Reviews of Corner Coffee

Nice little coffee place near the entrance of the park. They used to have proper coffee machines and baristas but now it's push button Costa branded coffee dispensers, which make a lovely coffee but no custom milk or foam options.
They sell a selection of sandwiches and cakes I recommend the caramel shortbread triangles!
The only cold drinks they have here are coffees over ice. But there are plenty of nearby places with soda fountains.
The seating is a combination of chairs and sofas but they do have a couple of big tea cups to sit in. There is an outdoor area too where you can hear the hypnotic songs of cbeebies land and in summer make friends with a fair few wasps.
At peak times this place can get completely rammed full of people and at other times you could be the only customer, it's quite pleasant when it's the latter.

Really nice place to chill out for a while, plenty of seating and pretty quick service. Coffee is from a machine but is tasty and hot. Nice range of cakes and staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. We'll worth a stop if you need a coffee break. They serve Costa coffee.

Expensive, but it's in a theme park. Annual passes give a 20% discount which helps

This is one of the better coffee shops in the Alton Towers park, the staff are usually always friendly. Food it nice and cakes too. Like the other outlets more expensive than the high street. The drinks are now Costa branded and made mostly by machine but still good quality. This is my preferred coffee shop when visiting the park.

If it's a cold day this is a great place to go order a coffee and warm up. It's not just coffee they do, they do tea, hot chocolate and cakes. They do not add milk or sugar and there is a station where you can add it yourself what I think is a good idea. It is located on tower street near cbeebies land and is a great place to go if your feeling cold or a bit peckish. It also has indoor seating if you want to have a sit after walking all day.

Average supermarket quality sandwiches, cakes etc. However can be quite pricey.
Selection can be quite hit an miss. E.g. Visited at lunch and there were no cakes left.
Staff were efficient and helpful though.

Friendly staff and lovely choice of cake and drinks. Coffee was nice and so were the smoothies. Didnt have to queue for long and plenty of seats available. Perfect place to chill while waiting for the rain to stop.

It was OK but your coffee is from a machine, not a barista. Plus you can't use your Costa rewards.... in this Costa!
P. B.
A decent cup of Costa Coffee. I should have bought the refill cup though as it would have been cheaper in the long run. Nice comfortable seats though before starting the long trek around the theme park.

Costa coffee from an automatic machine but still good. Wide choice of sandwich, breakfast wraps but also fresh fruits and muffins. Staff is polite.
