Great location. Very easy to find. The shop is extremely spacious. Beautiful decor with interesting vibe. Friendly and fabulous staff. Their coffee is always amazing. We ordered vegan sausage this time and it is really tasty!!

Sat for about three hours working and the environment was perfect. Steady stream of customers but not too loud as I had earphones. Bathroom was very clean - single stall. Great oat milk latte and croissant. Photos are from different visits!

First time visiting here, the young girl serving us was very welcoming the buns were gorgeous and the coffee perfect. It was also a lovely atmosphere, beautifully decorated and clean toilets. Can't ask for much more, wish I had one closer to me so I could visit again.

Like most cities, they are inundated with coffee shops. Going into 200 Degrees Coffee shop in York was a breath of fresh air. Fantastic looking on the outside, very welcoming and the smell of the coffee was just the enticement I needed. I didn’t get the staff members name, but all who I spoke to were really friendly, very professional and nothing seemed too much trouble. I ordered a Ham & Egg Panini and a Latte. I was starving. When the food arrived, the Latte looked great and as soon as I took my first bite of the Panini, I knew I’d have no problem eating it all. It was delicious. So fresh and tasty. The ambience of the place was great, I sat at a table facing the main door, just cos I’m a nosey people watcher 🤷🏻‍♂️😆. It was great too as I’d sat by a main socket to plug my phone in to charge up. Taking loads of photos not only of my time in York but also of the food and coffee shop interior. Definitely one on my list to go back next time I’m there, but will be recommending to my friends to give it a go too. Plenty of seating inside and spacious.

We have been in quite a few times and each time we havebeen impressed. The staff are all very friendly and always happy to help. The smoothies are very nice and refreshing and a nice change from Coffee sometimes. The cakes are delicious and the kids love the Flapjacks. We will definitely return when next visiting York

We have always enjoyed a visit to 200 Degrees. Coffee is always good, i usually get an oat milk mocha, but a bit on the expensive side. On my last visit I tried the chicken in pitta, possibly a chicken shawarma (i can’t quite remember), which was really nice - lots of flavour. Tables are always clean, staff are friendly, but it can sometimes be too busy to sit in.

Such a great find, if you love coffee you will definitely want to make a stop here. Very busy mid Saturday afternoon mind but fortunate to be able to get a table, the shop goes back a long way though and a lot of smaller tables and bench/booths too so reasonable to not wait too long. Portuguese custard tarts were unbelievably good and fresh - made even better by being gently warm!

Stumbled across this lovely contempory cafe while visiting York. Great coffee and lovely savoury and cakes to choose from. Lots of vegan choices. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Order at the counter and your order is brought to your table. Highly recommended and will visit again.

I've recently visited the 200 Degrees branch at the York Designer outlet and was so impressed I had to try out their other York branch. Thankfully I wasn't disappointed, with the drinks and snacks matching what I was expecting, with the interior being cosy and inviting. The only downside that I can think of here is the limited outdoor seating - but I appreciate this is a limitation of the location. Definitely one of my favourite coffee spots in York.

This is my new favourite coffee shop. It's quite popular at busy times, but every time I've visited, I found a seat somewhere. The seating options are fun and comfortable with plenty of options for different sized groups. The food here goes quickly but is very tasty when you get it! The coffee is, however, the best and most important bit. Not the cheapest in York, but certainly the best! Plenty of different options, with a fast takeaway option too. I particularly like the fact they being your coffee over once you've ordered, it makes it a much better experience since you don't have to juggle your own drink with multiple bags. There are quite a few different options for non coffee drinkers, and their decaff coffee tastes fab too. I'll be back again very soon and can't wait to see if they offer any festive drinks closer to December.

A nice coffee shop offering something a bit rustic in comparison to Betty's elsewhere in the city. They had a wide selection of teas and coffees, and plenty of sweet treats. There were also lots of products relating to sustainability on sale, so they clearly have a conscience too. Would happily go back again!

Lovely coffee and friendly staff. Cozy surroundings when we eventually found a seat. Only thing that spoiled it for us was that we were surrounded by people working on laptops. At least 7 tables were taken up by individuals, some of who were only drinking water, working on laptops. Not only was it taking up space that other customers could use, it made us feel like we were sat in the middle of someone's office. Maybe just us but it did take the edge off our visit somewhat.

I so would have given this 5 stars, the coffee quality and furnishings are amazing but I had forgotten my cash card and could only pay with cash. I was refused to be able to pay stating that they are a card only institution and I think this is wrong and people should have the choice. It is coercive and I will not be going again which is a real shame as it's a stunning coffee shop.
