Joel has been just fantastic. He got my newish laptop up and running within a week after the motherboard blew. He patiently tried a few different things, diagnosed the problem then just sorted it. Whilst all the time reassuring me, that I wasn't going to lose all my files or have to buy a brand new computer, and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I've already recommended him, and do so wholeheartedly here.
