8th Feb 2022 After 2 set backs finally we got there,absolutely amazing venue,fantastic food,beautifal views,amazing friendly staff,fantastic dj,. A special thank you to chloe who went above and beyond to accomadte the bride and groom jenna nd Alex Hawins daughter as she was pooly by getting things to help her through the day. All staff were amazing vary approachable,food omg delicious,venue truly beautiful. The rooms we stayed in after to sleep off our hang overs were outstanding and of course the breakfast in the morning was exceptional. Truly fantastic through and through.

A wonderful small garden centre offering a great selection of plants. For a small garden centre this houses a great selection of Acers, all in great condition and well cared for. The staff are all friendly and approachable and happy to answer any horticultural queries. There is also a fabulous Tearoom on site that offers a great selection of meals. The Tearoom is popular especially at lunch time so arrive early to avoid disappointment. There is a small centre shopping selling gifts etc. A lovely local garden centre that well deserves its popularity.

Disappointed as I have been there before, café is lovely, staff in there are really nice and food very good. Had my little dog with me today, it was really cold, entered the gift shop and asked if we could take him in, got a very short reply of NO so I got coffee to take out which was lovely but need to sort out social skills training with staff in the shop 🤔

What a gem of a place, situated in the lovely Staffordshire countryside. The tea room is absolutely beautiful. Great food and fantastic service with lots of home baking. There is also a lovely gift shop with lots of fantastic stock including local produce. The garden nursery is filled with stunning plants and flowers in the spring and summer and lovely Christmas wreaths and decorations in the Winter. Would definitely recommend to everyone to visit.

Visited on Sunday for my Aunts 90th birthday lunch. The room was well set out and provided plenty of room for our big party. The traditional Sunday lunch was very good, with a special mention for the cauliflower cheese, which was so good I finished off a whole bowl of it :) Service was very good and the staff worked hard to make the event special.

There were 3 of us and we sat upstairs today as it was busy. We all had salmon which was in a fabulous sauce. We also had wine and coffees. The price was very good value for money. Lively indoor cafe serves meals and cakes if you prefer afternoon tea. Nice gift shop, clean accessible toilets and good quality plants in their own nursery which are always good value and nicely established. Very friendly staff. We return often and can sit outside for food now too.

A lovely local nursery with plenty of different and healthy plants and shrubs. We got fixed up with what we wanted and all the plants were of fantastic quality and very reasonable prices. We didn't use the restaurant area but i believe that is very good quality as well. Not sure about how reasonable the prices of food and drink are in there with not using it.

Very clean but seating cramped especially for my husband in a wheelchair. Not much room for pushchairs. It doesn't appear to be family friendly as no children's drinks other than squash. A bit pricey especially as some of the order was served wrong.

A haven of variety. I am lucky to be within walking distance of this hidden jewel. Over recent years, I have seen Heath House grow and blossom into somewhere you would be very happy to spend a couple of hours, taking a leisurely stroll around the well stocked, seasonal plants and garden ornaments. Perusing the beautifully displayed, unusual, quality gifts and cards in the on site shop and relaxing over fresh, home made, delicious food and desserts with a pot of tea while you decide on or admire your purchases, in the adjoining tearoom. Heath House also boasts an upstairs room for hire, for meetings or select celebratory gatherings, in a beautiful setting.

A long established favourite. The cafe is always friendly and accommodating with wonderful food and drinks (especially the home made cakes) with a really good shop and garden centre. All in very pleasant ice cream. A great place to drop in for ice cream on a hot day or tea/coffee on a cold one.

This was my first visit and hopefully not my last. Lovely breakfast pleasant staff in the tea room. Nice choice of flowers and very helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff. Lots of seating around which is great as my partner needs regular breaks. Oh I had an ice cream before we left, very nice too.

Service a little slow today (visiting at noon) but it was quite busy. Very pleasant staff. Would recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Super coffee at this place, I had beef baguette first which had purple onions pretending to be caramelised onions and goodness knows where the horseradish was hiding, I was hungry so I scoffed it anyway, second visit, again a delightful coffee, the lemon meringue was a little dry, certainly not the best meringue I've eaten. There's clean toilets and a very nice shop, at the moment some delightful Christmas decorations, I'd certainly visit again andnext time spend more time reviewing the menu whilst sipping a coffee.

