We have been coming here for a few years now. The food is just exceptional. There really is something for everyone. The menu is amazing and so hard to choose what to eat sometimes.
The staff are attentive and friendly. The 2 gentlemen that own the business have created a gem. Never disappointed with the quality of the food.
Generous portions, consistant and AMAZING COFFEE <3
We love it here THANK YOU :)

Perfect scrambled eggs on a croissant, which was not actually on the menu but I saw a croissant and needed breakfast. Staff was charming and flexible, welcoming and kind. We got two breakfast plates, berry smoothie, pot of Earl grey and cup of coffee. Everything was delicious, tasty salad, *perfect* croissant.

Back to post-holiday, post-pandemic working, I'm using the hotdesk in town as a 'be more focussed' strategy. It works. And gives me an opportunity to do a few sneaky lunches. First day back, it had to be my old favourite, NRG. Just as good as I remembered, with super healthy options plus treats on the menu, friendly staff, and good vibes coming from the kitchen. Today was absolutely freezing and my first day back in office. So don't judge me, ok? I wanted it all. I ordered it all. I ate most of it. (Took a bit home for later). Get in here and you won't be sorry. If you're more disciplined than I am, you could even be super healthy - there's smoothie and salad options galore (the cafe is situated opposite a serious gym and caters for the zero-carb and healthy eating crew). And that *is* a turmeric coconut latte, yes. Yum. Also had a bulletproof coffee - which came a little long, but I can order it shorter next time; as far as I know, this is still the only place in Worthing to do Bulletproof. Oh! - and they're LGBTQ friendly, too. That's a good feeling.

Helpful and polite staff. Can't rate the food highly enough, from the presentation, to the fresh ingredients and the flavour this brings to the food. Recommend it and will be back again!

Followed the signpost from the main high street on the promise of good veg/vn options.
Receptive and friendly staff. Nice spacious and light environment on a quiet side street with outside seating.
Had a lovely breakfast (served til 12) fair portions with great presentation.
Satisfied.

What a little gem!
Great staff Josh served us I think. He knew the menu well & was so helpful, friendly & professional. Nothing was too much trouble & with a big smile.
Mostly the food was healthy but a few dishes available if you fancied more meat. (Not that meat isn’t healthy).
I had wonderful chicken skewers with a great salad & hummus, my friend had avocado on sourdough with poached eggs which she said was yummy.
Great place can’t recommend enough.

As ever, wonderful service, professional and friendly staff. Good quality food for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Had a fantastic lunch here after cycling from Brighton. Didn't want the usual something with chips options at other places. NRG offered tasty, filling and not too carb heavy options. Had the halloumi and veg skewer. Every mouthful was delicious. You don't have to be veggie or vegan to get a great lunch here.

Me and my sister discovered this cafe a few years back and we love it. The food is incredible, full of so many options and you never feel bad for eating any of it! The smoothies are the best I have ever had and you are always met with such friendly service. A hidden gem in Worthing which I would highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent as usual. Great coffee and food. I had a bacon sandwich and it was perfect for me. I hate thick bread sandwiches this was beautiful. My partner had a slice of delicious cake he was very happy too.
