Visited here on 29th September. Both the service and food were excellent. I felt really welcomed and valued as a customer. Have been a few times before and it has always been a great experience. This time was no different, I would highly recommend.

Staff member was ok. Hot chocolate was spilt onto the tray when she slatted it down. The hot chocolate tasted mediocre but wasn't offered cream to go on top. Cookies that we all had were tasty if a little overcooked.

Had to wait a long time for a seat to become avaliable which was not a great problem. The bagetts where a little on the heavy side but OK. Coffee was OK. Staff where hellfull.

Must admit only came here cause my usual coffee place was packed, so in the end had a salted caramel muffin which was lovely but had an iced salted caramel popcorn cappuccino and to be honest it was like drinking dish water no taste what so ever so weak.......sorry.

BBs is fully open now, the indoor seating is available though much reduced in capacity. They have a good menu of food and drinks; savoury options are limited but they have some very tempting muffins. They are serving iced coffee now. Wheelchair access is not great for the indoor seating but the tables outside the cafe are still under cover and very good access.

Probably the best coffee in the shopping centre. Can be a little pricey, but the drinks and food are definitely worth it. Staff are always really friendly and polite, love coming here for a quick lunch.

Used to love going to BB’s cafe but the past few times I’ve been seen to have a lack of selection in muffins, once we went and there was no white sugars which they should have told us about when we were ordering drinks and they no longer do a ‘pot of tea’ for two instead charge u £2.20 each for a tea.

Love the fact they've changed to whole milk ... Not so healthy ... But who when you have to pay for a latte ... That's what a latte is ... I don't ask for a semi-latte ... Or a skinny Latte ... So at least they are truthful with there sign ....