Went with friends for a birthday afternoon tea. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was excellent, the lady who looked after us was very attentive and friendly. The function room was light and airy, the seating was very comfortable. Everyone had s lovely relaxing time. Only observation, maybe some cushioning could be put on the sloping beams. Even though there was a mind the head warning on each, it was easy to forget.

Lovely breakfasts, lunches and special occasion dinners prepared and served to very high standards by the very friendly and professional staff. The shop is well stocked with exquisite items to suit anyone looking for a special present for a dear or loved one. If not stocked, they will try to find something suitable for you. I have used the nursery for years and have always found it to be well stocked with seasonal plants. They also have a good range of shrubs, perennial, trees and garden ornaments. We have been coming to Heath House Farm for many years and have seen it grow and flourish with more emphasis on quality food, plants, goods and service. May it continues!

What a lovely little find. A good variety of plants, all reasonably priced - bonus for me, I timed it right for a sale too. Bought lots of beautiful and fragrant plants. There is a little gift shop which smells amazing, tempting me to buy a diffuser too. The tea shop was really popular and the tiered plates were laden with yummy looking sandwiches and cakes ( it was too busy for us to eat today, but we are sure to go back).

Very disappointed I booked a table the day before my visit and on arrival they had no record of my booking. We sat up stairs which is lovely but a bit chilly. We were the first table to order and other people arrived and some how got their food first. When our food finally arrived it was cold and we had to send it back

Didn't explore any part aside from the cafe and gift shop. Toilets ok but no baby changing equipment (floor and mat needed). Had Sunday roast. Staff very friendly. Starters nice. Partner had chicken, a little dry. Beef, nice but wafer thin slices. Roast potatoes are average, not a proper roast with a crispy outer. Yorkshire puddings big but a little full (thin and crispy in parts). Rest was fine. Good but not exceptional. It's a nice place, bit for the price I would want thicker puds, better finish to the roasties and better meat portions (or not dry).

A very enjoyable experience. Wasnt expecting the quality of food to be as good as it was. Nut roast for me and Beef pie , served in its own dish with chips not out of a freezer. Flavoursome and good portion. Prices around £6.00 to £ 8.00 for mains and starts like soup are £4 - 5 . A chef is in charge and not a cook....there is a difference. Waitress service adds to the experience. Will return now found.

Excellent service and very accommodating for dietary requirements. 7 of us had lemon meringue pie (including a GF one) and the unanimous verdict was that it was the best lemon meringue we had ever had. Heath House Farm; this place just gets better and better as time goes on. Steady menu with a hearty selection of traditional wholesome foods. My partner and I have visited several times over several years whilst passing through the country to stop for a bite to eat and it's nice to see the place develop over this time. Well worth the short diversion from the M6 / A500 / A50. Situated in a mature rural farmland landscape surrounded by the beautiful nursery and country side; this place really is a pleasure to eat at and welcome break from the status quo. 5 stars - always enjoy my visits and staff are extremely keen to assist.

The car park is a little rough but quite a big car park ..not bays... I didn't notice any allocated disabled parking.. everywhere is wheelchair accessible big greenhouses full of plants not badly priced.. There is a restaurant which can also be accessed by wheelchairs.. There is a conference hall available for hire..

My first visit to Heath House Farm tea room was very pleasant, you get a lovely friendly welcome at the door, the food was wonderful at very reasonable prices, nice choice of menu including acholic and non acholic drinks, social distances were adhered to, no masks required in dining area but masks must be worn in attached gift shop, thee only negative i had was i wanted to purchase plants from the garden centre part this was half empty with very little to choose from, but this could be that they were sold out of summer plants and preparing for autumn stock, this has not put me off I will definitely be re- visiting again for my autumn plants, i did purchase some compost and the lovely lady who served me was really friendly and helpful

I am an Old Curmudgeon that normally hates doing / going to pastures new, so when my Senior Management told me we were going to H H F, on spec last Sunday, I went into sulky corner. How wrong I was, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, as did Her Honour. We are going again this Sunday with available family for our 45th Anniversary and know that we shall get excellent food, excellent service and an ambiance par excellence. The only problem is knowing what to have, everything is superb and cooked like your Mother used to do, or you wished she would. The Chefs and all in the kitchen, which, incidentally, is cleaner than many Restaurants I have been in, do a sterling job. I did not see any of the waitresses without a genuine smile on their face and "I'll be with you in a moment", meant just that. Gold stars all round and a mention in despatches Not a Grouch now!!
