Reviews of Heather Farm Cafe
r. b.
Great venue. Went there for breakfast which was very tasty and had the vegan version which was delicious and menu was extensive. Prices were reasonable. They are pet friendly and have a lovely walk I think 2.8 miles from memory where you can have breakfast and then go for a walk or visa versa. Plenty of parking too. I would highly recommend it.

Been here a few times now and I am very impressed with the selection of food on the menu, quality of food and overall experience. The cafe caters for breakfast, brunch or lunch and even light bites. Table service was great and prompt. No complaints but I will mention that the Cafe is slightly understaffed as of 31/08/21 but I’m sure that will change soon. 😁

I hadn't been back to the farm since the cafe opened but it's great to see it doing well. We had a lovely walk, all the way up to Fairoaks past the horses and back again. We then settled into the cafe before the showers turned up with a well-earned, delicious milkshake. The staff were very friendly, one woman in particular but I didn't catch her name sadly.
Everyone walking was very friendly and considerate of other walkers, it is a shame then when you see some inconsiderate dog owners have left behind their dog's doings - in some cases right next to the dog bin provided! But aside from that, it's a lovely walk, as you trek further along you allow yourself time to enjoy the sound of the crickets and can stop over the bridges to watch the pond skaters. I would like to visit in different seasons to see how the landscape changes and develops.

Just back from having a lovely lunch here. A good varied menu, with food ranging from breakfasts, sandwiches, jacket potatoes and wraps to full meals, not forgetting the lovely scones and cakes.
It had started to rain heavily just as we arrived, and we had to wait 10 minutes to get a table, but were given menus to look at and it wasn't long before we were seated.
Staff very helpful, cheerful and quick to clear tables as they become empty.
We will definitely return, and hope to do the walk around the interesting looking lake and surrounding area.
長.
A fantastic and beautiful location. The team are doing an amazing job in extremely difficult times. Their awareness, consideration and preparation /readiness from a COVID-19 viewpoint is first class with everything being spotless and immaculate. Food choice and quality is superb. One complaint - one worker (one of the employees behind the till who was rude and in honesty ruined my experience). I could easily have rated this as five stars. Similarly, as a result of this lady behind the till it could have have been one star and I’d never return. However, one person shouldn’t ruin the review given all
Other staff were so amazing - friendly, warm, welcoming and kind. Like I say, bar one person , this was an exception visit and looking to returning soon.

A lovely little cafe. We had to wait a while for our food, but it arrived pretty soon after we chased it up and they were busy. Nice friendly staff. A really great location. Lots of seating inside and out.
R. E.
Went for afternoon tea on Mother's Day and despite being crowded service was good. The cafe is very popular and has a small inside, a decent sized marquee and generous outside seating. Good selection of breakfast brunch and tea items including veggie and vegan options. We had afternoon tea with good cakes (try the chocolate orange) and the most massive portions of clotted cream I've seen in ages. Also good smoked salmon sandwich with fries. Smoothies and milkshakes are good as well. Well.worth a visit.
S. L.
Good food, friendly staff, good service. You can order online.
The pancake stack is a bit small for an adult, but tasty. The eggs benedict aren't the best as the ham is too thick. The eggs on the other hand are amazing. Real Farm eggs.
Oh and the coffee is great.
J. S.
Absolutely fantastic dog walk, normally busy but with friendly dog walkers.
The cafe is lovely. Good value, high quality food. If you go in the morning I suggest you check out the sausage roll!
Coffee is lovely, you can't get an americano on the app but can order from the staff.
R. P.
What a lovely place with lovely folk working there. The food was delicious, excellently presented, and a good selection of drinks. Dog friendly, which is always a bonus, and the pooch enjoyed her dog sausage. Clean and pleasant facilities and a lovely walk around the Common after, brilliant.
K. G.
The scenery is lovely, it's dog friendly and there's a lovely walk. However, it is quite expensive. My son (3) had beans on toast for £3.95 and it was the smallest amount of beans on one slice of bread I've ever seen, maybe a table spoon. My sandwich cost the same and I got chips on the side. Kids breakfast was £8.
I'd go again, for refreshments though. Staff were very friendly.
J. B.
Nice location with a nice walk in the common. Lots of dogs around. Cafe is dog friendly which is nice but can get noisy. My experience with the food has always been good. Not great but tasty and good portions. Not the cheapest so maybe that’s why other reviews get marked down. Service can be a little slow at busy times because of the amount of tables the staff have to cover but they are always friendly and helpful when you manage to get their attention lol.
