I just want to say a huge thank you to Laura in Currys Forestside today. My parents needed to change their dishwasher and they couldn't get over the help and service she gave them today....they are still raving about her. Honestly Laura made their day as they had had so much trouble with their previous appliance and she made it so easy for them and helped them with a new iron also. She really made them so happy and took the time to explain everything and I really appreciate it. Thank you Amanda

Always has what I want on the electrical from from big TVs to kettles and toasters and most thing in between that need a plug - and some that don't. Prices always keen but not always cheapest. Always check other outlets.

Excellent service from the Young man who deals with the mobile phones, Dylan was a great help and had plenty of good advice to give about the products. Only problem is Vodafone have some sort of problem with their system as it is turning every customer down on the credit reference check, so they are not able to sell Vodafone packages to anyone.

Approached sales advisor 3 times for him to walk away. Second advisor recognised i needed assistance which was offered. First sales advisor was needed but reception was frosty. Second advisor I felt was lovely but I feel he felt he had to over compensate. Item I wanted was purchased and waiting delivery

Server did not seem to know what he was doing. A lot of technical issues. Good selection but no real inventory. Most items had to be delivered because they were not available in store.

Great place for all white goods, TV's, computers, etc. Always have a large stock and staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Quickly found what I was looking for, was able to pay and be away again in short time.

Excellent sales staff here who really know their stuff. Was in and out in. 20 minutes after dithering online checking out washing machines! Ordered one on Wednesday and delivered Friday - all done and dusted. Delighted with my purchase as well! Guys arrived early did the whole business and away in 20 minutes after giving me the low down on how it worked! Couldn't be happier! Washing like a dream now! 😉

They have a gatekeeper at the door to make sure there aren't too many people inside. Collections can be made without having to go inside. I wanted to look at high end TVs and had a very good chat with a couple of very knowledgeable sales people who didn't pressure me at all.

Visited on Sunday to be greeted at the door. I was shown to the correct department and was advised by Ellen and her trainee. She promptly pointed me towards a suitable computer with extensive knowledge and great customer service. The trainee was very friendly and attentive to her teaching unfortunately the computer that I wanted was not in stock and I had to travel to spruce field to pick it up but overall happy with my experience at this store

The display items do not indicate whether or not they are in stock, I went to buy a new laptop, and received lots of advice from staff, but after spending half an hour searching through the warehouse I was told that none of the 3 options I had selected were in stock, and that if I ordered them it would be 10-12 working days until they were in store again!

Missold insurance by one employee when samsung was already offering 5 years free.. Which he would of been aware of. I shouldn't have been so gulable but do your research before buying from here on the product your buying. Other staff have been more than helpful when I've visited so that's why I've gave it 3 stars. Without the decent staff I'd of give this place a 1 or 0 if possible.

My only slight problem is there doesn't seem to be any rules towards the cue. When you go to purchase items there doesn't seem to be any kind of order when you go to the tills meaning other customers can jump the cue by simply cueing at the other end of the line!

Walked in needing a usb extension cable and was asked by a nice guy what I needed (he wasn't pushing or overbearing rather it was clear I needed someone as I knew this item was stored in the back). Have shopped in Currys / Dixons for years. As the years have progressed I have moved to online shopping for most of my items, mainly due to convenience and price. Curry's have brought there prices down over the past years in store to match online which is great. The only problem i have found is that I have gone there to purchase something three times, i pick the camera, coffee machine and pc that i have wanted then to get told there is no stock. They tell me not to worry as they can get it the next day to the store. The problem is I could have got it from amazon the next day without wasting fuel and time. Its a pity as i am a big impulse buyer lol.

OK, the stuff they sell I can get online and the staff try to be friendly but it seems a bit forced and they soon lose interest when you say you are just browsing, lost a couple of sales they did (said Yoda style). Otherwise the store itself is pretty well laid out.

Just out of Curry's Forestside. I was looking for a water filter for a steam iron. They don't stock them BUT the gent I spoke with was very very helpful giving me very good advice about the iron and how to test it is to see if it needs a new filter or is actually broken. So no purchase made but extremely pleased with the level of knowledge, service and interest. Full marks and thank you. I will call again soon.

I found Curry's very basic and not impressed with there (great January sale) I could get a better price for some of there electronic gear in Argos. But the staff seemed very willing to help.

Good selection of electricals for sale, particularly good for TV's/audio visual equipment. Fairly well staffed and they are keen to help and encourage you to purchase! Prices are keen and can usually hold their own with any internet supplier. Plus here you get to see and compare the competition. Good to see a lot of the better TV's are now coming with 5 year guarantee, which will help them compete with Richer sounds and John Lewis.

I checked online to see if they had the T.V I wanted and it said that they did. When I got there they didn't and directed me to the Lisburn store. My advise is ring them and check rather than checking online. Wasted journey.
