Called in to the store primarily to seek advice and having been given some welcome guidance I purchased a new iPhone SE. Deputy Manager (? Think his name is Guy) was very helpful and transferred data from my existing SE so I can pass it to my wife. So patient with us. Left the store only to realise we had forgotten to reset the existing phone so returned later for more help. Zack attended to me and he too was exceptionally helpful and patient and understood exactly the end result I wanted to achieve with both phones. All expertly sorted whist being respectful and polite. I appreciated the invitation to return should I need further help. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Earlier today I went to the Apple Store in Colchester to ask for help and assistance as my iPhone had some technical issues. In store I had Becky and Maddy trying to sort out the problems with the phone and they were brilliant. Yes there were software issues with my phone and both Becky and Maddy knew exactly what to do and as I knew they were both ‘experts’ I felt confident to leave my phone in store to be fixed. I’ve just collected my phone from the Apple Store and it’s working better than ever. I couldn’t fault my experience of taking my iPhone to get TLC at the Apple Store in Colchester.

My experience at the iStore in Colchester on Monday was absolutely brilliant. This was the best customer service I have received for a very long while and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting to buy an Apple product. My query about a computer that I bought the previous week was dealt with professionally and efficiently and the further advice that I received was extremely helpful.

I took my faulty iMac to the iStore after discussions with Apple Support could not resolve the problem. Becky and the team could not have been more helpful. I managed to get a slot on the day I contacted the store (although the team was clearly very busy) and the fault was diagnosed within a few hours of me dropping off the computer. I required a replacement drive for my machine and Becky helpfully provided a link with various options. I purchased a drive and the team fitted it for me the day after it was delivered. The team were very professional and kept informed of progress with regular emails. All in all a very good experience. Thanks

I tried to buy a MacBook Pro from another Company and was not satisfied with the help I was given. Also they would have had to order one in with no idea when it would arrive. . iStore were very helpful and I came away with what I wanted. Well done iStore
