Great service! Martin came to the house to have a look at the laptop, then came back to fix it. He talked my son through what to do next and said to just call him for any support afterwards. Great home service which meant my son still had the use of the laptop! Good value and highly recommended.

Excellent service - Martin was very responsive, professional and quick to repair my son's computer. He took time to explain what we did wrong in building the gaming PC. Martin helped me when my gaming desktop died. I contacted him lunchtime on Monday and he made time to come round that evening to diagnose what was wrong, a failed processor/motherboard. He talked me through several options open and was quickly able to cost like-for-like replacements and what new upgraded parts would look like, which I decided to go for as it was more cost effective and would build some longevity. Ive tinkered with much older pcs and my knowledge is out of date, but I know enough to know that he's honest and isn't trying to bamboozle the customer with technical data. Martin left with the PC and ordered new parts which he installed and returned to me by Thursday the same week. Absolutely stellar service. To say he knows his stuff is an understatement. His passion for computers is really impressive and shines through. He stays in contact, communicates very clearly and the options he explored plus his labour were costed very fairly. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you Martin!
