It is very pleasant to enter a shopping center, which is summer and hot outside. You can drink a hot cappuccino and enjoy, because there is an air conditioner. The place is self-service, as in every chain of Costa coffee shops. It's nice to sit by the window and watch the people walking in the Atria shopping center

I like this branch because the people working here. One woman buzzes around at amazing speed and is friendly, the other woman is really thoughtful and nice as well. Yes there's a bit of a wait when the queue get longer, but it's worth it.

I've visited this Costa alot in the past few years but I have to say I wasn't impressed with the service that I and my friends received today. The server was slightly surly sounding when I ordered my drinks and not at all welcoming and the batista who made the drinks was very sloppy from not wearing his facemask properly and nearly messing up my order to covering everything including the tray and other peoples drinks with chocolate powder. I have had better service here in the past but recently it seems to have gone downhill, I'm considering trying another coffee shop, Costa isn't cheap but good customer service costs nothing.

Perhaps the best coffee chain in the UK currently. I’ve tried independent coffee shops across the length & breath of the country- but Costa definitively places ‘coffee’ which is a notch above the rest. Especially the Mocha- Costa does a spectacular version of this beloved coffee. We love our Watford store- a wonderful branch with great staff. Well done team :-)

Staff are always super friendly here, especially if they begin to recognise you as a regular. They will take the time to remember your order and make it exactly the way you want it. Great for coffee lovers!

Great store, fast service if there is space for a seat. It's got a few places to sit and charge your laptop whilst you do some work and spaces for large groups to sit too. Toilets are always clean and tidy.

I love Costa. A great shop for coffee lovers with a wide variety of coffee options. The staff are lovely and are happy to help. A little cosy and with only one toilet, there will be a queue. Fantastic!

Nice place, bit expensive for what it is, but as a once in a while thing it's not that bad. My only real gripe is the tables and floor are usually always dirty and never cleared, so your usually sitting with old cups and plates at your table.

Can't beat a good coffee from Costa when your getting in the mood for Christmas shopping. The hazelnut Prauline latte was delicious!. Coffee shops are usually pricey, but then it is Christmas so why not treat yourself.