B. B.
The Cafe is set in a beautiful common with a lovely walking trail that is also accessible to wheelchairs. There is plenty of parking (although very popular so it can get full rather quickly). The staff are friendly but the service is VERY slow so don't go there if your kids are hAngry and going to have a food meltdown. It took over an hour to get our meal and then another 20 minutes for drinks and milkshakes to arrive even though they were ordered at the same time.
S. L.
Heather farm and wetlands is a dog friendly cafe with beautiful walks in and around Chobham common. If you have dogs and are local, you no doubt are already aware of this spot, but if you haven't been yet, I'd highly recommend going. Would have been a 5/5 review if it wasn't for the steep food/drink prices. The food is nice, dont get me wrong, but expect to pay between £30-40 for lunch for 2.
F. W.
Lovely dog walking spot, it’s got streams for the dogs and a lovely dog friendly café accompanied with dog washing areas of your furry friend gets muddy! The service can be slow at busy times (and it does get busy!) however, that doesn’t take away how lovely Heather Farm is and it’s always a nice morning out! The food is lovely and the surrounding areas are perfect for a long walk with a take out coffee!
A. K.
A lovely cafe in a beautiful setting. Food was amazing and staff were lovely. The dogs were well catered for too with lots of water bowls around and free dog biscuits. Would highly recommend a visit.

We've been visiting Heather Farm for a few years now. It's a great place to go if you need a walk of any length in the countryside and access to refreshments.
The cafe has a brilliant fenced in area with picnic benches so you can let little ones run around safely while you enjoy your food and drink.
S. T.
Loved this place. Had the ploughman's lunch....hell, it was good!
Staff were lovely and couldn't fault them. Somewhere like this can ne made or ruined by the staff....they were great.
Great for the kids, able to pet animals. My daughters loved it.
D. S.
Spent a few lovely hours with my daughter and grandson this afternoon after a lovely walk. The staff were friendly and accomodating, the food was hot and delicious, the milkshakes and smoothies were the best I have tasted. Loads of chilled water to help yourself to and even the dogs get a first class service. Would highly recommend. Thankyou.for a lovely afternoon.
K. K.
What lets this place down is the food unfortunately. Great location, plenty of tables. The outdoor is very lovely (however the seating is quite basic with most benches without the back support).
The food is very average. I have tried a few things, mostly bakery but wont be purchasing any food there again as it is pretty tasteless. It is a real shame that the food lets this place down!
E. B.
Love the place, although might have lost some of its character now that it is being operated by a chain. Certainly, the pieces of cake were dramatically reduced in size. However, nice setting with good food.
A.
Very large nice garden space, good food. Servers were inexperienced.
F. T.
Friendly, good coffee, lovely soup. Space to sit, space for dogs. Will visit again, but will try to avoid busy times at weekends and holiday times. Good dog walking and free parking.
J. C.
We went to a birthday party there and it was alright, the staff knew we were arriving on Sunday and on arrival, they told of our arrival and we where shown about 8 individual tables. The host told he wanted tables together, we where shown the tent out side. The food was very nice. It came out of, although silly bit where forgotten, ie sugar spoons. We were left to it. It was very busy, plenty of people and come 3.45 we where told they close at four pm and where asked to start thinking of leaving.
S. S.
Lovely location and decent cafe food but communication needs improvement! We ordered via the app and noted 'could be longer wait times when busy' but food took an hour to come! When we asked after waiting 40 mins we were told 'Oh did no one tell it it was a 40-45 min wait' but were then told food was on its way. When it arrived at the one hour mark not all of it was hot making us wondered if it had been sitting for some time. Frustrating as they either upgrade the app to give a realisitc idea of wait time, get staff to communicate when you go to sit down or put it up on one of the many chalk boards placed around.
R. S.
A place to saver and to see for all it's links with nature. A breakfast to behold and wetlands to enjoy. Take the family for a crisp sunny morning walk amongst the waterways and sup and done well at the café tables. Apologies but I've been watching "The Last Kingdom" and that's had an effect on me too!!
N. B.
A great spot for brunch! The pancakes are always a winner as is the coffee.
The cafe is always teeming with people chattering so it has a lovely tea room ambience, and the staff are fantastic and friendly!
