J. U.Delicious Christmas blend latte and gingerbread hot-chocolate enjoyed on Christmas eve 2022. Lovely selection of cakes and drinks served till 3pm on xmas eve. Beautiful cafe, lovely service.

Couldn't resist a 2nd coffee either since the 1st was so good! Great that they have house and guest beans so there's always something interesting to try and some variety.
Without doubt the best coffee in town.
Finished off with a nice bit of cake before starting the day.
S. S.Lovely little cafe with beautiful atmosphere. We had the chicken sandwich and Batch breakfast with a tea and coffee. The bacon and chorizo was a touch over cooked for my liking, but wasn’t a problem at all. The coffee was amazing! Would definitely return when back in the area.

S.Went here for brunch today after a walk at Carding Mill Valley up to the waterfall.. we had just missed breakfast which is served until 12 noon but the brunch and lunch menu was open with plenty of sandwich options and also soup. I had a sausage roll which is from an award winning supplier and it didn't fail to delivery. Very tasty. Coffee was good too.. there were plenty of options. The service was great. Very friendly and efficient. Great cafe we will definitely be back.
T. M.Just went in for a drink after our walk. Delighted to find a tea shop that serves tea properly, i.e. in a teapot made with loose leaf tea. All tea should be served this way.

G. B.Great food in a smart but relaxed setting in the middle of town. The seating area is below pavement level so the Coffee House can appear to be empty and closed from the other side of the street, but rest assured they're not! G&G isn't a chain coffee house and the food is all prepared fresh daily. A map showing where the raw ingredients have come from is on the wall and everything is sourced locally.

The menu choice was good, the staff were very good, polite and helpful and the food was excellent.
Next time we visit we'll go here.

B. R.Had a quick snack lunch here with the family while visiting Church Stretton. They were able to accommodate 8 people without any problem. We ordered at the counter and they somehow managed to bring 8 different meals at the same time!!! The staff are friendly and the food was tasty. Recommended

S. M.What a shame this used to be a very special tea rooms and often visited by myself, friends and family. When it changed hands last year it lost many of the special touches which made us come back time after time. Everything since has been perfectly ok but the magic has gone!
