My hp laptop screen unexpectedly smashed so I called Cybercall and within one hour they had come to collect my laptop. I was at first very hesitant because the call was VERY informal but after answering all my questions I was reassured that I was not getting scammed. Professionalism is not a priority for me and I just wanted my laptop fixed so CyberCall got the job done quickly and no hassle just straight to the point. I had a really positive experience with fab communication and transparency about price. My laptop was returned fixed on the day they said it would be so I am impressed and completely satisfied with the service.

I recently had mine and my girlfriends MacBooks repaired by Adrian, both had logic board issues (One of which Apple had said needed a new logic board). Adrian came and picked them up straight away after we spoke on the phone, provided updates throughout and dropped them back off when finished - Both fully repaired with no issues and without having to replace the logic board. It was also very reasonably priced, far less than I had been quoted by Apple. Great, friendly service and would highly recommend to anyone!

Wow! Is the only word to describe the service offered by Cyber Call. This morning I had a 6 year old Mac Pro sounding like an old tractor grinding it’s gears. Luckily my trusty iPhone was working so I called for help and Adrian from Cyber Call popped round to collect my computer. Truly excellent service - and probably unbeatable in the Bristol area. My hard drive became suddenly corrupted and all my audio work was deleted. When my macbook completely shut down and apple offered a very poor prognosis Adrian was able to completely restore my hard-drive and resolve a problem that otherwise would have cost me weeks of work in terms of lost data. Excellent service from Adrian. After I split some liquid on the keyboard of my mac I had been told by Apple that the mac would not be repairable and that I had lost all of my data and work, so I would be best to buy a new one. However, I contacted Adrian and he picked up the laptop at a time/place that suited me. He managed to recover all my work and repair the laptop all for 50% cost of what it would cost me to have bought a new mac. Price was very reasonable and if they hadn't been able to retrieve or fix mac there would not have been any charge. I'm extremely thankful to him and would recommend him for any computer repairs. I’m so pleased that I ended up going with Adrian because he was brilliant. I had my laptop's "Error Code 0x80070005" fixed. A lovely fella called adrian literally came picked the laptop up at 17:00 and he returned the laptop fixed by 11am the following morning. Considering we are told to not leave the house, this is ideal. The whole thing cost me £120. :)

Great service. Fixed our MacBook Air which wouldn't boot due to an overheating malfunction. Adrian was very helpful, quick, and efficient. We had it back the following day with a brand new hard drive and reinstalled OS - he could have also restored the data but we decided this wasn't necessary as we luckily had it all backed up anyway. My external USB hard drive had completely failed and according to a local PC guy, it was a mechanical failure of the drive, as opposed to a software one, so it required specialist data recovery services. I found CyberCall Computer Repair on Google when looking for decent data recovery specialists in Bristol and I was very impressed that all ratings were 5*. They managed to recovery all the data on my hard drive and in a matter of a couple of weeks. They even collected my hard drive from my flat and dropped it back off again, which I thought was great service! I'd really recommend the company to anyone else who has similar issues!

Could not recommend this service more. I'm in the final year of my Graphic Design degree and my macbook is everything to me. Very fast service. On Tuesday afternoon my computer stopped working and coffee corrupted the motherboard. Adrian rebuilt the motherboard and painstakingly recovered all my data bit by bit. He worked through the night and I had all my data by 8am the next day. Although he worked through the night he charged me only for a couple of hours.