H. D.
Such a wonderful place, great food, hot drink and atmosphere. The staff were lovely too and I loved looking at all the dogs.
O. N.
It's a lovely place in&outdoors, family and dogs friendly with a nice walk, a stream, a pond and wildlife and birds watch. It's been really busy even thought we recently visited on a weekday but well organised to ensure social distancing in place. Food is tasty and fresh, extensive menu reasonably priced. I'm not a fan of their coffee blend though but that's very personal so it didn't affect the rating.
P. D. P.
What a great place, food and drinks selection is good the atmosphere is great the walks through the grounds is really nice and the facilities for the doggies is really good, great location for the whole family and definitely worth a visit, highly recommended
A. S.
Been there few times now. It is lovely place to walk with your dog with free parking. The cafe is nice and clean, great selection of food, dog friendly.
T. B.
Very nice place to take your dog for a walk and stop and have a lovely breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. Very good food.
C. S.
Lovely pancakes from breakfast menu. Staff are always so welcoming. Always look forward to my next visit
K. H.
Good food and service
A little bit expensive
G. R.
Nice place but price has gone up. It's pretty expensive now. Panini (1x) for £9 with a few chips and burgers for around £14.
M. F.
Had a fab breakfast here on my Birthday with my husband and toddler. Really lovely, sausage was one of the best!! Cafe with seating inside and out is beautifully kept too. Free parking, high chairs and somewhere to go for a walk to work off the food. Highly recommend
D. F.
Dogs, no dogs, kids, no kids. It’s for everybody. A great walk to the end of Fairoaks airfield runway so you can see the planes take off then back along the track to the Café for some amazing food.
G. T.
Nice place, very good service. Great lunch stop. Went there with a group of Ramblers. Had the Cauliflower soup...delicious. just perfect on a winters day. It can get very busy, and there is plenty of space in the marquee and outside. Good choice of vegetarian and vegan items.
Dog shower station nice touch.
D. B.
My first visit to the farm and wetlands came on a recommendation. Lots of parking but is very popular with walkers, so would imagine it would fill up quickly. Although having my dog was unable to visit the wetlands side today. This cafe is so geared up for dogs it's amazing. Hand sanitizer all around, dogs are welcome inside and out, there are clean towels to dry off your dog and a place to put the dirty ones. Very friendly staff, the cafe offers a choice of food but you don't have to eat, just enjoy a tea or coffee. Well worth a visit!!
E. H.
Super busy brunch/lunch place. Can do take away food.
Staff are friendly but very busy. Toilets available but it can be a little narrow to pass with tables. Would definitely recommend.
Great for kids as there's a little play area. Very dog friendly. Sanitizer available in several locations.
E. G.
Lots of good cakes and pastries available. A range of light lunches including homemade soup. Breakfast options look good. Staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Dogs welcome.
A. C.
What a brilliant place! Lovely walks followed by fab food and friendly staff in the cafe. My son and I took the dogs today and it was just lovely.Dogs are more than welcome and water bowls and a dog shower provided. Highly recommended.
J. J.
Love this place. Only a few tables inside but on a nice day this is the place to go. Lovely walks around the area, from short to long. Staff very friendly..highly recommend.
Z. T.
Edit: : Good customer care to sort out the problems
First time visiting and was not too impressed, the mocha tasted like watered down coffee, it took over 40 minutes for 2x panini's to come and when it did it was average, most staff were good but we had somebody else's coffee come to our table and then when our food eventually came it got taken to the wrong table. The table was wobbly and the chair was damaged and did not feel sturdy.
Edit: : Good customer care to sort out the problems
J. G.
Really good food, the place itself is very busy but very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and hard working. Lovely location too.
S. D.
First visit today with my daughter. Friendly staff and covid friendly too! Had a lovely brunch whilst seated in the marquee area, which I guess is temporary.
M. B.
Great brunch with family. Lovely food , great service and location. We'll be back
A. M.
Our first time there on recommendation of a friend. Brilliant service and food. Great Covid protocol and contact tracing. Being disabled access is very important to me and Heather Farm Cafe tick all the boxes.
R. E.
Really great place to bring your dog. Great food, friendly staff and lovely walks.
Z. S.
We come here often and it's an okay place to grab breakfast or a coffee but they often get orders wrong or forget things. Lovely staff, and always really helpful when you let them know!
S.
