Came to Shakeaway to grab myself a shake today as I hadn’t been in ages. I tried a Dave, a recommendation by James, and he was right it is delicious! James’ service was fantastic he was super speedy, friendly and clearly knows what he’s talking about! What an asset to your team! Thank you for your service and the tasty shake today ☺️

Amazing shakes but the service is so unbearably slow, 40 mins for a milkshake is ridiculous

Courtney and Jess were really professional. My partner asked for a dairy free drink and they asked if it was a preference or an allergy. As it is an allergy they talked through the process of how they make sure it is safe and stated how they would make it separately. I am really impressed.

Great milkshake place with very polite staff. They have extremely nice milkshakes and many flavours to experiment with. They are worth every penny. The only problem is waiting times. Many times I've been I've had to wait for a while to be served due to lack the of staff.

Good to see it still open, shame we had to travel over 100 miles to get there as they closed the Rochester Branch. They should perhaps think about Maidstone or Bluewater to expand.

Very busy on the weekend but well made up for with speed of service. Wide range of milkshakes available from cakey to biscuitey to sweeties. One drawback is they charge extra for Soya which sucks given that I can't have normal cow's milk. Not enough to put me off ever going again though.

The waffles were filling and a good price, the menu was quite large and it would benefit from more photos. It took a while to arrive but it was a good meal overall.
