I bought a 2nd hand DSLR camera over the net/phone. It was in superb condition living up to it's 5* rating. I did have a problem with the battery but this was dealt with very efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again - a very trustworthy retailer.

I ordered over the phone after seeing a second hand DSLR camera for sale. I spoke to Lee at Worcester branch, he was very knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. Had originally decided to buy from an online discounter but they couldn't deliver on their promise. So gave my local store a try and it was an excellent experience. Helpful and very knowledgeable staff. We went through the online bundle and the staff cut out all the unnecessary items and offered great changes to the lens options. Yes it worked out slightly more expensive BUT I ended up with just what I needed and not a whole load of filler items, plus I now have better quality products.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. The guys in there really know everything about cameras and photography, especially Dave. Answered all my many questions on multiple occasions and helped me to choose something that was just right for me. Great to be able to try the cameras out (you can't do this many places). Even helped me with setup for my product photography with tripod and light. Really happy I found this shop I highly recommend it.