Love the food and drinks, a great choice with options for vegans and allergy sufferers! A great spot to go after a stroll. There's even options for the dog! We've got doggy ice-cream for our dog in the summer and she loves it 🐾 Outside the cafe is even equipped with water and towels for your dog in case your walk was on the muddier side!!
S. R.
The vegan Burger is really nice, all food served to table, and to other tables looked really nice......dog and kid friendly worth a visit !
N.
Great little find this one. Was in the area and stumbled across Heather Farm Cafe. Ended up having breakfast and lunch! Great food and staff 👌🏻
N. P.
Great vegan choice, super staff, tasty food. Nice one
V. G.
Went for a lovely walk, and got a table here. It was cleaned in front of us. Track & trace details completed. Very cautious with distancing and serving. Really nice food and very pleasant service.
W. T. D.
The quality of the food is good and the people are friendly. It's easy to park and order from the app. Service was a bit slow which is understandable at it was busy but I would have liked a full cup of tea. After a walk in the woods a big hot mug of tea would be very welcome but I was served a pretty small cup about 3/4 full which was a shame.
A. J.
Fab food, great service. Has heard it was good, and drlloghted to discober it was/indeed.
l. m.
Great ingredients, lovely location and good value for money. Great for kids, dogs and walks in nature
K.
Great fresh menu, and a lovely treat at the end of a walk through the wetlands, but best sausage rolls around were significantly smaller than usual and burned and dry which was a disappointment after normal high standards. Hot drinks were normal high standards though.
l. k.
Had a lovely breakfast. Due to the high volume of walkers that pop in for coffee and cake, our drinks took ages to come. We had nearly finished food before getting drinks. The cafe is clean with very welcoming staff. There's an outdoor seating area too, dogs welcomed.
J. A.
Went there during the week for brunch. It’s the first time I’ve been back for ages. The last time we went (pre lockdown) it was really disappointing - not a patch on the original standard of the place when it first opened. However I’m so pleased we did go back, as it’s back to its best. We had the full English breakfast. The lady that served us was so lovely and friendly. Will definitely make this a regular stop off again.
I. R.
Lovely environment and very dog friendly. Cream tea good.
L. C.
Nice dog friendly place with great breakfast/brunch menu. Not cheap but I believe much of the produce from local farms in the area. Great stop after walking.
C. R.
Always love it here! Great food, friendly staff and the Barons app works really well for easily ordering food to your table!
N. F.
Lovely cafe, friendly staff, very convenient for a post-walk lunch
P. S.
Great place for dog walking, excellent food/service in cafe
R. P.
Great place to go with your pooch. Lovely well presented food, a great selection of drinks, and fab walks too.
K. G.
Nice outside seating area. Lots of parking. Reasonably priced. Nice staff.
D. L.
Popped in for lunch. A good varied menu.
Good food when it arrived, which was not too long.
T. W.
Dived in for a cycling pitstop, the Hummingbird cake is to die for, great sausage roll too 😋
S. L.
What a gem of a place. Easy plentiful parking, loads of seating, excellent food on a varied and interesting menu and friendly staff. Great option to order from App at table or go to counter if you like. Price wise very good value I thought for the standard of food and the place itself. Will definitely be coming back, couldn't find any fault really and just wish I'd known about this gem earlier.
D. P.
Lovely setting, good food and great staff well worth a visit
I. H.
Loved the place! Definitely try the hot chocolate 😍
I. R.
Went for a Sunday morning breakfast, would recommend arriving before it opens, if you want to sit in the sun, as it does get busy. Excellent social distancing measures in place, felt completely safe. The food is delicious, and they have gluten free options available!
J. E.
I wouldn't get the Giant Yorkshire Pudding dish, but would still go back as it's a nice, friendly place set in a great spot. So bring the dog, go for a walk and reward yourself with a spot of lunch, just not the pre-mentioned one!
R. k.
Food was good but 1 meal didn't turn until we had finished ours.
C. S.
Staff as usual so good and friendly such a shame about the manager’s attitude on something quite minor but he made it my fault and has put me off returning.
P. D.
Excellent food, lovely coffee and fantastic service
M. B.
Great place to meet friends, go for a walk (with or without dogs) and have lovely food! There is a wide choice of delicious food on the menu. The Staff are absolutely fabulous!
D. P.
Nice location and great choice of food. Plenty of outside seating.
