ones. We joined in on the toddler morning and it was absolutely amazing, the kids loved the arts and craft station. Such a wonderful idea to do.
We shall most definitely be back again for more fun and actives. There's so much on offer. Would highly recommend.
S. A.
My boy loved it there for a friend's birthday party but its a shame they stop serving food at 4:30pm.
J. D.
Kids always love coming here and the coffee is great. Also sell lovely balloons.
S. L.
I took my nephew to the play shack, and he loved it. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, although I found the Brownies just a little too rich. The staff were helpful as well, and it were cleaned regularly.
A. S.
Decent entry price for the range of options available for kids inside. A huge soft play area for bigger kids, decent size sectioned off smaller one for younger kids/toddlers. Lots of game consoles, football section, good cafe, great graffiti artwork throughout and the party wall of fame is a nice touch.
J. L.
It’s a great place for kids BUT, if you have a toddler under 3: it can be almost dangerous in the toddler area as there are older children in there too and staff (because it’s busy) seem unable to check this. Our little one got run over by an older girl and I’ve been massively kicked in the back by a fat girl. Not ideal.
L. F.
My son thoroughly enjoyed his visit here with his nan. Food was very good too. Brownies are incredible.
E. R.
Great with my 2yr old. open and bright which makes a huge difference
M. O.
Having been dragged to most soft plays in Hampshire I have to say that this is one of the best.
Big positives:
Variety for the kids
Comfortable for adults
Plenty of seating to easily supervise
Coffee
Variety of food available, especially for adults
Staff
From the look of the seating available I imagine when it's really busy it may be too busy, hopefully that makes sense.
3 year old seal of approval. 40 year old double seal of approval.
k. f.
Having not long moved to the area and now lock down has been lifted I thought I'd try play shack for our first experience of soft play with my little one. Have to say a very good experience. They have great measures in place to keep everyone safe and happy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and tidy areas the play in. Highly recommend this place.
A. P.
Really good soft play area with lots of fun for children. Easy to access as an adult as well so you can assist. Also a very nice toddler area as well.
Order your food early as it can take a while. I have to be honest there can be a long wait and I’d only rate the cafe service as three stars. However as this is optional and you can get decent drinks over the counter it is unfair to rate this place on its food.
The gents toilets where very clean and considering I was here at 1pm after a morning of screaming toddlers it is pretty impressive. They have cleaning staff on all most of the time when I looked around and it felt safe and clean for my toddler.
Overall it is worth traveling to visit and a good model for other soft play companies.
J. H.
Had my son's 7th Birthday birthday party at the Play Shack in Hedge End. It was a Laser Tag party so was a mix of Laser Gun games and general play time.
Kids had a great time and were suitably shattered after!
D. F.
Plenty of free parking, great indoor space amazing areas for under 3 and older kids.
Staff very friendly.
Safe secure environment. Menu could offer abit more of a variety with drinks and food otherwise I would give five out of five stars.
S. R.
Took my almost 3 year old son recently. Very impressed with the cleanliness (anti bac hand cleaning stations available and staff constantly cleaning tables/highchairs thoroughly). The toilets were also immaculate (liked the little seats on the toilet for the younger ones too) Been to many soft play centres which are filthy so this was a pleasant experience. The play equipment was in very good condition and they had a nice section for the younger ones which was good to see as sometimes they are somewhat lacking. Meals and snacks were reasonably priced and I liked the fact they were served on plastic plates/bowls with child cutlery. Worth a visit.
C. W.
Nicely priced Good for money. Toilets Was not good at all. And baby changing only in ladies Toilets and i had to go in there to change my daughter. That is what let it fown big time
K. S.
Excellent place. They organised my doughter's birthday party. Room was clean, all staff very very polite. We are so happy and will be back soon. Most important is my dougter and her friends were so happy..
Thank you so much.
D. R.
Lovely venue and granddaughter had a fantastic time in the toddler area. Unfortunately was so busy when we arrived that there was nowhere to sit or put our coats and bags etc
D. S.
This is a smashing soft play. It is a good design and big enough for an adult to climb with those children not quite up to the climbing task.
There is an under 3's section and bags of room in the main play area for bigger kids to burn lots of energy.
Nice leather sofas for adults to chill and table & for decent snacks for children and drinks including costa coffee.
Overall worth spending some time here.
