Love this café so much! So exquisitely decorated and staff are very friendly and helpful. The menu offers many food and drink choices, I highly recommend trying a filter coffee for the brewing experience as you get to take in the aromas of the ground coffee before filtering it into the cup to your liking. This was my second visit after such a positive experience the first time round, and will definitely be returning again in the future!

Great coffee shop. I had a large cappuccino coffee and cheese omlette this morning and both were delicious. I will definitely use this Cafe again when in Worcester. Oh...place is very dog friendly too offering my pup a bowl of water on arrival. Very pleasant staff made the visit more enjoyable. Interior is clean and very colourful. A good guide were the large number of visitors and people popping in for on-the-go coffees. Contactless payment available. There is a large selection of coffees, teas and snacks for all tastes. Highly recommended.

A huge chunk of Colombian culture in one cafe. As I entered I was struck by the over pouring of Latino warmth from the staff. What a bloody nice bunch of people. Francini cafe de Colombia will whisk you away to the far reaches of the South American homeland. The vibrant colours of the art wor, the coffee related trinkets, the wooden work tops. It is distinctive looking place in any part of the world, outside of Colombia. The menu is exciting and caters for the staunch British as well as the more adventurous. Go on, try some arepas, empanadas. Spice up your life.

Absolutely wonderful! Great atmosphere, very authentic, staff speak Spanish and are super friendly, beautiful decor! Really nice food and the choices of drinks is incredible! Very much enjoyed it and would go again! Great prices, too.

A refreshing and original place to go to, lovely food and the staff were polite and friendly. The food was excellent, i had a sweetcorn arepa with egg and bacon with a wrap on the side. Was my first time trying arepas, and i was very happy with what i got and would deffinetely have them again. As you can see from the hot chocolate, it was indeed hot and full of chocolate and sugary goodness. Which set me up for the day and didn't need anything else to eat or drink till dinnertime. There are lots of places to sit, so a walkin would be fine or you can take away if you want.

This cafe only deserves 5 stars! My partner and I ordered arepas. I had pesto, avocado and prawn sweetcorn arepas while he had a nice and simple bacon and egg one. Although the portion may look small to you, it does fill you up!! Additionally, we ordered a wrap with sausages, tomatoes and cheese. Simple and delicious. For drinks, we both had the deluxe hot chocolate. It was loaded with marshmallows and m&m's. Yummyyy! Oh yes, you can even swap for other dairy/milk alternatives to go with the drink. The atmosphere of the restaurant gave me a very tropical feel. Something you'd see in a beach cafe. Both of us agreed that if Francini were to open in Cornwall, it'll be very popular among both locals and tourists!

Staying in Hartleybury I found this on TripAdvisor and detoured cor our breakfast stop on our way home. The restaurant was set in the town centre with easy local parking. The venue is bright, vibrant and beautiful with easy disabled/ pram access and a spacious comfy eating area. As promised the coffee was top notch, and the food was absolutley amazing. The authentic Arepas and olive bread sealed the deal! The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful and the to top it off the facilities had great disabled access and even a baby change facility. To top it off this place is also dog friendly. In my book this is a must visit if you're in the area and even worth going out of your way for. Will defo return

We found this amazing cafe by chance, very close (2 minutes by foot) to the bus station of Worcester Crowngate. It was a wonderful surprise, a tiny piece of Colombia in the heart of England. The service was definitely positive (kind staff, awesome food & coffee...) and for those who are from Latin America...you will feel a bit at home. I would absolutely come back, highly recommended.

The food was very good but we had to wait approximately 50 minutes for a couple of very simple dishes. Fantastic vibe there. The coffee tastes better than the competition because it's Columbian, when it comes to coffee ... try Columbian. It does look a little dusty and beat up on the outside ... do not let this put you off, as on the inside it is pristine clean, well presented and well maintained. The staff are polite and friendly, you'll get a "welcome" as you come in and a "thank you see you again" on the way out. It's professional but also relaxed, so when its quiet i would say a good place to have a small table top game of some sort while you drink great coffee.

This is the best coffee shop in Worcester and it's independent, their coffee is great quality and ethically sourced. Their best coffee is the filter and it comes in various blends. They do a good range of food options and the platter is great for sharing. The staff here are really friendly and clearly love the community and this place has a great vibe. This is a beautiful Columbian café. We had both loose tea and filter coffee. The tea was gorgeous and the filter coffee was beautiful. Rather than having a hot plate that burns coffee, they had fresh hot water that filtered through into a cup. This produced a beautiful robust flavour. All the food is made fresh on site to order and tastes wonderful.