N. l. c.
I love this place and respect the people who keep it fab. I can always find a spot to stop and clear my head. It's also good for photography if you are patient
S. L.
Nice spot, dog friendly. Lots of parking.
r. h.
Usually good. But staff are under trained. Simple snack order of sandwiches and drinks. You'd think alarm bells would be raised in waiting staff if you bring 4 sandwiches, but only two drinks. Only after finishing sandwiches and asking and waiting 15 minutes did the missing drinks arrive.
A. S.
The food was great. It was so good to sit outside soaking the sun and have a lovely brunch. Baron's app is fantastic. You can order and pay from your table. The service was great and food was served quickly.
D. C.
Great outdoor experience. Under a new management they have done well. Just hope they check the portions for the money we pay per dish. I was expecting a little bit more. The waiters and waitresses are very kind and accomodating which makes the overall experience joyful.
S. M.
Good food. Great cakes. Nice place to stop on a family dog walk.
H. M.
Lovely café, wide selection of options on the menu at very reasonable prices based on the hearty portion size- I definitely recommend the cream tea for 2! Very dog friendly and helpful staff, I'll be coming back for sure.
V.
We came here for lunch on a saturday with no booking and luckily there were some spare tables available. Food was amazing and its dog friendly too which is perfect as there is a lovely walk next to the cafe. We will definitely be coming back!!
M. H.
Fab place to take your vegan friend for the best breakfast around! Beautiful place for a walk also, dog friendly!
G.
Absolutely love this place! Amazing service and fantastic food (highly recommend the cauliflower cheese soup and carrot cake!) The staff are lovely and friendly. Definitely my favourite cafe!
S. H.
Lovely milkshake and great seating are with very friendly staff.

My husband and I have been to Heather Farm cafe a few times now. We cycle from Windsor and last Saturday a few of us from the Marlow cycling club turned up for coffee and cake for my birthday 🎂 Thankfully each time we have cycled to here the weather has been lovely and have been able to sit outside
M. M.
Lovely for a stoll and an outdoor coffee and breakfast, eggs benedict to die for.
D. C.
Good food. Lovely scenery. Had a nice walk.
D. H.
Sheep. Not creatures you find in or around many cafés. Or Wetlands. They're a curious addition here... They have fascinatingly dark (rich?) pebble (bean?) shaped excrement. Inspired marketing? I had a lovely coffee shortly after.
Be insistent your smallest humans are careful not to wake up the crocodile... Shhhhhhh.
S. W.
Nice little place to get a cake and cuppa. If have a four leg little friend a nice sausage.
S. W.
Lovely cafe, nice outdoor seating area, great place to meet friends.
Really impressed with the vegan options.
Also good changing facilities for babies.
N. R.
The area is child friendly. I visited with my son, who is one year old, and and my daughter, who is 3 years old. They both enjoyed the visit and were easily supervised during our time in this area. It has ornate seating which the children were climbing on and a picnic area that is surrounded by fencing that will keep children and dogs safe from the driveway.
The food was absolutely lovely and the staff were very accommodating.
I had the sausage roll and it was quite simply the best sausage roll I have ever eaten!
There is seating available both inside. The chairs are comfortable to sit on and the tables don't feel cramped.
The area has stunning views and ample space for my two young children to run about and explore. There are clear paths as well as woodland trails. The local wildlife is lovely to look at and makes the whole experience enchanting. There are nice, safe spaces for them to walk and parking suitable to our needs.
The nearby walk can be quite long and there is very little shelter from the sun so becareful of that if walking. There were also no benches in the stretch that we walked so factor that into your visit too.
It's very tranquil are and you will find yourself emersed in nature. There is a free public car park, which makes it much easier to visit. Dogs are also welcome inside the cafe itself.
All in all it was a great experience all around.
B. K.
Very dog friendly, beautiful outdoors and nice food. Service was good even when busy, staff were really friendly. The coffee wasn’t the best but this is personal preference, and doesn’t take away from the experience.
S. F.
Great place! Top marks for food and loved the fact that it was very dog friendly!
J. P.
Great ambience, super service and quality food at fair price.
S. J.
Love this place everyone is so super friendly. Food is delightful, a little ££, but oh so nice.
A. J. L.
Came here for a socially distanced outdoor brunch with some colleagues. Fortunately one of them arrived early as by about 10am the garden was quite full - you can see why! Delicious food, lovely spaced-out garden area in a nice setting, good and quick service, good ventilation within the building where you order and pay. My colleague tells me there are also nice walks from the car park too, although we didn't go walking today. Would be keen to go back here if needing something near Woking again. Only trouble is they don't take bookings!
