4 people behind the counter, 2 serving one person, 2 doing other tasks. Took quite a while to be served (no one else in the queue). Stock of various games and toys seemed very good though, large selection of more than just computer games.

With the rise of xbox gamepass and playstion plus, its still good to see physical stores like this, its always nice to have a look through all the items as well as games.

Not the best with gift cards lots want steam cards for there games and just not enough available got told they not been received by the supplier and when card goes wrong and it goes to some else account how it works say you got and buy steam of 50pounds it s accepted at till for with recipt and you open and its been sent to another account and buyer don't receive anything lost your 50pounds

The staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. However upper management/head office have turned their stores more and more into merch shops and less about the actual games which is disappointing. Trade-in prices could also be more competitive. I do like the inclusion of board games being sold in store, but their prices aren't competitive.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had to buy a ps4 for my son. Luckily they had a pre loved one in stock. Staff gave excellent customer service and am happy to shop there again in the future.

The place is very welcoming to those who are into gaming. The staff are always friendly, will be able to either recommend new things or simply chat with you about new or old games. You can find good discounts in games in there and large sections of different consoles and things. Please don't let this store in Aberdeen die down!

I only ever go into Game if I need vouchers. The signposting in the shop is not great. Getting told by staff that you're queuing in the wrong area is fine but really mark it better. It's a well stocked shop.

The games stores are clean, modern and well laid out. The staff are friendly and always keen to help and offer advice. I am giving it three stars as they have abandoned older generation consoles seemingly in favour of merchandise. Aside from a few exclusive clothing item it's the same range of merchandise you can get all over the city at similar prices and of no interest to me. As I am a not up to date with the consoles I own the store is of no use to me any more. If you have latest consoles then this store is probably ideal for you in the meantime I'm off to CEX.

I've always used Game as my place for purchase or trade-in as been a member since they first opened in Aberdeen when I was younger. An the staff are well aware of asking customers if they need any help

This shop is what you'd expect for GAME - it's got all the latest games, the latest consoles, and a bunch of older games too. However, I would suggest looking around for cheaper prices when it comes to new releases - supermarkets tend to have great prices on new releases while GAME will charge full RRP. They've also got a small selection of gaming merchandise, but it's pricey. You should be aware that GAME don't have a great reputation when it comes to refunds. I've witnessed on two occasions other customers in the shop being rejected a refund for an item they had purchased, and many more similar incidents can be found online.

Pre owned games are a great idea. I'm always amazed at how quickly a new game becomes pre owned. Fantastic for people on a budget.

Perfect place for a total game freak at amazing prices. Lots of PS4 and XBox CDs, console and accessories. All at amazing prices. Got my head spinning with latest games. Also Samsung and IPhones at amazing prices with awesome payment package. Great and helpful customer service too
