My phone had a problem with charging so went in to this shop for the first time today. Met the 2 chatty and friendly people who run the store, and they cleaned out my phone (from all the dust inside the charging port). After the 30 seconds it took them to do that, the problem had been resolved and my phone then charged perfectly. On top of that didn't even charge a price due to the nature of the fix. 5/5 stars would highly recommend

Popped in thinking I had a faulty charging port, turns out it was just full of debris. Was even able to determine what job I did from what was scraped out! Looks like it's a fairly common problem but was sorted in a couple of minutes and really friendly service. Would highly recommend 👍

Panicking as my I could not charge my Iphone and the lightning cable would not fit. We spent hours last night trying to find out why..... Went to see Justine at e-repair. 'No problem' she said, 'I know what that is' 2 minutes later small tip of charger removed (plus some fluff!) and all fixed. Brilliant service, Thanks so much Justine!

Took my old laptop to be assessed, unfortunately it was beyond repair, It was refreshing to deal.with a honest company that didn't charge me as.they couldn't fix it. What an amazing experience! Had been trying to sort out a brand new, but very slow, Dell laptop with Dell, but their customer service was poor, and they only seemed to offer expensive solutions. So I approached these guys, and for half the price they did double the work, and my disgrace of a slow laptop now has a new lease of life! Can't recommend highly enough.

Well where do I start....outstanding staff very helpful and understanding. I took my Samsung s9+ for a replacement screen. They ordered it genuine part fitted it all in a few days what more would you want. Definitely going to take everything to them for repair. A******* customer satisfaction. I called ahead about a problem we had with a tablet which had suddenly stopped working. I was given good, realistic advice about whether it was worth looking at, what the likely problem was, how much it could be to fix, and what the risks might be. When I popped it in to the shop, it was quite literally fixed in front of me so I could see exactly what was going on. The price was incredibly reasonable and we were delighted to get it back in working order. Excellent service and a great result. Thank you!

My iPhone was in a really bad state and I didn’t have much hope that it could be repaired until I went into eRepairs! My phone has been repaired to such a good standard and I didn’t think it was possible! Justine was so helpful and positive! went to the shop thinking my phone was just scrap due to a car running over it and expecting to have to get a new one ,and the guys told me there could be internal issues due to state of the smashed screen and the fact a car had driven over it and could therefore cost more again , dreading the worst i picked it up and fair play to them it was fixed and is working great at no extra cost ,Fair play to you both your were great and i will be using you again and i will recommend you to anyone that needs a repair ( i will not leave the phone on the top of the car again) fantastic guys and service.....thanks you two

Great service. My mobile phone would only charge when switched off. eRepairs diagnosed the problem quickly (dirt shorting pins), fixed it, and didn't charge.

What an unprepossessing but brilliant little shop. Amidst all the hideousness of the current health emergency, this excellent establishment saved me a huge amount of aggravation and stress. My firm has set me up with pretty much all I need to work from home, but the monitor they gave me had a non UK power lead and none of my adapters were compatible. Popped into eRepairs, the guy didn't try to sell me an expensive lead, he just said I could use a kettle lead. Unfortunately, I didn't have one of these either, so he went out back, rummaged around and returned with a dusty power lead which had obviously been hanging around for a while in a box of odds and sods but was perfectly serviceable. Better still, when I tried to pay him, he waved me away, saying "we've all got to help each other get through this". What a great attitude, especially in view of the selfishness of so many at the moment. Will definitely use this place again and will recommend it to anyone who needs computer supplies or repairs.

Had an issue with my iPhone 8 charging socket which worst case scenario would have cost £60 to replace. However, Justin (owner) found that it was caused by compacted dirt stopping the charging cable from fully inserting. Not only did Justin sort the problem but insisted on charging me the grand sum of NOTHING !! Has restored my faith in human nature ! Lovely man - fantastic service 😊