D.
Great place to stop after dog walk on Horsall Common, lots of seating outside and dog friendly.
J. S.
Coffee and cake with a sunny walk thrown in. Great fun.
M. L.
Friendly, covid save and great produce with every visit. Great set up and ideal stop off to enjoy the natural surroundings. Selection of food and drinks excellent. On my favourite places map!
S. C. F.
A good find for a dog walk and breakfast/brunch. The food was lovely and great service. I chose the avocado and eggs on toast with a pot of tea. It was all really good.
S. H.
Great spot! Very friendly and helpful staff. Loads of tables - it's best when it's not raining as there are mostly outdoor tables. Great milkshakes. Dog friendly.
D. K.
Highly recommended, webpage to order food is also very helpful when sat outside.
The dog washing station in the car park is also very handy!
G. S.
I loved this place, Friday lunch time & it's packed full.
The lovely waitress could not have been more helpful in finding us a table.
Great menu, the salads were delicious & also the white wine.
Great atmosphere & a very high standard.
We will be returning.
V. G.
Lovely location and The staff are very friendly. The menu isn't particularly vast but the food is all very nice. Even better since the car park was extended
B. C.
Really nice little gem tucked away off the main road, you could easily pass it without noticing. So glad I stopped out of curiosity and found a delightful place with great tea and delicious cakes among a splendid menu. And to boot there is nature reserve waiting to explored right outside with lakes, rivers and meadows. Its not the cheapest place out there but if you frequent Costas then that's the price to expect.
I will be returning soon with the wife and pooch to enjoy some of the other goodies on offer.
A. L.
Mega little cafe with great coffee and brunch options.
Be warned though this is very dog friendly and therefore lots of dogs about (although all on leads). So if visiting with little ones make sure they're ok with pups
Beautiful setting for a nice walk after as well to help the food down.
I can recommend the sausage bun and red velvet cake.
H. A.
Nice place but the coffee is made by a machine and the cakes were dry
C. D.
Such a great place - I go out of my way to walk the dog here so I can have tea and cake. Lots of variety on the menus. The chicken burger is especially good for lunch.
R. L.
Overpriced for poorly cooked food (underdone eggs) and got order wrong too - but instead of taking my plate back to rectify wrong items, I just had to wait for it to get cold while they came back with what was missing and in the meantime my partner had half finished his. I got a free drink as an apology which is why I'm giving 3 stars and not none. I'm not sure I'd bother going back though if I'm honest.
R. O.
Dog friendly place with helpful staff and nice food, lovely pause gorgeous a coffee and cake
I. C.
Very pleasant walk around farmland culminating in a warm and tasty tray of Coffees all round. Superbly dog friendly. The walks could perhaps be signposted.
M.
We walk the dogs around here most weekends and finish off with something to eat and a drink. This place isn't necessarily about the quality of the food, which is average, but the location and atmosphere sort it out. Worthwhile if you have dogs or fancy a nice walk.
P. W.
Brilliant little café. Great food, and the milkshake is fantastic, all set with lovely views over the wetlands. Highly recommend!
N. R.
A beautiful spot to walk your dog in complete safety. And the cafe is charming. The staff are very friendly and speedy. The atmosphere is one of peace and tranquility and the food is appetising and first rate. Definitely one to visit.
T. K.
Just enjoyed a nice lunch here. Decor is nice, good outdoor space, food was nice, service was fairly efficient and friendly, they had stuff for kids and for dogs. Good free WiFi. If I had to fault it I'd say the outside could use a few more umbrellas and the inside is a little echoey.
K. G.
Lovely setting, good open eating area in the sun. Food quite tasty and staff very friendly and helpful. Nice trails to walk of the excess calories.
G. F.
Nice surroundings, good food, nice staff. Not the best English breakfast though - about 5 baked beans and only one slice of bacon...
K. B.
Heather farm is a great location for us to take our doggie to have a paddle. The cafe however is not as enjoyable. The food is average and over priced. Coffee is the dearest in Woking and bang average. The staff could be more friendly, like look you in the eye when serving you, not slamming your change on the counter, instead of putting it in your hand and a smile wouldn't go a miss. Not sure if we will use the cafe again.
