Who doesn’t love a Starbucks. I live on the Isle of Wight and we don’t have one anymore and every time we come over to the mainland or Southampton I go to the Starbucks especially when I’m walking back at night just before it closes to get the red Jet they are off and getting rid of food that expires or it’s about to expire and they obviously can’t serve the next day so I’ve often been given free food, which is really lovely before I went away really lovely staff really well-made drinks I can’t fault it

I come here at least once a week and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are always incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Even when they're insanely busy they're always seem happy. Cannot fault the staff here at all!

Loads of items missing from the fridge (poor stock management) and only one of the coffee machines working. Seems they have a manager who wasn’t aware that Bank Holidays exist… plan ahead next time. Now I have to eat on the ferry…. 🤢

A handy location for anyone coming off the ferries, cruise ships or just out for a walk about. All the usual flavours and types of coffee as well as snacks, pastries and cakes. There is sometimes a little wait but never too long. Clean, tidy and accessible for the disabled. No issues.

I have been there twice recently as it’s a nice spot to get something while waiting for the ferry nearby. First time I ordered a blonde roast (iced) mocha which is my go to and was very pleasant. The second time I ordered a green tea lemonade which is lovely and refreshing and not very sweet. The sandwich and cake display was almost full and had plenty to offer. Service was very quick and the barista drew smiley faces on the cups which I think is very cute. A queue formed shortly after I was served but i could still hear a positive attitude from the barista on the till and the queue moved relatively fast. Also social distancing was maintained inside and with the queue outside.

The presentation factor on the drinks hasn't been matched by other Starbucks in the area. Ordered a frappucino and they remembered the sprinkles, I didn't realise it had sprinkles until now! Bit of a smaller shop but okay for a quick drop in. There is also a 1 hour free parking for cars outside! (See signage on the outside of the building)

Using the Starbucks app to pre order is simple to use and ensure your wait is minimised by all, just need to keep the prices of these beverages in check with everywhere else as some places can offer a whole lot more by taking a 3rd off the price....

The staff were helpful and were quick to let me know of the coffee brewed on filter today, which was exactly what I was after. The tables are very clean and the environment is warm, the staff even went out of their way to keep shutting he door to prevent a draft from the seaside. Great Starbucks.

I went there yesterday. As Covid-19 era, we should buy for take away. Thank you for Gemma's colleague (I forgot her name) for making a large iced cappuccino. We love it. Although the ice (and blended ice, I suppose) were much and gone, It's still a decent bitter. Moreover my wife added some milk and sugar but it was still decent. How did you do it? amazing!!

This was great! I was served by Trish who was super kind and polite, and I didn't catch the name of the barista, but she was really friendly and very fast at making our drinks. You can tell they're taking the new guidelines very seriously- hand sanitizer is available, which I really appreciated, and there's a system in place that minimises contact with others. Huge congrats to the Town Quay team for keeping things running safely without compromising on quality 💕

I felt compelled to tender a few words of praise pertaining this immensely charming establishment that is geographically situated in a prominent location within the bounds of the city centre. I deem myself as constituting a frequent customer of this particular branch owing to several crucial factors. Prominent among such factors being the consistently outstanding standard of customer orientated service one receives on literally every occasion of tendering them a visit, a service that entails affection, compassion, benevolence and care manifesting itself with every single member of staff that comprises their small, but highly cohesive and uniform team. Such a highly pleasant experience is further augmented by the meticulously crafted beverages that one encounters on a persistent basis, be they your standard filter and Americano based coffees to the somewhat more sophisticated lattes and mochas. Fuse the aforementioned factors with the warm and embracive ambience that pervades this unique branch and one is confronted with an all round coffee shop that inclines the individual to gravitate towards it like a magnet....!!!! On a final yet equally significant note, my commendations extend to the branch manager Gemma for rendering it all a possibility. It is testimony to her profoundly warm and charming persona, combined with her commitment to hard work and consistency that has yielded the very high standards associated with this particular store, in addition to it reflecting in all the other staff members as well. If you're seeking a highly enticing coffee based product to either herald the inception of day or to oversee it's climax, then I bear not the slightest hesitation in sincerely recommending this establishment!!!!

Great coffee shop, excellent lattes, friendly kind, and helpful staff. Very clean store. Huge selection of breakfast, lunch, snack, and cold beverages from the cooler as well. I was very happy to see, that children, and dogs are welcome inside this store, I found this to be very convenient. Overall very pleasant, and a great experience visiting his store.