N. L.
Great soft play area, well managed, seating area is comfy. Food and drinks are brilliant. Best part of all is the whole place secure, toddlers and children can't escape unnoticed!
P. F.
My son loves it here, but what’s weird is it run by young teens, I think it’s a little over priced for food and drink. £1.90 for a cuppa T? Bit on the pricey side
P. R.
This place has improved massively!
8 months ago I would never of brought my son here to play!
The refurbishment has made a big difference, brand new toilets, new flooring, cafe area has been refurbished and the decore has brightened the place.
Staff are all great and are continuously seen keeping the place clean.
The tannoy systems seems to be used more now with keeping the older kids out of the kids area!
Looks great and the food is even better !
I. W.
Been going here for years. New decor looks great. Costa coffee now available and still really good value for money. They are apparently due to refurbish the baby area and possibly enlarge play structure. The original and still just about the best indoor play area we know. Love it and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
T. M.
Went here with my 8 month old grandaughter and 3 year old grandson and they loved it,there is a cafe with reasonable prices.
A. S.
Great area for toddlers. My son loved the slide and managed to wear himself out just in time for his lunchtime nap! Enjoyed the food on offer plenty of tables available even though it was quite busy.
C. L. C.
Although it is clean, staff are polite and food was nice I found it extreamely discriminative to be asked constantly about a face mask although when stating exampt on entry.
I don't think it was fair to then be asked a further 3 times from quite possibly every member of staff.
For this I will not return.. Ruined the experience.
J. H.
Fantastic play area. Love it here. Food is the best ever in a play area, with an excellent choice including vegetarian and vegan. Huge area for the kids to play in and not height restricted but age, so my tall 10 year old cam still go and play.
F. H.
Entry prices are good and my 16 month old absolutely loved it. Food prices seem on the high side but you do get a good portion of curly fries!
N. W.
Had my sons birthday party here recently. Staff were very friendly and Jamie our party host did an amazing job of getting 15 excited 4 year olds to listen and play party games in the soft play area. Food was fab and it was very clean. Very good value for money and would highly recommend for a kids party.
J. W.
It's OK, and what I mean by this is there are better there are worse, the kids love going as they can run around and play, the toilets are basic but clean, the soft play is clean, it's warm and the atmosphere is nice. The cafe is expensive but food is cooked freshly so it's hot, it's average but edible and hot so that's not bad considering, most of the staff look miserable and don't really interact with the kids, but you kind of expect that if they put up with kids all day, we have had a party there and it was efficient and we'll run, although the platter food again was quite basic (think Iceland as a comparison), given all that we come time and time again as never had a bad experience, reasonably priced and convenient to get to as misses most of the heavy traffic route.
C. B.
So this place is ideal in terms of the play area, good toddler bit and the bigger kids bit is a good size. The food was a bit average but they do serve Costa coffee so the brews are good. There's a kids hairdressers upstairs as well. Price is pretty good too
L. R.
With a change of management recently, there has been money and time spent improving this place. Initially this used to be quite a dark and dingy place but it's so much brighter and cleaner, new furniture gives it a better quality feel. I believe there are more changes to come with upgrades of toilets but definitely worth returning here if haven't been for a while. The staff are happy and nothing is too much trouble for them.
S. S.
Great facilities for children of all ages. Both my little girls aged 2yo and 4mo enjoyed it today and are now tired :) the coffee is amazing and the squash for children is fantastic value. The staff are really friendly and ever so helpful too :)
M. F.
Go early. Place gets busy, so go early if you can. Staff friendly and facilities were clean. Nice Costa coffee.
L. H.
We visisted with our 1yr old on a cold, wet and murky Saturday afternoon. A very busy time for the play shack. However as we arrived it was quickly noted how well the staff were managing this peak time. We waited less than 5 minutes in reception before a group were called to end their session so that we could enter.
It was very noisy but that is normal for this environment.
I observed how staff were quick to clean up tables and a cordless hoover was often put around to pick up crumbs.
We took our little one into the dedicated under 3's area. It is a good size with plenty of soft play rockers, blocks, steps, a climbing zone with trampoline and slide. Also a sensory area and an area for little ride on toys. Our little one loved every minute and happily played for an hour.
Myself and my husband had coffees. They are served in Costa take away cups so if you are consiensious about the environment take a reusable cup.
We will visit again.