D. S.
A very pleasant cafe seating both inside and outside. An excellent menu all items fresh. Staff members very friendly.
K. T.
Great coffee, including proper decaf, sausage and bacon baps. And well laid out to ensure social distancing, they've made a real effort to make everyone feel safe.
a. p.
I paid £6 for a sausage in a roll and the roll was dry as any thing even brown sauce could not improve it..we also asked for a jug of water and out of the three glasses only one was clean...Cold coffe to boot will i part with £30 cash for a snack again NO WAY
H. G.
We have enjoyed lunch at Heather Farm since it opened again following lock down, but it was very busy today and although there were plenty of staff we were waiting a relatively long time for our lunch. This was compounded by the fact that no one advised us that process has changed and you now need to order at the counter so we were waiting to be served at the table for over 20 minutes.
R. H.
Food is OK but still service if frankly terrible, you go up to wait at the till to buy food and drink, the guy at till is more interested in fiddling with the coffee machines than taking orders. Three people in the queue no large orders and it took nearly 8 mins to get my order taken.
From that point onwards it's all good
L. K.
Popped in on the off chance of getting a table for breakfast. Service is really speedy, and the food was lovely (eggs royale and sausage bap) cakes all look amazing in here too
J. R.
Lovely food friendly and helpful staff. Went today and asked for gluten free menus great choice and very accommodating adapting what we wanted to meet what we could have. This won't be our last visit.
E. C.
Lots of outside eating and some under cover. Great for meals or just a coffee. Dogs allowed. Good walks to be had before or after.
l. h.
Excellent food really pleasant staff too. Great place to visit.
M. C.
Good choice of vegan milk for coffee and nice looking vegan cakes (didn't try). Service a little slow due to covid restrictions. Very friendly staff
e. k.
Lovely place! You can let your doggy in which is wonderful. Unfortunately the prices are crazy high. The coffee is more expensive than anywhere else I've been too.
J. L.
Glad they have re-opened under new management and so far so good! There is a Vegan breakfast and almond or soya options. Lots of yummy cakes including GF or vegan and the menu has a good selection of dishes. The outside area is wonderfull on a sunny day and the location is my favorite place to walk, such a peaceful place. I highly recommend coming for a walk and refreshments either before or after ☕🍻🍰🍔
S. W.
Best afternoon I've had!! Such great value for money!!
S. C.
Had great gluten free smoked salmon sandwich for lunch. The bread was the best soft and tasty, the chips were a surprise and very tasty too.
L. D.
Fantastic service, beautiful location and delicious food. All in all a great time was had when we stopped for breakfast and a coffee.
L. H.
Nice place. Good coffee, snacks.
A. D.
Seems to have gone downhill here. The service is slow but very polite and the food order seems to be wrong whenever I go. Hopefully its improves but still nice to go for a coffee and cake after walking the dog
J. G.
Lovely, friendly place for families and dogs.
N. V.
Dog friendly and near a good walk with lots of parking. Some gluten free options on the menu but could have better knowledge of allergens as touched a slice of regular cake with same fork for gluten free cake 😔 need to be aware of cross contamination. All covid'd up.
L. R.
Its a lovely venue, bustling with families and dog friendly. One breakfast arrived without three items and there was a mix up on the toast but all in all we had a lovely meal.
M. L.
Great find and stop off after a walk.. great selection of food and drinks.. plus extras -boxed afternoon teas! friendly staff and a we'll run establishment.
J. M.
Lovely cafe, a little pricey, but good quality. And there's a tap round the corner to wash down your dirty dog and boots from the muddy walks!
c. w.
Was decent. Will visit again
F. M.
Such a nice place, great for taking the dog for a walk or getting out the house. They have a really nice café and do amazing hot chocolate, highly recommend going here.
A. S.
Lively cafe with plenty of seating and friendly staff.
D. S.
It's a great place for a stroll, cafe is nice, if a little pricey for cake, however, too many people who treat their dogs like babies & have little or no control of themselves or their dogs taints it.
E. C.
Had very yummy lunch with good service. It'd be nice if the new outdoor area looked a little more natural - maybe some pots?
E. E.
Great food and kind staff
V. P.
It can be expensive and busy but when it isn't too busy it is such a lovely venue for a nice coffee and lunch

Lovely place for dogs... The only down fall is the cafe prices £2.50 for one cup of tea.. That's too pricey if you come regularly

I. G.
