I was experiencing Windows error codes quite frequently so as I had used Neil in the past for repairs I decided to go and have a chat with him. He is very patient, understanding and explains things thoroughly to you. I decided I would go for an upgrade of all the major components and he guided me through my options with prices. He ordered the parts and not long after I dropped my PC down to him for the install. What a difference in performance and graphics now. Brilliant work Neil. Anyone having problems with their tech, this is where you need to take it.

Neil is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I took in an old defunct laptop by mistake and then realised it the next day so took in my current non functioning laptop to find that he had fixed the old one. Now he has fixed the newer one so I have a spare. He also helped me with lots of info about safe guarding my passwords as I am not of the IT generation and was grateful for any advice he could give me. I can 100% recommend this business. Price was keen too. I am so relieved to know I have a convenient place to trust with my laptop. Also importantly, easy off street parking.

My laptop had become extremely slow (taking 10 minutes or so to open a document or browser!) and on occasion just didn't turn on. Showed it to the member of staff, who was friendly and professional. By the next morning it was ready to collect. The staff member took the time to start up my PC to show and explain what he had done to fix the issue and had also backed up my files. My husband went to this store to repair the computer. That person helped him and the laptop worked again..but when we took the laptop PC & Carry. They didn't give a positive response... We were disheartened they took it fee .but didn't repair it. So, Store "WILL FIX YOUR PC" is good and reliable.

Excellent and honest service. Had my laptop hinge replaced and my partner needed his gaming laptop fixed, though they both concluded it would be more worthwhile to sell it for parts, as it's only compatible with a discontinued GPU with a known fault - basically making it redundant. Another five star service from Neil and team. Fixed my 'broken' PC after a Windows 10 update disaster. Fitted a new SSD alongside the original HD and now works like a dream. Its like having a new computer. Brilliant prompt service again. Neil replaced a faulty fan in my i-mac last year and whilst it was there agreed to have a new SSD fitted. Best decision - my 2012 i-mac is now super fast! The go-to place for all computer repairs.

Everything about my experience was excellent. From the first phone call, I knew these guys were good. The office is clean and smart, they explained the pricing procedure clearly and I felt immediately at ease, knowing I was in safe hands. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. After a botched iPhone 6 battery repair attempted by a family member at home, Apple said the phone was unsalvageable and that the best outcome I could hope for was to buy a refurbished replacement phone from them for £300. Thank God I couldn't afford to do that as it led me to We WILL fix your PC. I was in there less than 10 minutes, they repaired the battery and solved another issue all with no fuss and for £30. They've got me as a customer for life now!

A very positive experience. They put a lot of effort into fixing a machine with a failing motherboard component. When it was finally determined that a replacement motherboard would be required they advised me that it wasn't economical as the cost would exceed that of a reconditioned machine. There was no charge for the work as the machine wan't repaired. I would definitely recommend them as thorough and trustworthy.

I had a virus and tried everything within my limited power to sort the computer but ran out of talent when I couldn't find a backup file on a backup HDD. Neil had a look at the machine and saved me a lot of time by advising that the HDD it was on had coincidentally failed. So despite the loss of some data, he got my computer back up and running on the original HDD. Charges were very reasonable and he gave some great advice about future securing of data and was happy to explain how it all worked.