J. K.
Fantastic soft play area which has been refitted since my last visit. Very nice and clean. New cafe area and toilets and I've been reliabily informed (by my 2 sons!) that the play areas are brilliant! All this was topped off by the staff who were more than happy to help. Thank you. (photos were from the end of the day so was lucky to time them right)
A. R.
Play Shack is under new management and boy old boy, does it show. Still a work in progress but it is clean top to bottom, and with new furnishings to-boot - I would suggest a lot of investment has been ploughed in. The menu looks good and judging by the empty plates from all adults and kids would suggest it tastes good too. With a venue full of kids (as one would expect) it remained very comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere, great for chatting with your friends or simply reading the day's news!. Having been disappointing with alternative venues in the past, then this one is the one we will be returning to as it beats their competitors hands down.
C. P.
Baby loved it but seating for parents could be a bit cleaner and better condition. The sofas are very low and a bit battered. The soft play part was great though and the food in the cafe looks yummy.
E. B.
So impressed with Play Shack! Great play areas for all ages, all looks new too. Excellent staff, everyone is so helpful and kind. Nice cafe area and menu as well. Tidy, clean toilets with changing table for babies. I highly recommend.
C. F.
My 2 and a half loves it here. Lots to do and a great toddler section that you can see from the front and keep an eye on children. Plenty of choice for snacks, drinks and meals for adults and children.
I didn’t give it 5 stars because staff need to do more to keep over 3’s out of toddler play part.
J. P.
Great place for children. Took my 2 year old daughter for the first time and they have a separate soft play for under 3's. Plenty of hand sanitizer in place as well 😂
T. F.
Another great visit to Playshack. So clean and the staff are amazing. Best thing it the adult food is good value and tasty.
M. B.
Fantastic! Although understably busy on a rainy Saturday, it was a great softplay, very clean, clearly recently renovated. Only negative would be the cafe costs. We paid £6 for my son to play, so a bottle of coke and small kids drink for almost £4 was pretty outrageous
S. S.
Took our 19 month old granddaughter and had a great time. it was a bit hectic going in to the play area with her, but that was necessary due to her age. It all seemed safe and there is a Costa on site. Would definitely take her again.
B. R.
The very first clean soft play area. No dust anywhere, the service was great and prompt, with enough seating and play area for all, along with a small but usable football / basketball area.
The only thing missing is a ball pit, though with the set-up I can see why there isn't one as they would get everywhere.
The 0-3 area is very large and very friendly and the main play area is another 6ft high one, so easy access for adults, so easy to retrieve children.
There were an destructive child while we were there, which the staff dealt with, even though the parent didn't care.
K. B.
Kids love it but it always gets so busy and adults have to pay to get in, which always bugs me as I need to supervise the children and I will be buying a coffee etc so why should I pay
R. B.
Lovely place to take the children, food is pricey and we were charged more for entry then it says on the website, however I can recommend coming here to young parents or a cheap day out.
J. M.
For a soft play, this is not too bad. Reasonable amount of parking, prices ok, and food looked acceptable. Staff were good at enforcing age limits on the toddler area which is a plus.
J. W. (.
reasonably priced softplay with plenty of seating for adults. lots of staff cleaning and food was very reasonable. we had a sharing platter with extra chips for £10 and it kept the 5 kids fueled for the 2 and half hours of softplay.
todler area is bigger than most softplays we have been to and has a good sensory room. the older softplay was 3 floors of slids brdiges and fun!
P. M.
Always enjoy taking my boy here. Very clean and plenty of space for the adults as well as the kids.
H. S.
Fabulous place for my son's birthday party. Worn out happy kids without hassle of hosting at home. Staff v helpful. Always clean and half decent coffee for the grown-ups!
J. k.
Absolutely fantastic staff. Clean, comfortable and safe environment for customers. Hot and cold food and drinks available at the cafe there including Costa Coffee. Soft football area too and the under 4s section has recently been done up
g. h.
Plenty of space for the kids to run off some energy. We were at a party and thankfully it was very quiet. Needed to ask for sauces. Also had to ask for more drinks as they cleared away not thinking that the kids still playing would need more dispite the heat!
H. L.
Fantastic place for children and for parents to relax and watch children with fill on views. Fair prices, parents have no entry fee :)
Food standard for what it is, service ok. Ordered food my partners came out quick they completely forgot mind then took 30 minutes to bring out by then I asked for refund.
L.