Sow them at Food feast last Saturday! Incredible coffee with incredible staff! I got the farmers coffee with lime and ohmy!! That was the best coffee I ever had :) As someone who has got into coffee quite a lot in this lockdown I truly believe this place offer next level coffee. I think coffee with lime should be available in more places :) I would love for them to come to Oxford or Bristol markets one day with their cart for more people to try their amazing flavor :) Would love to have bought their beans on the spot but will try to but them online!

Excellent food, decor, drinks etc. One thing is unforgivable, and that's some of the portion sizes. Most things are on the small side, but the arepa with peppers and olives was tiny, barely three or four bites worth and it costs around £8. Three of them would have been the right amount. The food was a very high standard and we loved the atmosphere so I'm tempted to give four stars, but ultimately we left disappointed and hungry so I think three is fair.

My goodness me. That was the most amazing mocha I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. It was made from quality coffee beans and had liquid chocolate poured artistically around the rim to form a smooth mocha. A great cup of coffee and good service . Columbian is one of the top coffees. Good explanation on the cup filters they use you turn to the right, once coffee has settled on the filter for 1-2 minutes. Variety in how Columbian coffee is made makes for excellent flavour and a variety of choice on strength. Simple eats. I would like to see their equivalent of a ' fry - up" also a main meal.or two.

So good we went twice in a day! First for breakfast - I had the breakfast wrap (and of course coffee) and then for hot chocolate and a piece of cake in the afternoon. It was quiet at breakfast time on a Saturday, so we easily got a table. Service is friendly and efficient. In the afternoon it was much busier, but again efficient. The coffee here is amazing, however the hot chocolate was to die for. Covered in cream, marshmallows and biscuit straws. Great atmosphere - would not hesitate to go back again (and again, and again)

Walked past this place so many times in the past and decided to give it a try and so glad we did. We were welcomed by friendly and polite staff and the decor is bright and funky. I ordered a decaf flat white, a Columbian filter coffee and a breakfast wrap. I brought my parents to one of our favourite places for lunch. They loved the bubbles that have been put up and both felt really safe as it can be quite stressful when you first emerge after lock down. As always the food was amazing, my daughter adores the luxury hot chocolate and my father was extremely impressed with his personal filter coffee machine, which if you sell would make a great Christmas present. I chose to visit after seeing an unbelievable number of 5 star reviews. Well they can be believed. The menu has traditional Columbian food and coffee on offer and a little English style food for the less adventurous. The service was excellent, with the waiter spending loads of time helping me chose a good Columbian coffee. I hope their plans to franchise lead to a good branch in the North East of England where I live.

This place had been recommended to us but took a while to visit - sorry we didn't go earlier as the food and coffee was fantastic. Wife had a honemade pizza - fantastic base, yummy tomato and lots of fresh toppings - best she's had since little Venice shut down. I Had an "arepa" (traditional Columbian corn bread) with egg and bacon. Slightly sweet to taste and absolutely beautiful; I've found my new favourite food! Other dishes available (e.g. olive bread sandwiches, wraps, cakes etc.) Which all looked very nice too. We'll be back here soon the food was do nice!

A regular customer here. The food and drink are more expensive than your average chain cafés but are much nicer and better quality. The staff are very friendly and professional and the service is very quick. They serve a small menu best suited for breakfast and brunch including some really tasty wraps and arepas which are a type of traditional Columbian bread which has a sweetish herby flavour. Really nice. The filter coffee is also a must have.

Visited Francini Cafe while staying with friends, who claimed that the coffee was amazing. And they weren't wrong. They have a choice of blends, and the coffee is served in a filter with the hot water separate, so it's super fresh when you drink it. I complimented my coffee with a slice of carrot cake, and it was the best carrot cake I'd ever had. All of their cakes looked incredible, and are made locally in Malvern. The atmosphere was lovely, with many people - including us - playing games at their table. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Will definitely be visiting Francini Cafe De Colombia again.

Great place with great coffee and friendly staff. I popped into Francini Cafe De Columbia with already high expectations. These were certainly met. I was greated warmly by a member of staff who happily told me a few details about the range of coffees. I settled for the 'blackeye' a strong coffee made with two shots of espresso and finished at the table with Columbian filter coffee. The aroma of the coffee was amazing and the aesthetic quality the experience was a real bonus. The waitress/barista explained the process of the finishing of the coffee to me at the table (although it seemed obvious it was nice to know they were willing to take the time to help a customer if needed). The coffee was then ready and tasted really good. The decor of the place is lively and colourful. There are also Columbian coffee tree jewellery items for sale. The place was not massively busy when I visited by I can imagine it gets very lively with the quality (and strength) of the coffee. I had a look through the menu while I was drinking my coffee and I look forward to eating there. The menu contained several dishes that you wouldn't find many other places. I can't comment on the quality of the food, but I look forward to trying it. I will definitely return.
