It's okay. They have a range of products to cover any emergency need of technology. But they lack the breadth and depth of products. If you buy something, you're probably buying something that is available there rather than knowing that's the best product for you. It's probably worth checking online, doing your own research before buying what is in store. The staff are kind and professional. I'm giving 3 stars because it was a bit empty for me but might suffice for the average consumer.

My partner and I visited this store on the 30/01/2022 regarding our i phone. The assistant that dealt with us was called Craig and he was fantastic. He helped and advised us on our tariff which we were delighted with. It was obvious that he liked his job and the service he gave us was highly impressive. I have since advised my friends to go have a chat with him as he has saved us quite a substantial amount of money per month. Huge thanks to him.

The experience was okay. Went there to see pixel 6 phone, but it was not available in store. Staff does offered me the option of home delivery or collection at store, but I was more interested in having a look at the phone before purchasing.

Went in to buy a new laptop for my partner. Lucky I got the best sales associate. Peter was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, polite and an all round great guy. A big THANK YOU ANDREW I am a happy customer in terms of his excellent knowledge and professional and personable way.I felt comfortable with my purchase.We all know there are stock shortages these days and we are in different times and I had a fixed mind set on buying a Bosch fridge freezer however we carefully went through the alternatives and I have purchased a Samsung model.There’s far too much negativity right now and I’ve walked away from some top retailers as they have the shop sign but if you don’t have proper sales people then it’s game over ! After checking online then calling Curry's pC World store to confirm they had the stock I wanted. I then taxi to the store who after there then informed me that the package I want is not Instock. But kindly arranged that I could pick up the console from another Curry's PC World store while they could supply the 4 games advertised. So needless to say having to chase up a console after checking online and with the store I planned to go to only for the staff at Craighall to be completely clueless. Offers posred on walls claiming that xbox one x for same price as a xbox one s. Yet when pointed out was told because it was a one S in the picture the fact that the ad stated an xbox one x isn't false advertising.

Bought a laptop summer 2019 and had to bring it back a couple of times to have software issues diagnosed. The staff were brilliant. Very patient and helpful. Sorted the problems out. Had similar experience when the premises were on other side of the car park a few years ago. I shop at this place because of the customer service.

Staff are always helpful here, however on 2 occasions I've ordered something online to collect 6 hours before collecting and they've not been ready. This is slightly disappointing as one time I would've been quicker just picking it up off the shelve myself. Place has lots to choose from, the staff there are always on hand to help. Staff were nice, however this shop is NOT for people looking for PC parts. If you want a laptop, fine, they got you covered, but even the gaming desktops on display are just empty cases with led stripes in them. Went there looking for a hard drives and SATA cables. Did not find any.

Bought my son a Parrot Mambo drone for his birthday and went to Currys to see if they sold spare batteries for it. Even though I purchased it elsewhere the staff went out of their way to help identify the correct battery required and where to order it from as they did not sell it themselves. There's no staff available at all to ask about kitchen appliances! We had to wait a full half hour before we even saw someone in a Currys uniform to enquire about a washing machine. When they did eventually have someone available - he knew his onions. Helped us choose the perfect washer. We were told to look online as there's more options and availability there.

Good service. I went to get my laptop fixed. The shop is a bit far from Edinburgh City centre. They used to have a branch just in the middle of prince's St... Now I have to take a bus a bit further, but is a good place rounded with other shops etc, so if you go to currys you can have a walk around In Currys you can find all you need and good prices :)

I came in to buy UE boom speakers but the people in there were so very helpful and also explained why the bose one was better, stood by me for almost an hour while I tried and tested every one of those speakers and I left the place very satisfied and happy, the people working and the staff working are so polite and helpful, and knowledgeable I must say this was the best experience of buying a bluetooth speaker! I recommend curry's to everyone, not just for the insane ablmount of wonderful stock and range of items they have in stock but also for the sheer delight of the experience of buying an electronic device.