Good fun for the little One. Bacon rollnwas cooked excellently. Sensory room.is such a good addition for the toddlers. And the football area is great. Only thing missing is a ball pit but plenty to do otherwise
N. B.
Play Shack was recommended to me by a friend and my son and I have really enjoyed going. It is clean and fresh and you can see there is a huge amount of investment going in. The staff are friendly and the food is great, can't stop raving about the chilli! My son has loved the toddler area, especially the little tikes cars, he would happily sit in it all day and shout "beep beep"!
B. A.
Really fun for kids, though the football area was a bit manic - better for older, more robust ballers!
M. H.
Nice soft play with new toddler area. Please could you start doing a season ticket for local mums! Toddler mornings and after school sessions very good value. Do feel should have some sort of first aid provisions however. This is worrying as a mum in the event of an accident.
A. G.
Large indoor play, which keeps the children happy. Food and drink are great quality. Birthday parties are always well run and hassle free. Staff are fantastic.
N. W.
Disappointed to get 2 children in through driving rain, pay entry & then learn we could only only have strictly 90 minutes, including 'eating time' at the venue. Other adults were of the same opinion. It is quite a nice venue, despite the restriction.
T. H.
As a member of staff who has only done one shift i can really say how amazing play shack really is. the staff are very kind and very helpful the food looks and tastes amazing and is a very good environment for people who want to work there or who want to bring there kids there. i'd also like to say that ive only worked one shift but ive got a felling that working at play shack will be some of the best days of my life 😊
I. G. H. U.
After online booking for a time slot of an hour and a half we arrived the next morning joining in the queue, the young girl with hand sanitiser in one hand and temperature "gun" in the other with instructions verbally explained name taken all good to go, face masks on loads of seating with good distance for social bubbles. You couldn't make this up a few months ago to visit a soft play area but well done Play Shack Covid Gold Award one of the best routines executed by well trained and pleasant staff, our 8 year old Grandson and 10 month Granddaughter both had fun, and let off steam,Thank you Play Shack. Will we return 👍😁
H. H.
My kids and I alike love going to play shack. Kids can burn of some energy whilst I either join in, enjoy a Costa or get some work done using free WiFi! My son had a laser tag party and it was amazing. Really well organised, would definitely recommend. He especially loved having his hand print put on the party wall of fame! We’ve also been to the Halloween party this year and again was simply brilliant. Friendly helpful staff, amazing value for money. Looking forward to the Christmas party already 😊 The new owners have definitely made a difference!
C. T.
The soft play area for under 4s is great, but often has older children in it. The staff don't police it, it's up to the parents, but they often don't care.
The food is incredibly overpriced, Asda mulgipacks are split up and sold on and I recently discovered the advertised vegetarian lasagne is actually not vegetarian (Worcestershire Sauce).
N. M.
This is one of my favourite soft plays. It's clean, a reasonable good size, and the cafe is good. There is also a hair dressers above for your little ones. Only down side is that the car park is a bit small.
s. l.
Great new three and under area! Better than any others we've seen in the Southampton/Winchester area. Our twin 3 year old boys love Playshack even more now! The staff are always really nice and friendly too.
R. (.
Good soft play Co. Our 3 year old grandson loves it. You can get food and drink here as well. Not gourmet, but good and reasonably priced.
T. “.
This is a good play area, the under 3's section has been upgraded from the last time we visited, with a door and high net fencing to stop the little ones getting out near the cafe, and more importantly, to stop the bigger kids running through.
Party prices are reasonable, but visitors food processor are ridiculous.
£4.95 for a 2 slice sandwich, and of you want fries with it, an extra £1.75. If you want value for money, there is a Tesco within walking distance that does sandwiches from £1.10, and sandwich meal deals for a maximum of £3. Eat before or afterward of I were you!
Staff friendly, security good, the notice that says no staff can ever administer first aid is a worry, what do they do, call an ambulance for a graze?
Highly recommended none the less. See for yourself. Also, paid carers get all food etc 10% off, and a special low rate of under £2 per paid child, which is great I think.
T. J.
Play Shack is the absolute best place around for kids with the added bonus of great food and Starbucks coffee! VERY well managed by the friendliest staff. I highly recommend visiting Play Shack or booking your next birthday party with them!
A. H.
Large soft play with additional area for younger ones which is great. Clean and spacious. Could sit and have a coffee while the children played and could keep an eye on them at all times.
A. C.
Great place for the kids to blow away the cobwebs and have a good play with friends. Our son enjoyed a great party recently and really enjoyed the laser tag. See you again soon.
