The only issue,that has nothing to do with MPB was the delivery company, I ordered delivery for a specific day but they delivered earlier, luckily my neighbour took it in.would recommend.
r. m.Love this company. Easy to navigate their website. Plenty to choose from. If they haven't got what your looking for, then you can create an alert. Fast pickup and delivery, knowledgeable team . Not happy with the gear you have , then just ask for a quote to sell or part exchange. Everything comes with a warranty unless stated. Not sure about an item, then just chat with them via their online chat service. Enjoy 😉

I recently sold a lens in 'as new' condition, and they upgraded the offer as it really was in top condition.
However, even with this upgrade taken into account, I still think the prices are a bit too low -- but if you can live with this, and you want to shift your equipment quickly with zero hassle, then I highly recommend them.
A.Great customer service. I sent some items to trade in, they were graded fairly with some items even being uplifted in price. When I had a query live chat was very helpful and the whole process ran very smoothly. The lens I purchased was just as described. Would use MPB and recommend.

Only once have they reduced the price offered, due to battery performance. The service is excellent when selling with free collection and plenty of communication. I've used other companies trading used equipment and MPB would be my preferred option.

They make the process simple from start to finish and I trust them 100%. In fact the last items I sold they actually paid me more than the initial quote as they evaluated the kit to be in better condition than I had. You can't ask for more than that! I recommend to friends and will always use them when selling but also when looking to buy new kit.
C. G.Sold a few things now to MPB. It’s been trouble free and money is in the account quickly following acceptance. A couple of items were upgraded and I received more than original quote. Yes, you could get more on eBay, but I’m happy with this service as it takes the stress out of selling gear.
