We have worked with Spider for a year now and I could not recommend them highly enough. Our marketing strategy and efforts are exceeding expectations because of the hard work that the team put in. Tuvana, Claudia and Alejando working daily on the content and the paid ads. Becky, Natalie and James also introduced us to HubSpot which has been instrumental to our service delivery. What makes Spider different is that they start with asking what you want to achieve. They then go off and make it happen. Their model works really well for any business especially if you sell online. In my previously owned business the host that managed my emails and website went down and my domain was thought to be lost. After speaking with Spidergroup about the problem I was having in retrieving my domain and how I was struggling to manage my clients using a personal email address as a temporary measure, they immediately came up with a brilliant solution. I have been contemplating getting a CRM system for my business for some time. I spoke to James Cook from Spidergroup in detail about this. He was very patient when explaining what the process would be and the benefits of the system for my business. I decided to proceed with getting a CRM through Spidergroup. I have found working with James Cook and Becky Bishop a delight. The have been very patient, considering the fact that both my administrator and I are not very technically minded. They explain very simply how the system works and what to do. When we have a question, they will re explain, even if they have explained before. They are not patronising and fully understand that it is like learning a new language for us. I would highly recommend using Spidergroup for any of your IT needs.