K. B.
Big play space for kids to play. Kids loved it. Easy for parents to watch them from the seating area. Friendly staff. Only knocked one star off because the table and menu were a bit sticky 🤮
J. S.
Booked a childs party and was told that everything would be taken care of. Pretty much was apart from the kids were left to run riot due to lack of supervision. Party host was busy cleaning instead of hosting the party. When i confronted him (aged about 17) he told me they had other things to do aswell. Based on my experience, I would advise making sure they have sorted this problem out. Let them know you read this review and ask if they can guarantee a host will keep the kids occupied rather than letting them run wild and expecting the parents of the party child to supervise.
J. S.
I have Just's visited Hedge End Play Shack and they have clearly been taking notice of recent bad reviews.
All the old scabby sofas have gone!
They have been cleaning and were even cleaning during our visit.
Staff have always been fine during my visits so can't comment on change there. They were still good today.
k. “. W.
Lots of fun for the kids and great coffee been here many times and will be back again
L. D.
Staff were good at keeping the place clean and tidying away mess. Adults are free which is nice. It's one of the better ones although the car Park is small.
I. B.
This is an average place (just same as others) when it comes to equipment and fun provided, but when it comes to food service for intolerances it gets 5*, also bit cleaner than others! This is from birthday party experience.
S. B.
My son had a fabulous time.
T. M.
So clean, always someone out with the Dyson keeping on top of it brilliantly. Seating area very well thought out. Highly recommended this indoor play area
K. T.
We went to a tea with Santa tonight and the whole experience was well organised and felt completely at ease. Thank you so much for all your hard work to make this event such a success xx
E. J.
Recently cleaned up, a lot nicer and cleaner than before. Reasonably quiet for a school, so nice morning. Would be nicer if a little cheaper, however this is my preferred play area near us
A. W.
Amazing soft play! Really big, separate toddler area and very clean compared to the other soft play places I've been to.
h.
It is a good place ti take the little ones but there alot of spouled brats there at one point i was there i saw one kid pull another kid by the hair but other than that its oretty good and they also sell food and drinks have tables fAnd seats a bathroom and party rooms
w. w.
Super for small kids, u can bring food and drink or pay for it
A. M.
Always love coming here before and after the lockdown. Very friendly staff, always there to help when needed. Social distancing guidelines followed everywhere you go with the bonus of table service too!
J. D.
Kids love it, one under 3's area and one main play area. Plus a little kick ball area with hoop. Coffee is good along with snack choices.
K. R.
Always improving and listening to customers. Safe and fun for little toddlers
M. H.
Great fun for the kids, they also do great birthday parties too. I would highly recommend.
M. W.
Fantastic morning at play shack meeting Santa. Well organised, great price ( 90mins play , full English breakfast for the kids and a present from Santa - will be booking again for next year . Thank you
J. B.
Gets very busy specially during half terms where they will limit play to 90 mins, but always good to let children burn off some energy. And they love it!
T.
Playshack is a fun way to spend a few hours letting the kids let off steam while parents sit and drink coffee. The jug of squash is a good idea to keep kids hydrated and cool down.
N. N.
Good place to take kids up to 6 years in the play shack itself. Cafe area food not bad for quick tea time meals.
M. P.
Excellent facilities, friendly staff. My 4 year old loved it (as did I) lots of fun and interesting environments to explore.
D. H.
Heaven for the Children. Hell for the Parents. But there range of Hot drinks (Costa) keeps one Sane.
L. J.
My little one loves it here 👍 he’s 4 and loves the football pitch ⚽️ Parent platter was special only £8 and fed 3 people . Very happy will recommend #5G
N. M.
Great for the kids. Lots of room for adults and good coffee. Small sensory area for babies which is nice.
V. G.

E. O.
Lots of fun for children. Definitely worth a visit.
D. S. L.
Recently refurbished good place to kids to vent their energy and you for the adults costa. Selection of food and cakes is reasonable and higher end of reasonable prices,
g. y.
Well equipped soft play for young and older kids. Good cafe facilities. Clean and safe.
N. C.
Extremely clean, I love how they monitor the age of the small play area and turf out the children that are too old to be playing in there!
