Super happy with this service and will definitely come to these guys for help again (if I ever need it!) I thought my laptop had just about had it. Started shopping around for a new one as well as looked into getting mine upgraded with more storage. Decided on the latter and I’m so glad I did! Dropped it off and within the hour I’d received a phone all for say it was all done and ready to be collected. Once I arrived, the owner explained in detail everything he’d done as well as showed me extra features my laptop had which I didn’t know beforehand! Overall very happy with the service. Really friendly, great communication, speedy service and came home with practically a brand new laptop at a fraction of the price! Definitely recommend. 5*

My experience with The Lap Top Hub has been really brilliant, and although I’d gone in to purchase a laptop from there, Emily was really helpful showing me the ins and outs of my purchase and her customer skills were both professional and extraordinary. I would highly recommend the Lap Top Hub to anyone who wishes to either purchase a laptop or desktop, and they’re also there to help repair your machines if required and most of all, they look after you. The best thing in my opinion for anyone to do right now, when it comes to purchasing an item, is always go to the smaller businesses and boycott the big corporate companies, as they’re only interested in making big profits and not the customers most of the time.

Laptop Hub was recommended to me by a friend who is local to the area of the shop. Laptop Hub being 200 miles away from me no way could I visit the shop so I messaged Emily my requirements, Emily came back with options and went above and beyond to help. Just have to write a post about these two lovely people….. Emily and Andrei …nothing is too much trouble (even if you’re an oldie like me) and I even spent over two hours with them today as I needed some extra help with the new laptop. I even recycled mine and my mums old laptop with them. If you need anything from a laptop to a charger or even recycle your old laptop safely these are the guys….I would definitely recommend 😘

Emily & Andrei couldnt have been more helpful, explaining the different modifications I could make to my own old laptop to improve it. There is no competition for value as the price for supplying and fitting an SSD and also making everything accessible via USB from my old hard drive, all for the same price as me buying an SSD on its own! Got a Lenovo Thinkpad L580 for a bargain price, and it's really powerful, saved £££ on a new laptop for home office and site work. After using for a few days I decided a bigger disk was required, and for a very modest fee they upgraded from 250Gb to 1Tb with quick turnaround whilst I waited. Very happy with laptop and service. Free parking is available close by making it very straightforward to collect. Why would you ever buy new?!

Great place to buy a reconditioned or second hand laptop in South Yorkshire. Always great service and advice. Not expensive for repairs and upgrades either. Not the easiest place to find in Thorne, so when visiting I recommend parking at the Texaco petrol station, as Laptop Hub is less than a minutes walk from there. Definitely recommended from me.
