I had a big issue with my MacBook Pro, couldn't resolve it myself, so rather than booking it in to an Apple Store, I found MrsMac (Nik) on line. Nik was brilliant, was able to easily understand my issue and provide a solution. I was booked in within 24 hours hours, I took laptop to her, she was so friendly and knowledgeable, problem was solved and laptop fully working again within an hour. Bought a laser printer to avoid jets clogging with occasional use. Extremely complex printer (to me anyway). Wasn't installed well, worked intermittently. Installation re-done, network issues corrected, password formulated. Now all properly connected and fully functional. Issues clearly explained and now understood. Will definitely use Nicola again, she really does know what she's at.