K. M.
Little one loved it. Was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. When we went it was fairly quite too. Not expensive at all unlike some other ones Iv been too
N. H.
Hired the place out for an evening party and can't fault it. Was amazing, all the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Would defo reccomend. :)
M. T.
Keeps little humans quiet for a while. Has coffee. The portion size of the sharing platter was a pleasant surprise. Good work!
p. o.
Good facilities, children loved it, parking a bit limited. Decent drinks and snacks available.
Seating available for adults.
Z. A.
Good spot space inside soft play is good didn't have bend too much too get around, but I'm not that tall excellent staff accommodating an polite
C. G.
Cheap, clean, not too busy when we went. Brownies were amazing!
Z. T.
Cleaner, new sofas, new tables - someone is listening to the reviews! Kids always love it but it's getting better for the grown ups too!
F. F.
The venue is okay for kids to play and get to burn off energy;but if you want to organise a party; it's just too over whelming and crowded.
H. C.
Great for kids although no where safe to keep bags etc if you are on your own with a small child.
D.
Very good place. Private party for 2 kids but music was very loud. No response from DJ when asked to turn it down.
F. H.
Came for a party. Well organised, good selection of play equipment, nice friendly staff, toddler morning is great value for money and we will be back
M. T.
Almost always busy, but great fun for the kids for a reasonable price, the girls in the hairdressers above are brilliantly priced for kids and are amazing with them to.

Brazil (Portuguese: Brasil; Portuguese pronunciation: [bɾaˈziw]),[nt 1] officially the Federative Republic of Brazil (Portuguese: República Federativa do Brasil, About this soundlisten (help·info)),[9] is the largest country in both South America and Latin America. At 8.5 million square kilometers (3.2 million square miles)[10] and with over 208 million people, Brazil is the world's fifth-largest country by area and the fifth most populous. Its capital is Brasília, and its most populated city is São Paulo. The federation is composed of the union of the 26 states, the Federal District, and the 5,570 municipalities. It is the largest country to have Portuguese as an official language and the only one in the Americas;[11][12] it is also one of the most multicultural and ethnically diverse nations, due to over a century of mass immigration from around the world.[13]
Bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east, Brazil has a coastline of 7,491 kilometers (4,655 mi).[14] It borders all other South American countries except Ecuador and Chile and covers 47.3% of the continent's land area.[15] Its Amazon River basin includes a vast tropical forest, home to diverse wildlife, a variety of ecological systems, and extensive natural resources spanning numerous protected habitats.[14] This unique environmental heritage makes Brazil one of 17 megadiverse countries, and is the subject of significant global interest and debate regarding deforestation and environmental protection.
Brazil was inhabited by numerous tribal nations prior to the landing in 1500 of explorer Pedro Álvares Cabral, who claimed the area for the Portuguese Empire. Brazil remained a Portuguese colony until 1808, when the capital of the empire was transferred from Lisbon to Rio de Janeiro. In 1815, the colony was elevated to the rank of kingdom upon the formation of the United Kingdom of Portugal, Brazil and the Algarves. Independence was achieved in 1822 with the creation of the Empire of Brazil, a unitary state governed under a constitutional monarchy and a parliamentary system. The ratification of the first constitution in 1824 led to the formation of a bicameral legislature, now called the National Congress. The country became a presidential republic in 1889 following a military coup d'état. An authoritarian military junta came to power in 1964 and ruled until 1985, after which civilian governance resumed. Brazil's current constitution, formulated in 1988, defines it as a democratic federal republic.[16] Due to its rich culture and history, the country ranks thirteenth in the world by number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.[17]
Brazil is considered an advanced emerging economy.[18] It has the ninth largest GDP in the world by nominal, and eight and PPP measures.[19][20] It is one of the world's major breadbaskets, being the largest producer of coffee for the last 150 years.[21] It is classified as an upper-middle income economy by the World Bank[22] and a newly industrialized country,[23][24] with the largest share of global wealth in Latin America. Brazil is a regional power and sometimes considered a great[25][26][27] or a middle power in international affairs.[27][28][29][30][31][26] On account of its international recognition and influence, the country is subsequently classified as an emerging power[32] and a potential superpower by several analysts.[33][34][35] Brazil is a founding member of the United Nations, the G20, BRICS, Union of South American Nations, Mercosul, Organization of American States, Organization of Ibero-American States and the Community of Portuguese Language Countries.

seating for parents is damaged and a bit grubby, the place is being ran by kids and have no people skills, it's expensive to enter and expensive to eat in.with the space provided they could have more activities for the under 3's
